Abstract

本发明公开了一种节能手动变速箱油,由下述重量份的原料组成:烷基苯磺酸钙0.4‑0.5份、单烯基丁二酰亚胺0.5‑0.7份、聚甲基丙烯酸酯0.4‑0.8份、抗磨剂0.1‑0.3份、基础油85‑95份。本发明的变速箱油具有如下优点:良好的极压抗磨性能、对铜的腐蚀小;低温流动性好,可耐零下35度的低温;高温抗氧性能好,粘附力强,对齿轮面有良好的油膜保护。本发明变速箱油的表观粘度小,使用本发明变速箱油的小型车挂档顺畅、反应快捷、可提高燃油经济性,是一种经济实用、节能环保的节能手动变速箱油。

Description

一种节能手动变速箱油及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及车辆变速系统,属于车辆齿轮油技术领域,特别涉及一种节能手动变速箱油及其制备方法。
背景技术
手动变速箱油是一种用于汽车手动变速箱系统的润滑油,主要起到润滑、传递动力的作用。一般自动变速箱油需添加粘度指数改进剂、极压抗磨剂、摩擦改进剂、抗氧剂、金属钝化剂、油性剂、防锈剂、分散剂、清净剂、抗泡剂、橡胶材料溶胀剂等多种添加剂。
美国石油学会API提出了两种使用性能的手动变速箱油分类规格,一种是PG-1,适用于重载、高温可达150℃的手动传动箱,如卡车与公共汽车用;另一种PG-2,适用于具有高偏置的重载轴齿轮传动,如重型卡车最后一级传动用。由于上述两种车的工况与城市作为代步工具的2.0L以下小排量汽车的工况有很大差异,所以这两种规格的变速箱油在小型车上使用会出现挂档困难、迟缓,功率传输消耗大等缺点。如何能够提供一种节能环保的专用于城市小排量汽车的专用变速箱油成为人们迫切的需求。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的不足,本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种节能手动变速箱油及其制备方法。
本发明目的是通过如下技术方案实现的:
一种节能手动变速箱油,由下述重量份的原料组成:烷基苯磺酸钙0.4-0.5份、单烯基丁二酰亚胺0.5-0.7份、聚甲基丙烯酸酯0.4-0.8份、抗磨剂0.1-0.3份、基础油85-95份。
所述的基础油由9-癸烯基-9-癸烯酯、癸二酸二壬酯、癸二酸二丁酯混合而成,所述9-癸烯基-9-癸烯酯、癸二酸二壬酯、癸二酸二丁酯的质量比为(1-3):(1-3):(1-3)。
优选地,所述的抗磨剂由40-60wt%二异辛基二硫代磷酸钼和40-60wt%N,N-二(2-乙基己基)二硫代氨基甲酸钼组成。
本发明还提供了上述节能手动变速箱油的制备方法,将烷基苯磺酸钙、单烯基丁二酰亚胺、聚甲基丙烯酸酯、抗磨剂、基础油加入调和釜中混合均匀,即得所述节能手动变速箱油。
本发明的变速箱油具有如下优点:良好的极压抗磨性能、对铜的腐蚀小;低温流动性好,可耐零下35度的低温;高温抗氧性能好,粘附力强,对齿轮面有良好的油膜保护。本发明变速箱油的表观粘度小,使用本发明变速箱油的小型车挂档顺畅、反应快捷、可提高燃油经济性,是一种经济实用、节能环保的节能手动变速箱油。

下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步的说明,以下所述,仅是对本发明的较佳实施例而已,并非对本发明做其他形式的限制,任何熟悉本专业的技术人员可能利用上述揭示的技术内容加以变更为同等变化的等效实施例。凡是未脱离本发明方案内容,依据本发明的技术实质对以下实施例所做的任何简单修改或等同变化,均落在本发明的保护范围内。

单烯基丁二酰亚胺,其结构式如下:

