本发明涉及一种抗皱去油膜类护肤品及其制备方法,特别是涉及含茶褐素的抗皱去油润肤膜类护肤品及其制备方法。
背景技术
茶多酚具有清除自由基、抗氧化、防衰老、降血压、降血脂、防辐射、防癌治癌等多种生物活性,它的水溶性产物茶色素根据颜色可分为茶黄素、茶红素和茶褐素茶3类。现代药理学研究表明,茶褐素具有较强的抗氧化和清除自由基功能,同时具有抗菌杀菌效果,是一类安全、无毒、多功能的天然抗氧化剂。
但目前茶色素的研究主要集中在茶黄素和茶红素上,而茶褐素作为一类分子量差异极大的化合物,由于其结构复杂,研究进展十分缓慢。近期研究表明,茶褐素能够降低小鼠血清中血糖,胆固醇,甘油三酯含量,具有较强的清除自由基能力,具有抗氧化作用。
关于茶褐素的制备方法较多,2009年,龚加顺等申请了一种用发酵法制备茶褐素的方法的专利,将茶叶粉碎后加入没食子酸或焦性没食子酸或甘氨酸或葡萄糖,同时加入酵母菌或曲霉菌进行固态发酵,制备的茶叶经提取获得茶褐素。陈小强等以茶多酚为原料通过加热微波处理制备茶褐素。另外,还有许多关于从黑茶中提取茶褐素新方法的相关专利申请。然而,对于茶褐素的综合利用,将茶褐素用于食品加工以外的领域到目前为止还较为少见。
膜类护肤品是一种最常见、也是最方便携带的护肤品,它是涂或敷于人体皮肤表面,经一段时间后揭离、擦洗或保留,起到集中护理或清洁作用的产品。安全、无副作用的去油、润肤效果膜类护肤品在化妆品工业中研究属于日益活跃的课题。然而传统的去油、润肤类膜类护肤品原料或多或少存在某些缺陷,这些原料要么刺激性大,要么来源少、成本高。
发明内容
为解决背景技术中的问题,本发明提供一种含茶褐素的抗皱去油润肤膜类护肤品及其制备方法,本发明充分利用了茶褐素的抗氧化功能,防止皮肤松驰及皱纹的产生,去除皮肤细纹,起到润肤、抗衰老的使用性能,本发明通过以下方式实现:
一种茶褐素提取液或茶褐素粉的新用途,所述茶褐素乙醇溶液或茶褐素粉用于制备膜类
护肤品,达到抗皱去油润肤的功效。
上述茶褐素乙醇溶液的制备方法如下:
绿茶浓缩液的制备:将绿茶用80℃水提取40min,过滤,浓缩至可溶性固形物为6~8%,制得绿茶浓缩液;
种子液制备:混合绿茶浓缩液与黑曲霉孢子液,于温度37℃的恒温摇床中培养,获得种子液;
绿茶浓缩液发酵:将种子液加入到绿茶浓缩液中,种子液:绿茶浓缩液(v/v)=1:12~1:50,发酵3-12天,过滤,去除菌丝,得到发酵液。
茶褐素乙醇溶液制备:发酵液减压浓缩至原体积的1/4~1/3,加入3~4倍体积95%乙醇搅拌后静置,离心过滤,得到茶褐素粗提物,再用20±5%(v/v)的乙醇水溶液溶解茶褐素粉粗提物,得到的溶液为茶褐素提取液。
所述茶褐素粉是将茶褐素乙醇溶液减压浓缩,真空干燥制备而成。
本发明还提供了一种含茶褐素的抗皱去油润肤膜类护肤品,所述抗皱去油润肤膜类护肤品的制备原料包括茶褐素粉、柠檬酸和至少一种成膜物质。
其中,所述成膜物质包括β-环糊精、羧甲基纤维素钠、明胶。
所述抗皱去油润肤膜类护肤品的制备原料还包括:壳聚糖、蔗糖、果糖、海藻糖、蜂蜜。
所述抗皱去油润肤膜类护肤品包括面膜、眼膜和足膜。
一种含茶褐素的抗皱去油润肤膜类护肤品的制备方法,具体步骤包括:
将茶褐素粉、壳聚糖、柠檬酸溶于水中制成溶液a;将羧甲基纤维素钠、明胶、蔗糖溶于水中,加热至100℃,并充分混合均匀,冷却至室温,得到溶液b,将溶液a和溶液b加热至70℃并充分融合,其中,溶液a:溶液b(V/V)=1:3~3:5,并用胶体磨处理,得到抗皱去油润肤膜类护肤品。
