技术领域
本发明属于中草药应用领域，特别涉及一种药枕使用的中草药枕芯填充物，还涉及一种药枕使用的中草药枕芯填充物的制备方法。
背景技术
古代早就有“闻香祛病”的中药枕，以药枕治头、颈疾病，把草本植物的茎、叶和花依照中医理论进行搭配，然后装于枕芯内，是养生保健、预防疾病的一种手段。
然而目前的药枕功效单一，多以促进睡眠，提高睡眠质量为主，不能满足人们日益增长的需求。
发明内容
基于现有技术存在上述问题，本发明提供一种药枕使用的中草药枕芯填充物及其制备方法，该填充物由桑叶、薄荷、蔓荆子、白芷、红花、杜仲、葛根、川芎、草决明和白菊花组成，制备方法包括称取、烘干、粉碎和混匀四个步骤，本发明提供的药枕使用的中草药枕芯填充物具有促进睡眠、改善睡眠质量、清热解毒、降血压的作用。
一种药枕使用的中草药枕芯填充物，其由桑叶、薄荷、蔓荆子、白芷、红花、杜仲、葛根、川芎、草决明和白菊花组成，桑叶、薄荷、白芷等具有清热解毒、助眠的功效，杜仲和葛根具有降血压、调血脂的作用。
各组分的重量分数如下：桑叶30-35、薄荷10-13、蔓荆子7-9、白芷16-18、红花13-19、杜仲12-15、葛根9-15、川芎16-20、草决明25-30、白菊花11-16。
各组分的重量分数如下：桑叶32、薄荷12、蔓荆子8、白芷17、红花15、杜仲14、葛根11、川芎18、草决明28、白菊花13。
一种药枕使用的中草药枕芯填充物的制备方法，其包括以下步骤：
步骤S10称取：按各成分重量分数称取相应的草药；
步骤S20烘干：使用烘干机将步骤S10中称取的草药成分于60-70℃下烘干3-5小时；
步骤S30粉碎：将步骤S20烘干的草药成分用粉碎机粉碎至可通过150目筛网；
步骤S40混匀：将步骤S30中粉碎的草药成分充分混匀。
步骤S20中烘干温度是63-68℃下烘干3.5-4小时。
步骤S30粉碎中还可以只粉碎薄荷、蔓荆子、白芷、杜仲、葛根、川芎，其他成分不粉碎。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步的描述。
实施例一：按如下质量称取中草药成分：桑叶32g、薄荷12g、蔓荆子8g、白芷17g、红花15g、杜仲14g、葛根11g、川芎18g、草决明28g、白菊花13g。
将上述称好的中草药放入烘干机中使用65℃烘干4小时，取出中草药，自然冷却，并将全部中草药放于粉碎机中粉碎至可通过150目筛网，将所有中草药成分混匀，即成功制备本发明所述的药枕使用的中草药枕芯填充物。
实施例二：按如下质量称取中草药成分：桑叶32g、薄荷12g、蔓荆子8g、白芷17g、红花15g、杜仲14g、葛根11g、川芎18g、草决明28g、白菊花13g。
将上述称好的中草药放入烘干机中使用65℃烘干4小时，取出中草药，自然冷却，并将薄荷、蔓荆子、白芷、杜仲、葛根、川芎这六种药材放于粉碎机中粉碎至可通过150目筛网，将粉碎的中草药与没粉碎的种草药混匀，即成功制备本发明所述的药枕使用的中草药枕芯填充物。

1.一种药枕使用的中草药枕芯填充物，其特征在于，其由桑叶、薄荷、蔓荆子、白芷、红花、杜仲、葛根、川芎、草决明和白菊花组成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种药枕使用的中草药枕芯填充物，其特征在于，各组分的重量分数如下：桑叶30-35、薄荷10-13、蔓荆子7-9、白芷16-18、红花13-19、杜仲12-15、葛根9-15、川芎16-20、草决明25-30、白菊花11-16。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种药枕使用的中草药枕芯填充物，其特征在于，各组分的重量分数如下：桑叶32、薄荷12、蔓荆子8、白芷17、红花15、杜仲14、葛根11、川芎18、草决明28、白菊花13。
4.一种药枕使用的中草药枕芯填充物的制备方法，其特征在于，其包括以下步骤：
步骤S10称取：按各成分重量分数称取相应的草药；
步骤S20烘干：使用烘干机将步骤S10中称取的草药成分于60-70℃下烘干3-5小时；
步骤S30粉碎：将步骤S20烘干的草药成分用粉碎机粉碎至可通过150目筛网；
步骤S40混匀：将步骤S30中粉碎的草药成分充分混匀。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种药枕使用的中草药枕芯填充物的制备方法，其特征在于，步骤S20中烘干温度是63-68℃下烘干3.5-4小时。
6.根据权利要求4所述的一种药枕使用的中草药枕芯填充物的制备方法，其特征在于，步骤S30粉碎中还可以只粉碎薄荷、蔓荆子、白芷、杜仲、葛根、川芎，其他成分不粉碎。
