本发明实施例提供一种信息交互装置、基站和通信系统。该装置包括:第一发送单元,该第一发送单元用于向辅基站发送请求消息,该请求消息包括主基站接收用户设备在该辅基站上的业务的上行数据的上行地址;第一接收单元,该第一接收单元用于接收该辅基站根据该请求消息返回的响应消息,该响应消息包括该辅基站接收该业务的下行数据的下行地址。通过该装置可简化信息交互流程,节约信令的开销。