进一步:所述制备原料的配方为:
配方一:茶褐素粉10~20份、壳聚糖2~6份、柠檬酸3~8份、羧甲基纤维素钠1-3份、明胶1~3份、蔗糖1~3份;
配方二:茶褐素乙醇溶液100份,柠檬酸2~6份,羧甲基纤维素钠1-10份,β-环糊精5-8份,壳聚糖2-4份;
配方三:茶褐素粉5~15份,蜂蜜2~3份,柠檬酸3~8份,羧甲基纤维素钠1-3份,明胶1~3份;
配方四:茶褐素乙醇溶液100份,海藻糖2~3份,柠檬酸3~8份,羧甲基纤维素钠1-3 份,明胶1~3份,蔗糖1~3份。
有益效果
首先,本发明是一种纯天然,安全的面膜,安全、无副作用的润肤抗皱护肤品,茶褐素作为茶多酚水解的产物,具有较强的抗氧化和清除自由基功能,是一种安全、无毒、多功能的天然抗氧化剂,能够滋润皮肤,当茶褐素添加在膜类护肤品配方中,不仅能起到抗氧化的功能,由于茶褐素是黑曲霉发酵后产物,其通过和柠檬酸的结合还能能够起到明显的抗皱去油润肤效果,本发明又使用了羧甲基纤维素钠和明胶等成膜剂,使皮肤在去油的同时能够有保湿润肤的功效。使用本发明的膜类护肤品后,不仅能去油使皮肤舒适,而且膜成品具有茶褐素特有的去油润滑功效,拉紧皮肤,去除皮肤上的细纹,并可以防止皮肤松驰及皱纹产生。另外茶褐素还可以改善紫外线引起的皮肤色素沉淀,淡化皮肤因氧化引起的色素斑,起到抗氧化的作用。
其次,本发明选用绿茶为原料,通过黑曲霉的发酵,得到了茶褐素含量很高的发酵液或茶褐素粉,再以该发酵液或茶褐素粉为原料,辅以羧甲基纤维素钠、明胶等成膜物质,研制出具有润肤除皱等功能膜类护肤品。本发明的配方中同时含有茶褐素和柠檬酸,两者结合制备出来膜类护肤产品具有去油、润滑、抚平皱纹等功效,同时,对皮肤无过敏,无刺激和无毒性反应。
再者,本发明的膜类护肤产品成品中含有活性茶褐素,能有效增强皮肤对细菌、真菌所引起感染的免疫力,能够使皮肤变得润滑,水分充足,富有弹性。羧甲基纤维素钠、明胶和柠檬酸等成分配制成的复合溶胶能够使膜与皮肤的pH相近,在抗皱去油润肤的同时,对皮肤的拉扯伤害降到最低。
最后,本发明操作简单,对设备要求不高,生产成本低,得到的膜类护肤品抗皱去油润肤效果明显,且经济实惠,具有良好的市场前景。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种含茶褐素的抗皱去油润肤面膜及其制备工艺
一种含茶褐素的抗皱去油润肤面膜,原料包括:茶褐素粉10~20份、壳聚糖2~6份、柠檬酸3~8份、羧甲基纤维素钠1-3份、明胶1~3份、蔗糖1~3份,具体制备步骤如下:
1、绿茶浓缩液的制备:称取100g绿茶叶,加入1500mL水,80℃提取40min,过滤,获得提取液,浓缩至可溶性固形物为6~8%,制得绿茶浓缩液。
2、黑曲霉孢子液制备:活化黑曲霉,置于PDA平板培养基培养48-96h,取PDA平板培养基上的黑曲霉孢子,定容至100mL,调整黑曲霉孢子浓度至5.0×106个/mL,得到黑曲霉孢子液。
3、种子液制备:混合绿茶浓缩液与黑曲霉孢子液,绿茶浓缩液:黑曲霉孢子液(v/v) =10:1。于温度37℃,转数150转/min恒温摇床中培养48小时,获得种子液。
4、绿茶浓缩液发酵:将种子液加入到绿茶浓缩液中,种子液:绿茶浓缩液(v/v)=1: 12,发酵3天,得到发酵液。
