Abstract
本发明属于防伪材料技术领域,具体涉及一种数码防伪垫片及其制备方法。数码防伪垫片是PE层、铝箔层、第一胶层、数码层、PET层、第二胶层与吸收层由内至外依次相连。本发明实现开盖即检的功能,杜绝了垫片的二次使用;使用环保材料复合制作防伪铝箔垫片,提高了环保功能。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于防伪材料技术领域,具体涉及一种数码防伪垫片及其制备方法。
背景技术
在食品或药品等领域,灌装或瓶装的封口,通常采用电磁感应铝箔垫片实现密封,以阻隔空气和水分,达到延长食品或药品保质期的目的,在假冒伪劣商品日益猖獗的今天,因食品、药品直接关系到人体健康,所以食品、药品的防伪成为重中之重。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种数码防伪垫片,增强了防伪力度,杜绝了垫片的二次使用,提高了环保功能;本发明同时提供了数码防伪垫片的制备方法,科学合理、简单易行。
本发明所述的数码防伪垫片是PE层、铝箔层、第一胶层、数码层、PET层、第二胶层与吸收层由内至外依次相连。
所述的PE层厚度为15-30μm。
所述的第一胶层的材质为高聚聚氨酯,其固含量为100%;第一胶层的厚度为15-20微米。
所述的第二胶层的材质是复合胶DH-3018,复合胶DH-3018是厦门鼎宏热熔胶有限公司生产。
所述的吸收层是原浆纸层,吸收层的厚度为1-2mm。
本发明数码信息内容是不可透视的,只有吸收层与PET层分离后才可以识读数码内容,并且每个垫片的数码信息内容的位置是相对固定的,每个垫片的数码信息是独立的。
本发明所述的数码防伪垫片的制备方法,步骤如下:
(1)选择铝箔,利用流延机在铝箔上面涂布PE层;
(2)选择PET,利用赋码机在PET上面赋上身份唯一的镜像防伪码,且各个防伪码之间的间距是等同的;
(3)使用无溶剂复合机将上述的铝箔和PET进行复合,复合面为铝箔面和数码层面;
(4)根据上述单个防伪数码之间的相对位置,制作对应的凹印版,并利用凹印机采用二次印刷工艺在步骤(3)复合好的半成品PE面定位印刷规矩线和单个垫片的模切线;
(5)利用干式复合机将步骤(4)中复合好半成品的PET面涂布复合胶DH-3018并与原浆纸进行复合;
(6)根据规矩线和模切线位置裁切成单个的防伪垫片。
步骤(1)中所述的铝箔的厚度为50-60μm。
步骤(1)中所述的涂布的车速为50-80米/分钟。
步骤(2)中所述的PET的厚度为12-30μm。
步骤(4)中所述的定位偏差≤0.2mm。
步骤(5)中所述的复合胶DH-3018在化料槽融化温度为80-90℃,复合中复合辊温度为40-50℃。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有如下有益效果:
1、解决了数码隐藏的实施办法,并同时解决定位模切垫片的方法。
2、实现开盖即检的功能,杜绝了垫片的二次使用。
3、使用环保材料复合制作防伪铝箔垫片,提高了环保功能。
4、利用数字身份管理系统对每一片防伪铝箔封口垫片赋予二维码,对产品实施精细化的管理,达到防伪、防串货等管理目的。
本发明的防伪铝箔封口垫片,不仅达到了密封的目的,同时也起到了打假护优的作用,严厉打击了食品、药品行业假冒伪劣产品的产生。
具体实施方式
以下结合实施例对本发明做进一步描述。
实施例1
客户订单300万枚
(1)选择厚度为50μm的铝箔,利用流延机在铝箔上面涂布PE层,PE层厚度为20μm,车速为80米/分钟。
(2)选择厚度为12μm的PET,利用赋码机在PET上面赋上身份唯一的镜像防伪码,且各个防伪码之间的间距是等同的。
(3)使用无溶剂复合机将上述的铝箔和PET进行复合,复合面为铝箔面和数码层面。
(4)根据上述单个防伪数码之间的相对位置,制作对应的凹印版,并利用凹印机采用二次印刷工艺在步骤(3)复合好的半成品PE面定位印刷规矩线和单个垫片的模切线,定位偏差≤0.2mm。
