Abstract
本发明公开了纵向水密封耐腐蚀船用特种电缆,以异氰酸酯、聚氧化丙烯二醇、乙烯基树脂、3,5-二甲硫基甲苯二胺、N,N-二环已基-2-笨并噻唑次磺酰胺、纳米材料为原料,采用成熟的原位聚合法和无机纳米材料反加料法合成一款胶黏剂;本发明提供纵向水密封耐腐蚀船用特种电缆,此电缆能在外部环境恶劣条件下不凝固、耐曲折,保证了长时间使用后水汽不会因电缆的摆动而渗入到电缆内部裂缝中。

技术领域
本发明涉及电缆,具体涉及纵向水密封耐腐蚀船用特种电缆。
背景技术
目前国内市场上的密封胶在电缆加工完成之后一段时间会在内部产生凝固,长时间使用后会有破损现象,不耐折曲、不耐低温,刚产生时能保证不渗水,时间长了后水汽会因电缆的摆动而渗入到电缆内部裂缝中。
发明内容
本发明提供纵向水密封耐腐蚀船用特种电缆,此电缆能在外部环境恶劣条件下不凝固、耐曲折,保证了长时间使用后水汽不会因电缆的摆动而渗入到电缆内部裂缝中。
本发明采取的技术方案如下:纵向水密封耐腐蚀船用特种电缆,以异氰酸酯、聚氧化丙烯二醇、乙烯基树脂、3,5-二甲硫基甲苯二胺、N,N-二环已基-2-笨并噻唑次磺酰胺、纳米材料为原料,采用成熟的原位聚合法和无机纳米材料反加料法合成一款胶黏剂;

本发明的有益效果在于:本发明提供纵向水密封耐腐蚀船用特种电缆,此电缆能在外部环境恶劣条件下不凝固、耐曲折,保证了长时间使用后水汽不会因电缆的摆动而渗入到电缆内部裂缝中。
具体实施方式
下面将对本发明作进一步描述:
纵向水密封耐腐蚀船用特种电缆,以异氰酸酯、聚氧化丙烯二醇、乙烯基树脂、3,5-二甲硫基甲苯二胺、N,N-二环已基-2-笨并噻唑次磺酰胺、纳米材料为原料,结合相应助剂,采用成熟的原位聚合法和无机纳米材料反加料法合成一款胶黏剂;此胶黏剂具有密封性好,该胶黏剂使用范围广,玻璃化转变温度低,能在外部环境恶劣条件下不凝固、耐折曲,大大提高了电缆的密封性能和使用寿命。

1.纵向水密封耐腐蚀船用特种电缆,其特征在于,以异氰酸酯、聚氧化丙烯二醇、乙烯基树脂、3,5-二甲硫基甲苯二胺、N,N-二环已基-2-笨并噻唑次磺酰胺、纳米材料为原料,采用成熟的原位聚合法和无机纳米材料反加料法合成一款胶黏剂;