5、茶褐素粉制备:将发酵液过滤,去除菌丝,并减压浓缩至原体积的1/3,得到浓缩液,加入3倍体积95%乙醇搅拌后静置3小时,离心过滤,得到茶褐素粉粗提物,再用20%(v/v) 的乙醇水溶液溶解茶褐素粉粗提物,得到的溶液经减压浓缩,真空干燥,得到茶褐素粉。
6、膜类护肤品制备:将16g步骤5得到的茶褐素粉、2g壳聚糖、5g柠檬酸溶于100mL水中制成溶液a,取羧甲基纤维素钠1g、明胶1g、蔗糖2g溶于100mL水,加热至100℃,并充分混合均匀,冷却至室温,即得复合溶胶b,将两溶胶均加热至70℃,在加热并搅拌条件下使两种溶胶以a:b(V/V)=1:3~3:5充分混合,再加热2h,之后用胶体磨处理两次即得。
选取35-55人群作为试验对象,将制得面膜敷于脸部皮肤表面,20min后揭除,连续使用四周,每周两次,试验对象的皮肤润滑,皮肤上的油明显减少,具有明显的扶纹除皱效果。
实施例2
一种茶褐素除皱美容湿纸巾面膜,制备原料包括:茶褐素乙醇溶液、壳聚糖、柠檬酸、β-环糊精和羧甲基纤维素钠和人脸状纤维纸。其原料配方为:茶褐素提取液100份,柠檬酸 2~6份,羧甲基纤维素钠1-10份,β-环糊精5-8份,壳聚糖2-4份。
制备步骤如下:
1、绿茶浓缩液的制备:称取100g绿茶叶,加入1000mL水,80℃提取40min,过滤,获得提取液,浓缩至可溶性固形物为6%,制得绿茶浓缩液。
2、黑曲霉孢子液制备:用黑曲霉培养基活化黑曲霉,定容至100mL,调整黑曲霉孢子浓度至1.0×106个/mL,得到黑曲霉孢子液。
3、种子液制备:混合绿茶浓缩液与黑曲霉孢子液,绿茶浓缩液:黑曲霉孢子液(v/v) =20:1。于温度37℃培养48小时,获得黑曲霉种子液。
4、绿茶浓缩液发酵:将黑曲霉种子液加入到绿茶浓缩液中,黑曲霉种子液:绿茶浓缩液(v/v)=1:50,发酵8天,得到发酵液。
5、茶褐素乙醇溶液制备:发酵液减压浓缩至原体积的2/7,加入浓缩液3.5倍体积95%乙醇搅拌后静置6小时,在4000转的条件下离心10min,过滤取沉淀物,得到茶褐素粗提物,再用20±5%(v/v)的乙醇水溶液溶解茶褐素粉粗提物,得到的溶液为茶褐素乙醇溶液。
6、加羧甲基纤维素钠灭菌:取100mL茶褐素提取液,并加入1~10%(m/v)羧甲基纤维素钠,随后置于在80±5℃的条件下灭菌。
7、调整pH:用2-6g柠檬酸调整茶褐素乙醇溶液的pH在5.4~5.8之间。
8、加入β-环糊精:在绿茶黑曲霉发酵液的温度冷却至75~90℃的区间内,向其中加入 5~8%(m/v)β-环糊精,混合均匀。
9、加入壳聚糖:在绿茶黑曲霉发酵液的温度降至35~40℃时,向其中加入与之温度差不超过5℃的壳聚糖,添加量为1:50~1:25(v/v)并不断振荡搅拌,使其混合均匀,得到茶褐素面膜液。
10、成型:在35℃的条件下陈化茶褐素面膜液10~48h,48h后将人脸型纤维纸浸入茶褐素面膜液中1-20min,取出冷却后出膜密封包装,茶褐素除皱美容湿纸巾面膜。
本实施例的茶褐素面膜液可以单独使用,经测试,本实施例制备的茶褐素除皱美容湿纸巾面膜具有很好的润肤除皱功能,测试者的皱纹均有不同程度的淡化,皮肤更加润滑。
实施例3
一种含茶褐素的抗皱亮肤眼膜及其制备工艺
一种含茶褐素的抗皱亮肤眼膜,其原料配方为:茶褐素粉5~15份,蜂蜜2~3份,柠檬酸 3~8份,羧甲基纤维素钠1-3份,明胶1~3份。
茶褐素粉的制备工艺同实施例1
