Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a Food Cutter (Food Cutter), particularly to a Food Cutter which is used for taking care of the diet of infants, and more particularly to a Food Cutter which can be easily cleaned and can improve the sharpness.
Background
Conventionally, a scissors-shaped food cutter has been used to cut food materials into a size that is easily eaten by infants. In this case, in order to improve the sharpness of the food cutter, the left and right blade parts are required to be closely overlapped with each other.
In a food cutter in which left and right blades are connected by a Hinge (Hinge), the blade is highly compact, but the Hinge has a fine structure, making it difficult to easily clean the cutter.
In addition, although the food cutter without the left and right blade parts connected by the hinge part can easily clean the cutter, the tightness of the left and right blade parts is reduced, resulting in poor sharpness. In this case, the food that can be cut is limited.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, it is an object of the present invention to provide a food cutter capable of improving detergency and improving sharpness.
An openable and closable food cutter capable of achieving an open position and a closed position, comprising: a first member having a first blade formed at a tip thereof; and a second member integrally formed with the first member via a coupling member, the second member having a second blade engaged with the first blade at a distal end thereof, the first member being provided with a first Guide rail (Guide), the second member being provided with a second Guide rail engaged with the first Guide rail to Guide the cutter to a closed position, a rail overlapping positional relationship between the first Guide rail and the second Guide rail being opposite to a blade overlapping positional relationship between the first blade and the second blade, and the first blade and the second blade being in close contact with each other when the first Guide rail is engaged with the second Guide rail.
In any case where the food cutter of the present invention is placed on a flat surface with one side or the other side facing upward, the first blade portion and the second blade portion are separated from the flat surface.
In the food cutter of the present invention, a first protrusion is provided at a base end of the first blade portion, and a second protrusion is provided at a base end of the second blade portion, the second protrusion abutting against the first protrusion to guide the first blade portion and the second blade portion to a blade overlapping positional relationship.
The food cutter of the present invention is integrally formed of synthetic resin.
In the food cutter of the present invention, a first pressing surface is provided on a side surface of the first member, a second pressing surface is provided on a side surface of the second member, a closed position is obtained by pressing the first pressing surface and the second pressing surface, and an open position is obtained by releasing the pressing of the first pressing surface and the second pressing surface.
In the food cutter of the present invention, a first predetermined interval is provided between the first blade portion and the first guide rail, and a second predetermined interval is provided between the second blade portion and the second guide rail.

EMBODIMENTS FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 to 8 are views showing an embodiment of a food cutter according to the present invention.
The food cutter 10 is used for cutting food materials for infants, such as meat, vegetables, noodles, and the like.
The food cutter 10 is integrally molded with a synthetic resin such as Polypropylene (Polypropylene) and can be held at an open position (waiting position) and a closed position (cutting position).
As shown in fig. 1 to 8, the food cutter 10 includes: a first member 11 having a first blade 12 formed at a distal end thereof; the second member 21 is integrally formed with the first member 11 via a coupling member 30, and has a second blade 22 at the tip thereof, which engages with the first blade 12.
The first member 11 is provided with a first guide rail 14 having a first predetermined distance L1 from the first blade 12, the second member 21 is provided with a second guide rail 24 having a second predetermined distance L2 from the second blade 22, and the second guide rail 24 engages with the first guide rail 14 to guide the food cutter 10 to the closed position.
In this case, the rail overlapping positional relationship between the first rail 14 and the second rail 24 is opposite to the blade overlapping positional relationship between the first blade 12 and the second blade 22.
That is, in fig. 1, the first blade 12 and the second blade 22 overlap in the blade overlapping positional relationship such that the first blade 12 of the first member 11 penetrates below the second blade 22 of the second member 21, and the first rail 14 and the second rail 24 overlap in the rail overlapping positional relationship such that the first rail 14 of the first member 11 penetrates above the second rail 24 of the second member 21.
Since the rail overlapping positional relationship of the first rail 14 and the second rail 24 is opposite to the blade overlapping positional relationship of the first blade 12 and the second blade 22, the first blade 12 and the second blade 22 can be brought into close contact with each other by the engagement of the first rail 14 and the second rail 24.
Further, a first projection 13 is provided at the base end of the first blade 12 of the first member 11, and a second projection 23 is provided at the base end of the second blade 22 of the second member 21, and the second projection 23 abuts against the first projection to guide the first blade 12 and the second blade 22 to a blade overlapping positional relationship.
Further, as shown in fig. 1, when one side of the food cutter 10 is placed on the flat surface S so as to face upward, the first blade part 12 and the second blade part 22 are separated from the flat surface S by a distance L3 (see fig. 8), and, as shown in fig. 2, when the other side of the food cutter 10 is placed on the flat surface S so as to face upward, the first blade part 12 and the second blade part 22 are separated from the flat surface S, and the coupling member 30 is also separated from the flat surface S.
Further, a first pressing surface 15 is provided on a side surface of the first member 11, a second pressing surface 25 is provided on a side surface of the second member 21, the food cutter 10 takes a closed position by pressing the first and second pressing surfaces 15 and 25, and the food cutter 10 returns to an open position by its elastic force by releasing the pressing of the first and second pressing surfaces 15 and 25.
Next, the operation of the present embodiment configured as described above will be described.
First, the food cutter 10 takes an open position where the first blade 12 is separated from the second blade 22.
Then, the pressing surface 15 of the first member 11 and the second pressing surface 25 of the second member 21 are pressed against each other, whereby the food cutter 10 is closed.
In this case, first, the first projection 13 of the first member 11 and the second projection 23 of the second member 21 are butted, and the first blade 12 and the second blade 22 are guided to have a blade overlapping positional relationship. In this case, the first blade 12 is below the second blade 22 in fig. 1.
Meanwhile, the rail overlapping positional relationship of the first rail 14 and the second rail 24 is opposite to the blade overlapping positional relationship, that is, the first rail 14 is above the second rail 24.
In this case, since the rail overlapping positional relationship between the first rail 14 and the second rail 24 is opposite to the blade overlapping positional relationship between the first blade 12 and the second blade 22, the first blade 12 and the second blade 22 can be brought into close contact with each other by engaging the first rail 14 with the second rail 24.
Therefore, the food cutter 10 can cut meat, vegetables, noodles, etc. more easily through the first and second blade parts 12 and 22.
In this case, the sharpness of the first blade 12 and the second blade 22 can be improved by engaging the first rail 14 with the second rail 24 to bring the first blade 12 and the second blade 22 into close contact with each other.
The food cutter 10 is washed after use, and in this case, the food cutter 10 can be easily and simply washed because the food cutter 10 does not have a complicated structure such as a hinge portion.
In addition, the food cutter 10 is integrally molded using synthetic resin. In this case, since the food cutter 10 has such a simple structure as described above, even if the molding accuracy is low, the first blade 12 and the second blade 22 are brought into close contact with each other by engaging the first guide rail 14 with the second guide rail 24, and the food can be cut without any hindrance.
According to the present embodiment as described above, the first blade part 12 and the second blade part 22 of the food cutter 10 can improve the sharpness in cutting the food material and can be easily cleaned. Further, since the structure is simple, even if the accuracy of forming the food cutter 10 is low, the first guide rail 14 is engaged with the second guide rail 24, so that the food can be cut without any hindrance by the first blade 12 and the second blade 22.
