背景技术
脑梗塞是中老年人随着年龄的增长、身体抵抗力差、工作、生活压力大、人体机能减退和老化所致常见疾病，受到风寒热湿，疲劳过度的影响，出现脑血管萎缩、硬化，血液中血脂及有害成分累积，产生血脉受阻，表现出头晕头痛，头部有时表现间歇性绞痛，精神不振、难受，严重的患者后期可能带来中风痴呆，难以治愈。
现在医院治疗脑梗塞的方法是打吊针、服用脑心通之类的药物。虽然在消炎、止痛等方面起到了一定的作用，缓解了病情，但是见效慢，治疗时间长，费用高。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种见效快、费用低的治疗脑梗塞的中药组合物。本发明的另一个目的是提供一种制备该中药组合物的方法。
本发明治疗脑梗塞的中药组合物主要由以下重量份的组分制成药剂：爬岩红140-150份、红花5份、甘草6份、蔓荆子10份、川芎10份、黄苓10份、白芷10份、菊花10份、槲寄生10份、钩藤15份、川牛膝15份、伏神15份、石决明15份、杜仲15份、枸杞20份、枣皮20份、丹参20份、天麻20份、夜交藤20份、黄芪30份、红灵芝30份。
优选主要由以下重量份的组分制成药剂：爬岩红150份、红花5份、甘草6份、蔓荆子10份、川芎10份、黄苓10份、白芷10份、菊花10份、槲寄生10份、钩藤15份、川牛膝15份、伏神15份、石决明15份、杜仲15份、枸杞20份、枣皮20份、丹参20份、天麻20份、夜交藤20份、黄芪30份、红灵芝30份。

将紫云英蜂蜜加热至70-80℃，再将混合均匀后的药粉与紫云英蜂蜜搅拌均匀，制粒即得丸剂。

爬岩红是草本植物，玄参科，属于腹水草的一种，长60—190厘米，草叶互生，叶边锯齿形，叶梗全绿色无毛，藤苗细软，夏秋时开红紫色花，圆筒状，开花不结籽。藤形细长，鲜苗叶梗光滑，晒干后呈棕黑色。有较浓的芬香味。多生于山脚或山坡沟近水边、灌丛中阴潮湿地、近水边，分布于南方各地，生长在海拔500—110米之间，湖南桂东山区分布较广。民间常用于治疗腹水、水肿、小便不利、月经不调、闭经、跌打损伤、外用治腮腺炎、疔疮、烧烫伤、毒蛇咬伤。经申请人试验发现，其性味功能：味苦，微寒，归肝、脾、肾经，能祛风除湿，舒筋活络，镇痛解痉，缓解疲劳，散瘀，抗炎。
本发明是以爬岩红为主体的中药组合物，能降脂，清除血液中的垃圾，达到血液清洁红亮。本药能疏通经络，改善血液循环，迅速消除血管病变，修复脑血管病变组织，解除头晕头痛的症状，对治疗中老年脑梗塞效果极佳，且无毒无副作用。其中，红花，止痛散瘀；甘草，消热解毒；蔓荆子，降血压，镇痛，抑菌；川芎，活血行气，祛风止痛；黄苓，泻火解毒，止血；白芷，祛风除湿，通窍止痛；菊花，祛风除湿，消肿止痛；寄生，补肾，壮腰，健腰；钩藤，清热，平肝，息风定惊，头痛；川牛膝，活血通经，补肝肾；伏神，调和气血，修复血管，疏通末梢，平稳血压；石决明，治疗高血压，头昏，眩晕，肝盛血弱；杜仲，补肝肾，强筋骨；枸杞，滋补肝肾，益精明目，治虚劳，精亏，腰膝酸痛；枣皮，补肝肾，治腰膝酸痛，眩晕耳鸣；丹参，活血祛瘀，通经止痛，清心除烦，凉血，解痛；天麻，息风定惊，眩晕头痛，肢体麻木；夜交藤，治失眠，劳伤，血虚，身痛；黄芪，补虚，益气；红灵芝，增强免疫力,扶正固本。经临床试验发现，本发明的药爬岩红与蔓荆子、黄苓同用时，修改明显；加上伏神后，见效更快；对于久病者，加上红灵芝，见效更快。
本发明的中药及中药组合物的优选用量和服用方法：粉剂，每日早晚饭后各服1次，每次1包，用开水冲服即可，也可以加入适量蜜糖服用；丸剂，每日早晚饭后各服1次，每次2丸，用开水送服。一般15天一个疗程。脑梗塞患者比较严重者服2到3个疗程；轻患病者服1到2个疗程即可，服完后减半药量到停药。
经长期临床试验发现，本发明的药对治疗中老年脑梗塞效果极佳，见效快，且无毒无副作用，一般服药后2天见效，疗效显著。三年来共治疗患者23人，男11人，女12人，痊愈率100%。本发明的药制备、服用简单方便，费用低，每天费用约10元。
部分临床典型病例如下：
某男，现年58岁，2014年11月12日前因头晕头痛，在人民医院检查CT确诊，右侧放射冠区见小片状低密度影，边界模糊，诊断为脑梗塞，服用本药物两天之后，有明显好转，之后坚持连续服用15天后，病痛消失，回到工作岗位。
某女，现年73岁，2012年前头晕头痛有两年之久，2012年3月30日CT影像检查为患脑梗塞，住院治疗，出院后中西药从未断过，病症从未消失。2014年9月24日服本发明中药组合剂，两天见效。
某女，现年51岁，头晕头痛，头部有时出现间歇性绞痛难受，前来问药治疗，2014年10月30日取药15天量，服用两天见效，服完后病症消失，恢复正常，效果非常好。
具体实施方式
下面通过实施例进一步说明本发明，但本发明的内容并非仅限于此：
本发明治疗脑梗塞的中药组合物由以下重量份的组分制成药剂：爬岩红150份、红花5份、甘草6份、蔓荆子10份、川芎10份、黄苓10份、白芷10份、菊花10份、槲寄生10份、钩藤15份、川牛膝15份、伏神15份、石决明15份、杜仲15份、枸杞20份、枣皮20份、丹参20份、天麻20份、夜交藤20份、黄芪30份、红灵芝30份。
制备方法包括以下步骤：
a.将红花、枸杞、枣皮直接干燥，粉碎成130目细粉；
b.将爬岩红、甘草、蔓荆子、川芎、黄苓、白芷、菊花、槲寄生、钩藤、川牛膝、伏神、石决明、杜仲、丹参、天麻、夜交藤、黄芪、红灵芝清洗干净，放入高压锅气蒸40分钟，取出干燥使含水量为7%，粉碎成130目细粉；
c.将上述药粉混合均匀。
可以制成粉剂。也可以制成丸剂。
如果制成丸剂，最好加上200份紫云英蜂蜜，将紫云英蜂蜜加热至70℃，再将混合均匀后的药粉与紫云英蜂蜜搅拌均匀，制粒即得丸剂。
为便于服用，粉剂最好是15g/包；丸剂最好是10g/丸。