将5茶褐素粉、2g蜂蜜、3g柠檬酸溶于100mL水中制成溶液a,取羧甲基纤维素钠(CMC) 1g、明胶1g、溶于100mL水,在充分搅拌下加热至100℃,冷却至室温,即得复合溶胶b,将两溶胶均加热至70℃,在加热并搅拌条件下使两种溶胶以a:b(V/V)=2:3充分混合,再加热2h,之后用胶体磨处理两次即得。
将15茶褐素粉、3g蜂蜜、8g柠檬酸溶于100mL水中制成溶液a,取羧甲基纤维素钠(CMC)3g、明胶3g、溶于100mL水,在充分搅拌下加热至100℃,冷却至室温,即得复合溶胶b,将两溶胶均加热至70℃,在加热并搅拌条件下使两种溶胶以a:b(V/V)=2:3 充分混合,再加热2h,之后用胶体磨处理两次即得。
选取35-55人群作为试验对象,将制得眼膜敷于眼部皮肤表面,10min后揭除,连续使用8周,每周2次,试验对象眼部皮肤亮度光滑度提升,细纹得到明显改善。
实施例4
一种含茶褐素的润肤嫩肤足膜及其制备工艺
一种含茶褐素的润肤嫩肤足膜,其原料配方为:茶褐素乙醇溶液100份,海藻糖2~3份,柠檬酸3~8份,羧甲基纤维素钠1-3份,明胶1~3份,蔗糖1~3份,具体制备工艺如下:
1、绿茶浓缩液的制备:称取100kg干燥的绿茶叶,加入500L,65~85℃的去离子水,浸泡40min,过滤,获得提取液。
2、真空浓缩:将茶叶提取液真空浓缩至原体积的20%,制得绿茶浓缩液。
3、黑曲霉种子液制备:将活化后的黑曲霉置于绿茶浓缩液中,于温度37℃,恒温培养箱中培养48小时,获得黑曲霉种子液。
4、绿茶浓缩液发酵:将黑曲霉种子液加入到绿茶浓缩液中,黑曲霉种子液:绿茶浓缩液(v/v)=1:30,发酵3-6天。用纱布过滤掉发酵液中的菌丝及杂质,得到发酵液。
5、茶褐素乙醇溶液制备:发酵液减压浓缩至原体积的1/4,加入浓缩液4倍体积95%乙醇搅拌后静置5小时,在3000转的条件下离心15min,过滤取沉淀物,得到茶褐素粗提物,再用20±5%(v/v)的乙醇水溶液溶解茶褐素粉粗提物,得到的溶液为茶褐素乙醇溶液。
5、膜类护肤品制备:将2g海藻糖、5g柠檬酸溶于100mL步骤4所得到的茶褐素乙醇溶液中制成溶液a,取羧甲基纤维素钠(CMC)1g、明胶1g、蔗糖2g溶于100mL水,在充分搅拌下加热至100℃,冷却至室温,即得复合溶胶b,将两溶胶均加热至70℃,在加热并搅拌条件下使两种溶胶以a:b(V/V)=2:3充分混合,再加热2h,之后用胶体磨处理两次即得。
选取25-40人群作为试验对象,将制得足膜敷于足部皮肤表面,30min后揭除,连续使用4周,每周2次,能有效去除试验对象足部的汗油,并使足部变的光滑细腻,纹路变淡。

用水提取绿茶,过滤,浓缩,制得绿茶浓缩液;
混合绿茶浓缩液与黑曲霉孢子液,恒温培养获得种子液;
将种子液加入到绿茶浓缩液中,种子液:绿茶浓缩液(v/v)=1:12~1:50,发酵3-12天,过滤,去除菌丝,得到发酵液;
将发酵液减压浓缩,并加入乙醇溶液,搅拌后静置,离心过滤,得到茶褐素粗提物,再用20±5%(v/v)的乙醇水溶液溶解茶褐素粉粗提物,得到的溶液为茶褐素乙醇溶液;
所述茶褐素粉是将茶褐素乙醇溶液减压浓缩,真空干燥制备而成的粉末状固体。

茶褐素乙醇溶液制备:发酵液减压浓缩至原体积的1/3~1/4,并加入浓缩后3~4倍体积95%乙醇,搅拌后静置,离心过滤,得到茶褐素粗提物,再用20±5%(v/v)的乙醇水溶液溶解茶褐素粉粗提物,得到的溶液为茶褐素乙醇溶液。
