本发明公开了一种纤维混纺纱,其经过浸轧处理,该浸轧处理包括如下步骤:1)在11.9重量份去离子水中投入1~2重量份聚甘油单硬脂酸酯、0.5重量份阿拉伯树胶粉、1.5重量份苯甲酸、2.1重量份冰醋酸,搅拌均匀;2)再同时缓慢加入0.7重量份三氧化二锑、0.4重量份甘油、1.3重量份三乙醇胺油酸皂、0.9重量份十八烷基二甲基羟乙基季铵硝酸盐,继续搅拌,至充分混合均匀,制得整理液;3)将混纺纱在整理液中浸轧处理,取出后恒温烘干。本发明纤维混纺纱具有优异的防霉、防蛀、抗菌、阻燃、抗静电性能。

本发明涉及纤维混纺纱。
背景技术
现有纤维混纺纱的性能单一,不能满足客户的要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种纤维混纺纱,其具有优异的防霉、防蛀、抗菌、阻燃、抗静电性能。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是设计一种纤维混纺纱,其经过浸轧处理,该浸轧处理包括如下步骤:
1)在11.9重量份去离子水中投入1~2重量份聚甘油单硬脂酸酯、0.5重量份阿拉伯树胶粉、1.5重量份苯甲酸、2.1重量份冰醋酸,搅拌均匀;
2)再同时缓慢加入0.7重量份三氧化二锑、0.4重量份甘油、1.3重量份三乙醇胺油酸皂、0.9重量份十八烷基二甲基羟乙基季铵硝酸盐,继续搅拌,至充分混合均匀,制得整理液;
3)将混纺纱在整理液中浸轧处理,取出后恒温烘干。

一种纤维混纺纱,其经过浸轧处理,该浸轧处理包括如下步骤:

2)再同时缓慢加入0.7重量份三氧化二锑、0.4重量份甘油、1.3重量份三乙醇胺油酸皂、0.9重量份十八烷基二甲基羟乙基季铵硝酸盐,继续搅拌,至充分混合均匀,制得整理液;
3)将混纺纱在整理液中浸轧处理,取出后恒温烘干。

2)再同时缓慢加入0.7重量份三氧化二锑、0.4重量份甘油、1.3重量份三乙醇胺油酸皂、0.9重量份十八烷基二甲基羟乙基季铵硝酸盐,继续搅拌,至充分混合均匀,制得整理液;
3)将混纺纱在整理液中浸轧处理,取出后恒温烘干。
