背景技术

一种治疗色素斑的中药组合物，其中药原料及重量配比为：菟丝子10g，茯苓20g，柴胡5g，当归20g，黄芪10g，玫瑰花20g，荆芥10g，山萸肉20g，紫草10g，女贞子20g，牡丹皮5g，山药30g，鸡血藤10g，肉桂15g，白茅根10g，白芷20g，桃仁10g，仙鹤草20g，阿胶5g，益母草15g，大青叶10g，甘草15g。
实施例4
一种治疗色素斑的中药组合物，其中药原料及重量配比为：菟丝子17g，茯苓12g，柴胡8g，当归12g，黄芪12g，玫瑰花12g，荆芥8g，山萸肉12g，紫草12g，女贞子12g，牡丹皮8g，山药17g，鸡血藤12g，肉桂8g，白茅根12g，白芷12g，桃仁12g，仙鹤草12g，阿胶8g，益母草8g，大青叶12g，甘草8g。
实施例5
一种治疗色素斑的中药组合物，其中药原料及重量配比为：菟丝子23g，茯苓17g，柴胡13g，当归17g，黄芪17g，玫瑰花17g，荆芥13g，山萸肉17g，紫草17g，女贞子17g，牡丹皮13g，山药23g，鸡血藤17g，肉桂13g，白茅根17g，白芷17g，桃仁17g，仙鹤草17g，阿胶13g，益母草13g，大青叶17g，甘草13g。
本发明实施例中的中药组合物按常规的水煎法制取药剂。具体方法如下：将组方的中药原料放入容器中，加冷水漫过药面，浸泡15～20分钟，再加水没过药面约8厘米，进行第一次煎煮，未沸前采用武火煎煮，沸后用文火煎煮20～30分钟；第二次煎煮，加水没过药面约6厘米，水沸后煎煮15～20分钟。两次煎煮去渣取汁，合并。
本发明以实施例1所给出的一种治疗色素斑的中药组合物，做临床疗效总结如下：
一、一般性资料：本发明中药组合物应用于临床观察病例100例，其中男20例，女80例，年龄25～60岁。
二、诊断标准：
1、面部呈红褐色或深红褐色的斑片，通常对称性分布，无炎症表现及鳞屑；
2、无明显自觉症状；
3、女性多发，主要发生在青春期后；
4、病情可有季节性，常夏重冬轻；
5、排除其他疾病引起的色素沉着。
三、用法用量：临床应用时，一天一剂，水煎两遍取汁约300ml，分早、晚两次饭前半小时温热服用，五天一疗程。
四、疗效标准：
1、治愈：肉眼视色素斑面积消退大于90％，颜色基本消失；
2、好转：肉眼视色素斑面积消退大于30％，颜色变淡；
3、未愈：肉眼视色素斑面积消退小于30％。
五、治疗效果：该临床观察病例中，服药4-10个疗程，治愈76例，好转15例，未愈9例。治疗期间未发生毒副作用。
六、典型病例：
病例1：孙某，女，32岁。自述面颈部、胸背部、腋下、乳房下以及双上肢长大片褐色斑；冬重夏轻,反复加重,并出现片状脱屑。服用本发明的中药组合物制备的药剂2个疗程后，自觉斑点减少，颜色变淡；继续服用4个疗程，斑面积消退，颜色正常，治愈。
病例2：杨某，男，47岁。自述初起时手背、面部等处常出现一块块褐色斑块，形状大小不一。随着时间的增长，斑点颜色越来越深，更为明显。服用本发明的中药组合物制备的药剂2个疗程，褐色斑块显著颜色减轻；续服5个疗程后，斑块消失，各部位颜色正常，治愈。

1.一种治疗色素斑的中药组合物，其特征在于：其中药原料及重量份配比为：菟丝子10-30份，茯苓10-20份，柴胡5-15份，当归10-20份，黄芪10-20份，玫瑰花10-20份，荆芥10-20份，山萸肉10-20份，紫草10-20份，女贞子10-20份，牡丹皮5-15份，山药10-30份，鸡血藤10-20份，肉桂5-15份，白茅根10-20份，白芷10-20份，桃仁10-20份，仙鹤草10-20份，阿胶5-15份，益母草5-15份，大青叶10-20份，甘草5-15份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗色素斑的中药组合物，其特征在于：其中药原料及重量份配比为：菟丝子20份，茯苓15份，柴胡10份，当归15份，黄芪15份，玫瑰花15份，荆芥10份，山萸肉15份，紫草15份，女贞子15份，牡丹皮10份，山药20份，鸡血藤15份，肉桂10份，白茅根15份，白芷15份，桃仁15份，仙鹤草15份，阿胶10份，益母草10份，大青叶15份，甘草10份。
