本发明公开了一种化工搅拌机，包括主体，电动线路，电动机，盖子，搅拌柱，搅拌扇，出料口，隔热层，防腐层，进料口，主体顶部设置有盖子，所述盖子上部设置有电动机，盖子下方内部设置有电动线路，盖子下方设置有搅拌柱，搅拌柱与盖子固定连接，搅拌柱上设置有搅拌扇，搅拌扇与电动机通过电动线路电连，主体内部设置有防腐层和隔热层，主体底部设置有搅拌柱和搅拌扇，主体一侧顶部设置有进料口，主体一侧下端设置有出料口，本发明化工搅拌机结构简单，易于操作，具有可拆卸的搅拌扇，能够更替损坏的搅拌扇，并且增设了防腐层和隔热层，大大提升了搅拌机的寿命。

本发明涉及化工设备领域，具体是一种化工搅拌机。
背景技术
搅拌机在化工装置中占有很大的比重，其作用主要是提供物料的混合或化学反应的场所，为此常要求装置具有均匀的搅拌分布和良好的混合行为。由于搅拌区与非搅拌区的特性有较大的差异，如上下动兼回转搅拌器、正反转兼上下动复合搅拌器都具有非常良好的混合行为，但其搅拌分布极不均匀，并且传统的搅拌机搅拌扇固定于盖子，不能更换。
发明内容
为解决上述问题，本发明提出了一种化工搅拌机。
一种化工搅拌机，其特征在于：包括主体，电动线路，电动机，盖子，搅拌柱，搅拌扇，出料口，隔热层，防腐层，进料口，所述主体顶部设置有盖子，所述盖子上部设置有电动机，所述盖子下方内部设置有电动线路，所述盖子下方设置有搅拌柱，所述搅拌柱与盖子固定连接，所述搅拌柱上设置有搅拌扇，所述搅拌扇与电动机通过电动线路电连，所述主体内部设置有防腐层和隔热层，所述主体底部设置有搅拌柱和搅拌扇，所述主体一侧顶部设置有进料口，所述主体一侧下端设置有出料口。
进一步地，所述搅拌扇子设置有三个。
进一步地，所述隔热层为隔热材质。
进一步地，所述防腐层为防腐材质。
本发明与现有技术相比较，其具有以下有益效果：本发明化工搅拌机，进料口进料，连接电动机能够安全地并且均匀地搅拌化工混合物，盖子两个，底部一个搅拌扇，使得混合物混合更加均匀，然后混合均匀地无聊能够从出料口出来，搅拌扇均为可拆卸，本发明化工搅拌机结构简单，易于操作，众所周知，用于化工业的搅拌机由于化工产品的巨大腐蚀性，寿命均不高，本发明具有可拆卸的搅拌扇，能够更替损坏的搅拌扇，并且增设了防腐层和隔热层，大大提升了搅拌机的寿命。

参阅图1所示的化工搅拌机，包括主体1，电动线路2，电动机3，盖子4，搅拌柱5，搅拌扇6，出料口7，隔热层8，防腐层9，进料口10，所述主体1顶部设置有盖子4，所述盖子4上部设置有电动机3，所述盖子4下方内部设置有电动线路2，所述盖子4下方设置有搅拌柱5，所述搅拌柱5与盖子4固定连接，所述搅拌柱5上设置有搅拌扇6，所述搅拌扇6与电动机3通过电动线路2电连，所述主体1内部设置有防腐层9和隔热层8，所述主体1底部设置有搅拌柱5和搅拌扇6，所述主体1一侧顶部设置有进料口10，所述主体1一侧下端设置有出料口7。
进一步地，所述搅拌扇6设置有三个。
进一步地，所述隔热层8为隔热材质。