(5)利用干式复合机将步骤(4)中复合好半成品的PET面涂布复合胶DH-3018并与原浆纸进行复合。复合胶DH-3018在化料槽融化温度为80℃。复合辊温度为40℃。
(6)根据规矩线和模切线位置裁切成单个的防伪垫片。
实施例2
客户订单600万枚
(1)选择厚度为55μm的铝箔,利用流延机在铝箔上面涂布PE层,PE层厚度为25μm,车速为70米/分钟。
(2)选择厚度为20μm的PET,利用赋码机在PET上面赋上身份唯一的镜像防伪码,且各个防伪码之间的间距是等同的。
(3)使用无溶剂复合机将上述的铝箔和PET进行复合,复合面为铝箔面和数码层面。
(4)根据上述单个防伪数码之间的相对位置,制作对应的凹印版。并利用凹印机采用二次印刷工艺在步骤(3)复合好的半成品PE面定位印刷规矩线和单个垫片的模切线,定位偏差≤0.2mm。
(5)利用干式复合机将步骤(4)中复合好半成品的PET面涂布复合胶DH-3018并与原浆纸进行复合。复合胶DH-3018在化料槽融化温度为85℃。复合辊温度为45℃。
(6)根据规矩线和模切线位置裁切成单个的防伪垫片。
实施例3
客户订单700万枚
(1)选择厚度为60μm的铝箔,利用流延机在铝箔上面涂布PE层,PE层厚度为30μm,车速为50米/分钟。
(2)选择厚度为30μm的PET,利用赋码机在PET上面赋上身份唯一的镜像防伪码,且各个防伪码之间的间距是等同的。
(3)使用无溶剂复合机将上述的铝箔和PET进行复合,复合面为铝箔面和数码层面。
(4)根据上述单个防伪数码之间的相对位置,制作对应的凹印版。并利用凹印机采用二次印刷工艺在步骤(3)复合好的半成品PE面定位印刷规矩线和单个垫片的模切线,定位偏差≤0.2mm。
(5)利用干式复合机将步骤(4)中复合好半成品的PET面涂布复合胶DH-3018并与原浆纸进行复合。复合胶DH-3018在化料槽融化温度为90℃。复合辊温度为50℃。
(6)根据规矩线和模切线位置裁切成单个的防伪垫片。
Claims (10)
1.一种数码防伪垫片,其特征在于PE层、铝箔层、第一胶层、数码层、PET层、第二胶层与吸收层由内至外依次相连。
2.根据权利要求1所述的数码防伪垫片,其特征在于所述的PE层厚度为15-30μm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的数码防伪垫片,其特征在于所述的第一胶层的材质为高聚聚氨酯,其固含量为100%;第一胶层的厚度为15-20微米。
4.根据权利要求1所述的数码防伪垫片,其特征在于所述的第二胶层的材质是复合胶DH-3018。
5.根据权利要求1所述的数码防伪垫片,其特征在于所述的吸收层是原浆纸层,吸收层的厚度为1-2mm。
6.一种权利要求1-5任一所述的数码防伪垫片的制备方法,其特征在于步骤如下:
(1)选择铝箔,利用流延机在铝箔上面涂布PE层;
(2)选择PET,利用赋码机在PET上面赋上身份唯一的镜像防伪码,且各个防伪码之间的间距是等同的;
(3)使用无溶剂复合机将上述的铝箔和PET进行复合,复合面为铝箔面和数码层面;
(4)根据上述单个防伪数码之间的相对位置,制作对应的凹印版,并利用凹印机采用二次印刷工艺在步骤(3)复合好的半成品PE面定位印刷规矩线和单个垫片的模切线;
(5)利用干式复合机将步骤(4)中复合好半成品的PET面涂布复合胶DH-3018并与原浆纸进行复合;
(6)根据规矩线和模切线位置裁切成单个的防伪垫片。
7.根据权利要求6所述的数码防伪垫片的制备方法,其特征在于步骤(1)中所述的铝箔的厚度为50-60μm。
8.根据权利要求6所述的数码防伪垫片的制备方法,其特征在于步骤(1)中所述的涂布的车速为50-80米/分钟。
9.根据权利要求6所述的数码防伪垫片的制备方法,其特征在于步骤(2)中所述的PET的厚度为12-30μm。
10.根据权利要求6所述的数码防伪垫片的制备方法,其特征在于步骤(5)中所述的复合胶DH-3018在化料槽融化温度为80-90℃,复合中复合辊温度为40-50℃。
