本发明属日用化妆品技术领域，涉及一种珍珠原液密集补水面膜及其制备方法，组分包括添加保湿补水营养成分的水解珍珠粉、聚甘油-6、透明质酸钠、甜菜碱和PEG-10橄榄油甘油酯类、PEG-50牛油树脂、植物提取物、醇类等。本发明针对皮肤补水机理，将富含保湿补水营养成分的水解珍珠粉、透明质酸钠、甜菜碱和PEG-10橄榄油甘油酯类、PEG-50牛油树脂等多种补水成分进行有机结合，不仅可以深层补水，还可在肌肤表面形成锁水膜，补水，保湿，锁水同步进行，达到给予肌肤密集补水的效果，具有工艺简单、营养全面、效果明显等特点，是一种给予肌肤密集补水的美容护肤佳品。

技术领域
本发明属日用化妆品技术领域，涉及一种补水面膜及其制备方法，具体是一种珍珠原液密集补水面膜及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着物质生活水平的不断提高，人们对美的追求也不断提高，希望改变自己的容貌拥有光泽透亮的健康肤色，期待着美容护肤品具有更加积极的药理效果。精致且追求时尚品质的职业女性在工作之余会利用面膜对面部肌肤进行全面的护理和保养，避免加班熬夜带来的皮肤伤害甚至衰老。
面膜作为美容保养品的一种载体，其目的是弥补卸妆与洗脸仍然不足的清洁工作，并在此基础上配合其它活性成分实现补水保湿、美白、抗衰老、平衡油脂等等保养功能。
珍珠一直被公认为美容佳品，其美容机理是珍珠中含有各种人体所需的氨基酸和微量元素，珍珠中含有的营养成分与人类肌肤所需养分接近，很容易被人体吸收。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种珍珠原液密集补水面膜及其制备方法，针对皮肤补水机理，将富含保湿补水营养成分的水解珍珠、透明质酸钠、甜菜碱和PEG-10橄榄油甘油酯类、PEG-50牛油树脂等多种补水成分进行有机结合，不仅可以深层补水，还可在肌肤表面形成锁水膜，补水，保湿，锁水同步进行，达到给予肌肤密集补水的效果。
本发明所采用的技术方案：
一种珍珠原液密集补水面膜，含有以下重量百分比组分：
A相：原液水解珍珠5～20％
聚甘油-60.2～2％
PEG-50牛油树脂0.1～1.0％
PEG-10橄榄油甘油酯类0.1～1.0％
糖类同分异构体0.1～2％
生物糖胶-10.1～2％
PEG/PPG-17/6共聚物0.2～2.0％
1,2-戊二醇0.001～0.1％
羟苯基丙酰胺苯甲酸0.001～0.1％
抗坏血酸棕榈酸酯0.0001～0.1％
透明质酸钠0.01～0.2％
乳酸杆菌/大豆发酵产物提取物0.001～0.01％
白茅(IMPERATACYLINDRICA)根提取物0.001～0.01％
白果槲寄生(VISCUMALBUM)叶提取物0.001～0.01％
B相：丁二醇1～8％
甜菜碱1～5％
对羟基苯乙酮0.1～1％
丙烯酸(酯)类/C10-30烷醇丙烯酸酯交联聚合物0.1～0.5％
尿囊素0.1～0.6％
羟乙基纤维素0.1～0.5％
EDTA二钠0.01～0.1％
余量加去离子水至100％。
C相：三乙醇胺0.01～0.4％
D相：PEG-50氢化蓖麻油0.001～0.2％
壬基酚聚醚-140.001～0.2％
丙二醇0.001～0.2％
苯甲醇0.01～0.5％
苯氧乙醇0.00001～0.01％
甘油0.1～2％
香精0.001～0.2％。
所述原液水解珍珠是取珍珠粉加水后，按珍珠质粉重量的0.1～0.5％加植物蛋白酶于45～50℃条件下搅拌水解5～8h，滤布过滤掉残渣，得到澄清液体；澄清液体用分子截留量100道尔顿膜过滤，浓缩到10％，得到珍珠原液；常温下按体积比：珍珠原液：水解珍珠＝1:1～2的比例将珍珠原液和水解珍珠混合，搅拌均匀，备用。
本发明所提供的珍珠原液密集补水面膜的制备方法，其步骤如下：
1)将B相加入到乳化锅中高速均质3～8分钟，加热至80～85℃，均质2～5分钟，保温25～40分钟。
2)冷却至55～60℃加入C相搅拌均匀。
3)冷却至25～30℃加入A相和D相，搅拌均匀，理化指标检验合格后，出料得到面膜精华液；用25ml～30ml面膜精华液浸泡天丝无纺布得到珍珠原液密集补水面膜。
面膜使用方法：清洁面部后，将面膜轻敷于面部，15～20分钟即可。
本发明针对皮肤补水机理，将富含保湿补水营养成分的水解珍珠粉、透明质酸钠、甜菜碱和PEG-10橄榄油甘油酯类、PEG-50牛油树脂等多种补水成分进行有机结合，不仅可以深层补水，还可在肌肤表面形成锁水膜，补水，保湿，锁水同步进行，达到给予肌肤密集补水的效果，具有工艺简单、营养全面、效果明显等特点，是一种给予肌肤密集补水的美容护肤佳品。
具体实施方式
下面通过实例对本发明作进一步说明，但不作为对本发明的限定。
各实施例的组成配方见表1，以重量百分比表示。