烷基苯磺酸钙采用专利申请号:200810011923.1中实施例1的方法制备。
聚甲基丙烯酸酯,采用专利申请号:201410753667.9中实施例1的方法制备聚甲基丙烯酸酯。
9-癸烯基-9-癸烯酯,采用专利申请号:201280008727.3中实施例中制备化合物G:9-癸烯基-9-癸烯酯。
癸二酸二壬酯,CAS号:4121-16-8。
癸二酸二丁酯,CAS号:109-43-3。
二异辛基二硫代磷酸钼采用专利申请号:00121857.3中实施例1的方法制备。
实施例1
节能手动变速箱油原料(重量份):烷基苯磺酸钙0.45份、单烯基丁二酰亚胺0.6份、聚甲基丙烯酸酯0.6份、抗磨剂0.2份、基础油90份。
所述的基础油由9-癸烯基-9-癸烯酯、癸二酸二壬酯、癸二酸二丁酯按质量比为1:1:1搅拌混合均匀得到。
所述的抗磨剂由50wt%二异辛基二硫代磷酸钼和50wt%N,N-二(2-乙基己基)二硫代氨基甲酸钼搅拌混合均匀得到。
节能手动变速箱油制备:将基础油加入调和釜中,升温至50℃,加入烷基苯磺酸钙、单烯基丁二酰亚胺、聚甲基丙烯酸酯、抗磨剂,300转/分,搅拌30分钟;最后通过5μm的过滤器过滤。得到实施例1的节能手动变速箱油。
实施例2
与实施例1基本相同,区别仅仅在于:所述的基础油由癸二酸二壬酯、癸二酸二丁酯按质量比为1:1搅拌混合均匀得到。得到实施例2的节能手动变速箱油。
实施例3
与实施例1基本相同,区别仅仅在于:所述的基础油由9-癸烯基-9-癸烯酯、癸二酸二丁酯按质量比为1:1搅拌混合均匀得到。得到实施例3的节能手动变速箱油。
实施例4
与实施例1基本相同,区别仅仅在于:所述的基础油由癸二酸二壬酯、9-癸烯基-9-癸烯酯按质量比为1:1搅拌混合均匀得到。得到实施例4的节能手动变速箱油。
实施例5
与实施例1基本相同,区别仅仅在于:所述的抗磨剂仅为二异辛基二硫代磷酸钼。得到实施例5的节能手动变速箱油。
实施例6
与实施例1基本相同,区别仅仅在于:所述的抗磨剂仅为N,N-二(2-乙基己基)二硫代氨基甲酸钼。得到实施例6的节能手动变速箱油。
测试例1
对实施例1-6的节能手动变速箱油进行节油效果测试。
为考察本发明的节油效果,在HQ-JC-216型底盘测功机上进行对比试验,试验车选用BJ1044P1U53轻型卡车一台,试验结果见下表1。

比较实施例1与实施例2-4,实施例1(9-癸烯基-9-癸烯酯、癸二酸二壬酯、癸二酸二丁酯复配)节油效果明显优于实施例2-4(9-癸烯基-9-癸烯酯、癸二酸二壬酯、癸二酸二丁酯中任意二者复配)。比较实施例1与实施例5-6,实施例1(二异辛基二硫代磷酸钼和N,N-二(2-乙基己基)二硫代氨基甲酸钼复配)节油效果明显优于实施例5-6(二异辛基二硫代磷酸钼和N,N-二(2-乙基己基)二硫代氨基甲酸钼中单一原料)。

Claims (2)

1.一种节能手动变速箱油,其特征在于,由下述重量份的原料组成:烷基苯磺酸钙0.4-0.5份、单烯基丁二酰亚胺0.5-0.7份、聚甲基丙烯酸酯0.4-0.8份、抗磨剂0.1-0.3份、基础油85-95份;
所述的基础油由9-癸烯基-9-癸烯酯、癸二酸二壬酯、癸二酸二丁酯混合而成,所述9-癸烯基-9-癸烯酯、癸二酸二壬酯、癸二酸二丁酯的质量比为(1-3):(1-3):(1-3);
所述的抗磨剂由40-60wt%二异辛基二硫代磷酸钼和40-60wt%N,N-二(2-乙基己基)二硫代氨基甲酸钼组成。
2.如权利要求1所述的节能手动变速箱油的制备方法,其特征在于:将烷基苯磺酸钙、单烯基丁二酰亚胺、聚甲基丙烯酸酯、抗磨剂、基础油加入调和釜中混合均匀,即得所述节能手动变速箱油。
