Abstract

The present invention provides a fixing and supporting device for fixing and supporting a front grille of a vehicle to an upper bumper frame of the vehicle, a bracket of a headlamp of the vehicle facing toward an inner side of the vehicle being fixedly connected to a recessed first bracket of a front side portion of the upper frame, the fixing and supporting device being disposed above the recessed first bracket of the upper frame, the fixing and supporting device including: a base integrally formed with a top surface of a front side portion of the upper frame; and a second bracket movably positionable in a first position and a second position relative to the base, wherein when the second bracket is in the first position, an upper side of the first bracket is open to accommodate mounting of a bracket connected to the headlamp; a portion of the second bracket extends from the base into and overhangs the space above the first bracket when the second bracket is in a second position, wherein the bracket of the front grille is adapted to be fixedly supported on the second bracket in the second position.

Fixing and supporting device for front grille of vehicle

Technical Field

The present invention relates to a fixed support device for a front grille of a vehicle, and more particularly to a mounting device for fixing the front grille of the vehicle to a front bumper frame.

Background

In the existing vehicle, the headlights of the vehicle are mounted on the front side edges of the upper frame of the front bumper adjacent thereto, and the vehicle front grille adjacent to the headlights also generally needs to be fixed to the front side edges of the upper frame of the front bumper adjacent thereto. In the conventional vehicle, since the headlamp has been fixed to the mount seat of the front side of the upper frame of the front bumper, the front grille is press-fixedly supported to other positions of the upper frame such as the rear side, which increases the dimension and supporting distance of the front grille in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle, adversely affects the strength of the front grille and the supporting fixing performance, and easily causes the front grille to collapse down after the vehicle is running, thereby adversely affecting the appearance quality of the front grille.

Disclosure of Invention

The technical problem to be solved by the present invention is to overcome the above-mentioned drawbacks of the prior art and to provide a fixing device for a front grille of a vehicle, which has a strong rigidity and a relatively short support distance, and which is advantageous for the fixing performance of the front grille and for maintaining the appearance quality of the front grille in a durable manner.

According to an aspect of the present invention, there is provided a stationary support device for fixedly supporting a front grille of a vehicle to an upper bumper frame of the vehicle, a bracket of a headlamp of the vehicle, which is directed toward an inner side of the vehicle, being fixedly connected to a recessed first bracket of a front side portion of the upper frame, the stationary support device being disposed above the recessed first bracket of the upper frame, the stationary support device including: a base integrally formed with a top surface of a front side portion of the upper frame; and a second bracket movably positionable in a first position and a second position relative to the base, wherein when the second bracket is in the first position, an upper side of the first bracket is open to accommodate mounting of a bracket connected to the headlamp; a portion of the second bracket extends from the base into and overhangs the space above the first bracket when the second bracket is in a second position, wherein the bracket of the front grille is adapted to be fixedly supported on the portion of the second bracket in the second position.

Preferably, the fixed support means further comprises a hinge connected between the base and the second support, the second support being in a substantially horizontally relatively deployed position with respect to the base when the second support is in the first position, the second support being pivoted with respect to the base by the hinge when the second support is in the second position until the second support is engaged to the base and a portion of the second support extends beyond the base to enter and suspend the space above the first support.

Preferably, the base includes: the base is provided with a groove, the second support is provided with a bulge which is correspondingly matched with the groove, when the second support is positioned at the second position, the bulge is engaged in the groove, and the part of the second support is provided with a reinforcing rib.

Preferably, a bracket of the headlamp is fixedly connected to the first bracket by a screw, and a bracket of the front grille is fixedly connected to the portion of the second bracket by a screw.

Preferably, the second bracket is slidably nested on the base.

According to another aspect of the present invention, a motor vehicle is proposed, comprising a fixed support device as described above for fixedly supporting a front grille of the vehicle to an upper bumper frame of the vehicle.

Detailed Description

According to one embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, a headlamp 2 and a front grill 3 of a vehicle are mounted to an upper bumper frame 1 of the vehicle. As shown in fig. 2 in particular, a bracket 21 extends from the side of the headlight 2 facing the vehicle interior. A first recessed bracket 11 for fixedly supporting a bracket 21 of a headlamp is provided at a front side portion of the bumper upper frame 1. Above the recessed first bracket 11 of the upper frame 1, there is also provided a support device 12 for fixing a bracket 32 supporting the front grill 3 by means of a screw 31.

