本发明涉及一种镀锡板平整液。
背景技术
镀锡板(俗称马口铁)是指表面镀有一薄层金属锡的钢板。镀锡板是将低碳钢轧制成约0.2mm厚的钢板后,经电解清洗、退火、平整、剪边加工,再经清洗、电镀、软熔、钝化处理、涂油后剪切成镀锡板板材成品。电镀锡的前处理(清洗)是由酸洗、碱洗、水洗和刷洗组成,目的是为了使得电镀质量良好,带钢原板的表面必须洁净。镀锡板具有良好的耐腐蚀性,富有光泽的外观,能进行焊接、咬口、冲压等进一步加工成型,还具有良好的印刷着色性,加之镀锡层无毒,因而镀锡板广泛应用于食品罐头、饮料、医药、化工、电器、仪表、装饰等领域,是最受欢迎的钢材之一。经过退火后的镀锡原板要经过一次轻微的冷轧处理,即平整,或“调质轧制”以消除应力平台并改善板型和镀锡板表面状态。在此平整工序就要用平整液,其主要作用是清洗、润滑、防锈。
目前市售一般平整液清洗性能不够、润滑和防锈性较差,平整后板面残留较多,在后续电镀锡前必须进行脱脂清洗处理,这样不仅会浪费大量资源和成本,还会增加废液处理排放等环境问题。

本发明的目的在于提供一种清洗性高、残留低、生物降解性高、对人和环境友好的免脱脂环保型镀锡板平整液。

脂肪酸是指异壬酸、异辛酸、癸酸、新癸酸、癸二酸、月桂二酸、环烷酸、油酸、蓖麻油酸、柠檬酸中的一种或几种。
链烷醇胺是指一乙醇胺、三乙醇胺、异丙基二乙醇胺、异丙醇胺、椰油胺、棕榈胺、油醇胺中的一种或几种。
铁粉分散剂是指棕榈胺聚氧乙烯醚、椰油胺聚氧乙烯醚、咪唑啉季铵盐、十二烷基磺基甜菜碱、十八烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵、十六烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵、十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵、马来酸-丙烯酸共聚物钠盐中的一种或几种。
清洗助剂是指是指聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯嵌段聚醚、EO/PO脂肪胺嵌段聚醚、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯(5-20)醚、牛醇聚氧乙烯醚、司本-80、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、石油磺酸钠、甘油聚氧乙烯醚、聚乙二醇油酸酯中的一种或几种。

1. 配方组份选用特殊结构的有机酸(碳链长短按照一定比例复配,部分碳链异构化)和有机胺在一定温度下反应完全,再复配高性能清洗助剂、表面活性剂、铁粉分散剂、成膜助剂、缓蚀剂等多种高性能添加剂,得到清洗性极好的专用平整液。经实验室残炭测试:钢板表面用平整液浸泡后板面残碳量仅为0.5mg/ m2)
2. 配方组份采用兼容性良好、具有特殊分子结构的棕榈胺聚氧乙烯醚(棕榈胺碳链长度为C16和C18按照特定比例组成的混合胺)和椰油胺聚氧乙烯醚(椰油胺碳链长度为C12和C14按照特定比例组成的混合胺)复配做铁粉分散剂。该类型分散剂为阳离子表面活性剂,比市售常规表面活性剂有更好的乳化能力、铁粉分散能力和清洗能力;另外为提高产品清洗能力,改善带钢表面清洁度,配方采用了新型阳离子EO/PO脂肪胺嵌段聚醚做主要清洗助剂。经过测试,该平整液对粘有铁粉的钢板表面清洗率可以达到99%以上。由于采用了这种独特的阳离子铁粉分散剂和非离子表面活性剂复配技术,该产品在实际使用过程中铁粉分散能力异常优异,平整过程铁粉不易粘附在轧辊和板面,没有平整斑迹产生,平整后板面反射率高,而且能大幅度降低平整机换辊频率。
3. 配方不含任何亚硝酸钠等有毒有害物质,精选生物降解性高、环境友好的特殊结构有机酸和高质量链烷醇胺做主防锈剂,再复配高性能金属缓蚀剂、成膜促进剂、渗透剂等功能助剂调合而成。产品急性经口毒性LD50≥5000mg/kg,急性吸入毒性LC50≥5000mg/m3,呼吸道粘膜刺激≤1级,安全卫生质量高。
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
实施例1:
一种免脱脂环保型镀锡板平整液,由下列重量百分比的成分混合搅拌而成:
癸二酸 2%
月桂二酸 3%
新癸酸 0.5%
一乙醇胺 5%
三乙醇胺 5%
异丙醇胺 1%
蓖麻油酸 0.3%
椰油胺聚氧乙烯醚 1%
EO/PO嵌段聚醚(Pluronic RPE1740) 2%
C13脂肪醇乙氧基化合物(Emulan TO3070) 1%
C12-C14脂肪醇乙氧基化合物(Lutensol A 9N) 0.5%
液态三氮唑衍生物 0.2%
纯水 78.5%。
实施例2:
一种免脱脂环保型镀锡板平整液,由下列重量百分比的成分组成:
脂肪酸……………………5~15%(例5%、10%、15%)
链烷醇胺…………………5~20%(例5%、12%、20%)
铁粉分散剂………………0.5~2%(例0.5%、1%、2%)
清洗助剂…………………1~2%(例1%、1.5%、2%)
油性剂……………………0.5~5%(例0.5%、3%、5%)
缓蚀剂……………………0.5~1%(例0.5%、0.8%、1%)
成膜助剂…………………0.5~1%(例0.5%、0.8%、1%)
纯水………………………余量。
脂肪酸是指异壬酸、异辛酸、癸酸、新癸酸、癸二酸、月桂二酸、环烷酸、油酸、蓖麻油酸、柠檬酸中的一种或几种。
链烷醇胺是指一乙醇胺、三乙醇胺、异丙基二乙醇胺、异丙醇胺、椰油胺、棕榈胺、油醇胺中的一种或几种。
铁粉分散剂是指棕榈胺聚氧乙烯醚、椰油胺聚氧乙烯醚、咪唑啉季铵盐、十二烷基磺基甜菜碱、十八烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵、十六烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵、十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵、马来酸-丙烯酸共聚物钠盐中的一种或几种。
清洗助剂是指是指聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯嵌段聚醚、EO/PO脂肪胺嵌段聚醚、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯(5-20)醚、牛醇聚氧乙烯醚、司本-80、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、石油磺酸钠、甘油聚氧乙烯醚、聚乙二醇油酸酯中的一种或几种。
油性剂是指聚乙二醇、油酸、妥尔油酸、蓖麻油酸、自乳化酯、EO/PO无规共聚醚中的一种或几种。
缓蚀剂是指苯并三氮唑、咪唑啉衍生物、液态三氮唑衍生物、苯甲酸钠、1,2,4三氮唑,烷基磷酸酯中的一种或两种以上组成的混合物。
成膜助剂是指脂肪醇乙氧基化合物、改性聚乙二醇、C13脂肪醇乙氧基化合物、C12-C14脂肪醇乙氧基化合物、C10格尔伯特醇乙氧基化合物、C13羰基醇乙氧基化合物、烷基酚乙氧基化合物中的一种或几种组成的混合物。
