本发明提供一种天然低热值食用油脂,属食用油脂类。天然低热值食用油脂由富含神经酸脂的精炼的蒜头果油和植物油按常规方法均匀调合而成。具有低热值,营养丰富和较好的医疗和保健功能,适用于食品烹调及保健食品的起酥油。

本发明提供一种天然低热值食用油脂,属食用油脂类
现有的食用油脂品种繁多,均有较好的营养价值。但未见采用富含神经酸脂的蒜头果等制成的天然低热值食用油脂的报道。
本发明的目的在于提供一种低热值,营养丰富,并具有保健功能的天然低热值食用油脂。
本发明是这样实现的:该天然低热值食用油脂由精炼的蒜头果油和植物油按常规的方法调和而成。精炼的蒜头果油中含神经酸脂为50~70%,改天然低热值食用油脂中各组分的重量百分比为:精炼的蒜头果油10~98%,植物油脂2~90%。
本发明所用精炼的蒜头果油直接从富含神经酸脂的天然植物蒜头果(山桐果)中按公知的方法提取。有关资料表明,神经酸脂除具有低热值外,还具有优良的神经残损的医疗和保健功能。在我国尚未见用富含神经酸脂(大于67%)的蒜头果油与植物油脂调合成食用油脂的报道。发明人委托相关机构对用天然植物蒜头果油与植物油调合的低热值食用油进行了食品安全性评价(包括急毒、致突变实验,小鼠骨髓微核试验、精子畸形及Ames试验),实验表明:该神经酸脂为实际无毒油脂,可以作为安全性食用植物油脂。该油脂为低热值并能包裹携带过多胆固醇排出体外。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有低热值,营养丰富和较好的医疗和保健功能等优点。
本发明实施例如下:
实例1:将按常规工艺提取的含神经酸脂50%的精炼蒜头果油10%(重量比)与重量比为90%的植物油(花生油5%、芝麻油5%、小麦胚芽油25%、棕榈油15%、木棉油20%、红花籽油20%)按常规的方法均匀调合后即可得到天然低热值食用油脂。该食用油脂经进行食品卫生检验,符合国家食用油标准,具有食用口感好,储藏稳定性佳,富含足够的人体必需的脂肪酸。其中饱和酸:单烯酸:多烯酸接近国际营养界提出的比例,较多单烯酸脂多为代谢很慢的神经酸脂,并有低热值,抑制及降低血清胆固醇的效果,适用于食品烹调及保健食品的起酥油。
实例2:基本同实例1。仅各组分的调合比例为:含神经酸脂55%的精炼蒜头果油90%,植物油10%(芝麻油5%、花生油5%)。
实例3:基本同实例1。仅各组分的调合比例为:含神经酸脂60%的精炼蒜头果油30%,植物油70%(棕榈油10%、米糠油20%、木棉油10%、菜籽油20%、芝麻油5%、花生油5%)。
实例4:基本同实例1。仅各组分的调合比例为:含神经酸脂70%的精炼蒜头果油50%,植物油50%(向日葵油10%、葡萄籽油10%、菜籽油10%、橄榄油10%、芝麻油5%、花生油5%)。
Claims (2)
1.一种天然低热值食用油脂,其特征在于该天然低热值食用油脂由精炼的蒜头果油和植物油脂调和而成;该天然低热值食用油脂中各组分的重量百分比分别为精炼蒜头果油10~98%植物油脂2~90%。
2.按权利要求1所说的天然低热食用油脂,其特征在于精炼的蒜头果油中富含神经酸脂50~70%。