上述实施例中，实施例1、2的原液水解珍珠的制备工艺：
取珍珠粉加10倍水，加0.1％木瓜蛋白酶(按珍珠质粉重量)，45-50℃条件下搅拌6h，滤布过滤掉残渣，得到澄清液体。澄清液体用分子截留量100道尔顿膜过滤，浓缩到10％，得到珍珠原液。常温下按体积比为1:1的比例将珍珠原液添加到水解珍珠中,搅拌均匀，备用。
上述实施例中，实施例3、4的原液水解珍珠的制备工艺：
取珍珠粉加13倍水，加0.3％菠萝蛋白酶(按珍珠质粉重量)，45-50℃条件下搅拌8h，滤布过滤掉残渣，得到澄清液体。澄清液体用分子截留量100道尔顿膜过滤，浓缩到10％，得到珍珠原液。常温下按体积比为1:2的比例将珍珠原液添加到水解珍珠中,搅拌均匀，备用。
上述实施例中，实施例5、6的原液水解珍珠的制备工艺：
取珍珠粉加8倍水，加0.5％木瓜蛋白酶(按珍珠质粉重量)，45-50℃条件下搅拌6h，滤布过滤掉残渣，得到澄清液体。澄清液体用分子截留量100道尔顿膜过滤，浓缩到10％，得到珍珠原液。常温下按体积比为1:2的比例将珍珠原液添加到水解珍珠中,搅拌均匀，备用。
上述实施例的制备工艺如下：
1)将B相加入到乳化锅中高速均质4分钟，加热至80～85℃，均质2分钟，保温30分钟。
2)冷却至55～60℃加入C相搅拌均匀。
3)冷却至25～30℃加入A相和D相，搅拌均匀，出料得到面膜精华液；用25ml～30ml面膜精华液浸泡天丝无纺布得到珍珠原液密集补水面膜。
功效验证：
随机挑选300名志愿者，每个实施例试用者50人，每周2-3次，连续使用一个月，结果见表2，效果分三个等级：
补水效果明显：皮肤明显水润，水润效果保持一整天。
补水效果一般：皮肤有变水润，水润效果保持半天。
补水效果无变化：皮肤水润效果不明显。
表2各实施例使用效果
由上述使用效果可以看出，使用本发明补水效果有效率达到90％以上。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式，应当指出，对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说，在不脱离本发明技术原理的前提下，还可以做出若干改进和润饰，这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

1.一种珍珠原液密集补水面膜，其特征在于，含有以下重量百分比组分：
A相：原液水解珍珠5～20％
聚甘油-60.2～2％
PEG-50牛油树脂0.1～1.0％
PEG-10橄榄油甘油酯类0.1～1.0％
糖类同分异构体0.1～2％
生物糖胶-10.1～2％
PEG/PPG-17/6共聚物0.2～2.0％
1,2-戊二醇0.001～0.1％
羟苯基丙酰胺苯甲酸0.001～0.1％
抗坏血酸棕榈酸酯0.0001～0.1％
透明质酸钠0.01～0.2％
乳酸杆菌/大豆发酵产物提取物0.001～0.01％
白茅根提取物0.001～0.01％
白果槲寄生叶提取物0.001～0.01％
B相：丁二醇1～8％
甜菜碱1～5％
对羟基苯乙酮0.1～1％
丙烯酸(酯)类/C10-30烷醇丙烯酸酯交联聚合物0.1～0.5％

所述原液水解珍珠是取珍珠粉加水后，按珍珠质粉重量的0.1～0.5％加植物蛋白酶于45～50℃条件下搅拌水解5～8h，滤布过滤掉残渣，得到澄清液体；澄清液体用分子截留量100道尔顿膜过滤，浓缩到10％，得到珍珠原液；常温下按体积比：珍珠原液：水解珍珠＝1:1～2的比例将珍珠原液和水解珍珠混合，搅拌均匀，备用。
2.一种权利要求1所述的珍珠原液密集补水面膜的制备方法，其特征在于，其步骤如下：
1)将B相加入到乳化锅中高速均质3～8分钟，加热至80～85℃，均质2～5分钟，保温25～40分钟；
2)冷却至55～60℃加入C相搅拌均匀；
3)冷却至25～30℃加入A相和D相，搅拌均匀，理化指标检验合格后，出料得到面膜精华液；用25ml～30ml面膜精华液浸泡天丝无纺布得到珍珠原液密集补水面膜。
3.根据权利要求1所述的珍珠原液密集补水面膜，其特征在于：所述植物蛋白酶是木瓜蛋白酶或菠萝蛋白酶。