Fig. 3 shows a supporting device 12 for supporting a front grill according to one embodiment of the present invention, the supporting device 12 including a base 13 formed integrally with a top surface of a front side portion of an upper frame, a second bracket 15 pivotably connected to the base 13, and a hinge 14 connected between the base 13 and the second bracket 15. A groove 131 is formed on the base 13, a protrusion 151 correspondingly engaged with the groove 131 is formed on the second bracket 15, and reinforcing ribs 152 and 153 are preferably provided on both sides of the protrusion 151. According to one embodiment of the invention, the support means 12 provided on the front side of the skeleton on the bumper have a first position in which the second brackets 15, which are hingedly connected to each other, are in a substantially horizontally spread position with respect to the base 13, and a second position in which the second brackets 15 are pivoted with respect to the base by means of the hinges 14 until the second brackets 15 are joined to the base 13, in which the second brackets 15 extend from the base 13 towards the recessed space of the first brackets 11, so that a part of the second brackets 15 is suspended above the first brackets 11.

Fig. 4 shows the support device 12 in a first position according to one embodiment of the invention, in which the upper side of the recessed first leg 11 of the upper frame 1 is open, so that the leg 21 of the headlight 2 is adapted to be fitted onto the surface of the recessed first leg 11 from above the recessed first leg 11 and the leg 21 of the headlight is fixedly supported on the recessed first leg 11 of the upper frame 1 by means of screws 22, as shown in fig. 5.

After the headlight 2 is fixedly supported on the recessed first bracket 11 of the upper frame 1, the support means 12 of the upper frame 1 are brought into a second position, as shown in fig. 6, in which the second bracket 15 is pivoted relative to the base by means of the hinge 14 until the second bracket 15 engages on the base 13, the second bracket 15 in the second position extending from the base 13 towards the recessed space of the first bracket 11, so that a part of the second bracket 15 is suspended above the first bracket 11.

Then, as shown in fig. 7, the front grill 3 is fixedly supported to the upper frame 1, that is, the bracket 32 of the front grill 3 is fixedly supported to the hanging portion of the second bracket 15 of the supporting device 12 by the screw 31, so that the bracket 32 of the front grill 3 has a shorter distance with respect to the body, so that the front grill 3 can have a stronger rigidity and a supporting distance with respect to a shortening, which is advantageous for the fixing performance of the front grill and for the durable maintenance of the appearance quality of the front grill.

The above embodiments are merely illustrative of the present invention, and the structure and connection of the various components may be varied, for example, in another embodiment of the present invention, the base 13 of the support device 12 and the second frame 15 are not connected by a hinge, and the second frame 15 is slidably nested on the base 13 so as to be movable between the first position and the second position. Therefore, equivalent changes and improvements based on the technical scheme of the invention are not excluded from the protection scope of the invention.

While the invention has been shown and described with respect to the embodiments, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes and modifications may be made without departing from the scope of the invention.

Claims

1. A fixing and supporting device for fixing and supporting a front grille of a vehicle to a bumper upper frame of the vehicle, a bracket of a headlamp of the vehicle, which faces an inside of the vehicle, being fixedly connected to a recessed first bracket of a front side portion of the upper frame, the fixing and supporting device being disposed above the recessed first bracket of the upper frame, the fixing and supporting device comprising:

a base integrally formed with a top surface of a front side portion of the upper frame; and

a second bracket movably positionable in a first position and a second position relative to the base, wherein when the second bracket is in the first position, an upper side of the first bracket is open for mounting a bracket connected to the headlamp; a portion of the second bracket extends from the base into and overhangs the space above the first bracket when the second bracket is in a second position, wherein the bracket of the front grille is adapted to be fixedly supported on the portion of the second bracket in the second position.

The fixed support apparatus of claim 1, further comprising a hinge connected between the base and the second leg, the second leg being in a substantially horizontally oppositely deployed position relative to the base when the second leg is in the first position, the second leg being pivoted relative to the base by the hinge until the second leg is engaged to the base and a portion of the second leg extends beyond the base to enter and suspend the space above the first leg when the second leg is in the second position.

The fixed support apparatus of claim 2, wherein the base comprises: the base is provided with a groove, the second support is provided with a bulge which is correspondingly matched with the groove, when the second support is positioned at the second position, the bulge is engaged in the groove, and the part of the second support is provided with a reinforcing rib.

4. The fixed support device according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein a bracket of the headlamp is fixedly connected to the first bracket by a screw, and a bracket of the front grille is fixedly connected to the portion of the second bracket by a screw.

5. The fixed support apparatus of claim 1, wherein the second bracket is slidably nested on the base.

6. A motor vehicle comprising a fixed support device according to any one of the preceding claims for fixedly supporting a front grille of a vehicle to a bumper upper armature of the vehicle.