1.一种治疗脑梗塞的中药组合物，其特征在于主要由以下重量份的组分制成药剂：爬岩红140-150份、红花5份、甘草6份、蔓荆子10份、川芎10份、黄苓10份、白芷10份、菊花10份、槲寄生10份、钩藤15份、川牛膝15份、伏神15份、石决明15份、杜仲15份、枸杞20份、枣皮20份、丹参20份、天麻20份、夜交藤20份、黄芪30份、红灵芝30份。
2.根据权利要求1所述治疗脑梗塞的中药组合物，其特征在于主要由以下重量份的组分制成药剂：爬岩红150份、红花5份、甘草6份、蔓荆子10份、川芎10份、黄苓10份、白芷10份、菊花10份、槲寄生10份、钩藤15份、川牛膝15份、伏神15份、石决明15份、杜仲15份、枸杞20份、枣皮20份、丹参20份、天麻20份、夜交藤20份、黄芪30份、红灵芝30份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述治疗脑梗塞的中药组合物，其特征在于：所述药剂是丸剂。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述治疗脑梗塞的中药组合物，其特征在于：所述药剂是粉剂。
5.根据权利要求3所述治疗脑梗塞的中药组合物，其特征在于：还包括200份紫云英蜂蜜。
6.一种制备权利要求1所述中药组合物的方法，其特征在于包括以下步骤：
a.将红花、枸杞、枣皮直接干燥，粉碎成130-150目细粉；
b.将爬岩红、甘草、蔓荆子、川芎、黄苓、白芷、菊花、槲寄生、钩藤、川牛膝、伏神、石决明、杜仲、丹参、天麻、夜交藤、黄芪、红灵芝清洗干净，放入高压锅气蒸40分钟，取出干燥使含水量小于7%，粉碎成130-150目细粉；
c.将上述药粉混合均匀。
7.根据权利要求6所述方法，其特征在于：将混合均匀后的药粉造成粉剂或丸剂。
8.根据权利要求7所述方法，其特征在于：将紫云英蜂蜜加热至70-80℃，再将混合均匀后的药粉与紫云英蜂蜜搅拌均匀，制粒即得丸剂。
9.根据权利要求7所述方法，其特征在于：所述粉剂15g/包。
10.根据权利要求7或8所述方法，其特征在于：所述丸剂10g/丸。
