发明内容
本发明的目的是提供了一种纳米增强再生多孔免烧砖,工艺简单,对固体废弃物利用率高,所述免烧砖重量轻、强度较好、耐久性好,对能源消耗较小对环境无污染。
本发明技术方案为:其原料(按重量比计)组成为水泥38份、再生建筑骨料25份、火山灰15份、乳胶粉10份、碱激发剂6份、木质纤维5份、纤维素3份、水15份、胶粉0.05份、发泡剂0.1份、减水剂0.05份,所述胶粉由以下原料混合而得:纳米碳酸钠5重量份、纳米碳酸钙10重量份、五水偏硅酸钠25重量份;所述免烧砖其工艺采用现有技术来制备。
本发明的有益技术效果:
本发明工艺简单,对固体废弃物利用率高,所述免烧砖重量轻、强度较好、耐久性好,对能源消耗较小对环境无污染,重量轻、且无污染,产品抗裂性、韧性较好。

其原料(按重量比计)组成为水泥38份、再生建筑骨料25份、火山灰15份、乳胶粉10份、碱激发剂6份、木质纤维5份、纤维素3份、水15份、胶粉0.05份、发泡剂0.1份、减水剂0.05份,所述胶粉由以下原料混合而得:纳米碳酸钠5重量份、纳米碳酸钙10重量份、五水偏硅酸钠25重量份;所述免烧砖其工艺采用现有技术来制备。
