本发明公开了一种切割机切割装置,包括防护罩、切割片、主轴、主轴座和带轮,所述主轴安装于主轴座上,切割片连接于主轴的一端,防护罩外形为空心扁平半圆柱体,固定于主轴座上,切割片的一半设置于防护罩内,带轮键连接于主轴的另一端。本发明具有的优点和积极效果是:本发明设计合理,可实现待切割浇冒口的精铸件在夹具上的精确定位,避免切割片在切割过程中发生偏离,整个操作过程安全性高,生产效率高,显著降低工人劳动强度。

技术领域
本发明属于汽车零件制造领域,尤其是涉及一种切割机切割装置。
背景技术
精密铸造广泛地应用于较小、精密、复杂零件的铸造,对于较小的精密铸造零件,在铸造工艺设计时,一般在一个浇冒系统中布置许多零件,这样提高铸造生产效率。精密铸造后,需进行精铸件的清理,先要将精铸件从浇冒系统上取下来,现在一般用切割机来完成精铸件浇冒口的切割。现有的切割机的切割装置在切割过程中很难精准的定位,刀片在切割的过程中往往由于时间久会发生偏离。
发明内容
本发明要解决的问题是提供一种切割机切割装置,能解决上述问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种切割机切割装置,包括防护罩、切割片、主轴、主轴座和带轮,所述主轴安装于主轴座上,切割片连接于主轴的一端,防护罩外形为空心扁平半圆柱体,固定于主轴座上,切割片的一半设置于防护罩内,带轮键连接于主轴的另一端。
进一步,所述切割片远离带轮的一侧通过压盖和螺母固定于主轴上,压盖设于切割片和螺母之间。
进一步,所述压盖和螺母之间设有垫片。
进一步,所述主轴座朝向带轮的一侧固定有端盖。
进一步,所述切割片通过锁紧罩安装于主轴,主轴和锁紧罩键连接。
本发明具有的优点和积极效果是:本发明设计合理,可实现待切割浇冒口的精铸件在夹具上的精确定位,避免切割片在切割过程中发生偏离,整个操作过程安全性高,生产效率高,显著降低工人劳动强度。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施例做详细说明。
如图1~4所示,一种切割机切割装置,包括防护罩5、切割片4、主轴6、主轴座3和带轮1,所述主轴6安装于主轴座3上,切割片4连接于主轴6的一端,防护罩5外形为空心扁平半圆柱体,固定于主轴座3上,切割片4的一半设置于防护罩5内,带轮1键连接于主轴6的另一端。
所述切割片4远离带轮1的一侧通过压盖8和螺母10固定于主轴6上,压盖8设于切割片4和螺母10之间。所述压盖8和螺母10之间设有垫片9。
所述主轴座3朝向带轮1的一侧固定有端盖2。所述切割片4通过锁紧罩7安装于主轴6,主轴6和锁紧罩7键连接。
使用时,将待加工工件放置在加工台上,经过定位之后,本切割装置通过电机带动带轮1,并通过主轴6的传动,使切割片4高速旋转,同时防护罩5固定在主轴座3上保持静置,起到对切割片4的保护作用,也防止碎屑飞溅。

1.一种切割机切割装置,其特征在于:包括防护罩(5)、切割片(4)、主轴(6)、主轴座(3)和带轮(1),所述主轴(6)安装于主轴座(3)上,切割片(4)连接于主轴(6)的一端,防护罩(5)外形为空心扁平半圆柱体,固定于主轴座(3)上,切割片(4)的一半设置于防护罩(5)内,带轮(1)键连接于主轴(6)的另一端。
2.根据权利要求1所述的切割机切割装置,其特征在于:所述切割片4远离带轮(1)的一侧通过压盖(8)和螺母(10)固定于主轴(6)上,压盖(8)设于切割片(4)和螺母(10)之间。
3.根据权利要求2所述的切割机切割装置,其特征在于:所述压盖(8)和螺母(10)之间设有垫片(9)。
4.根据权利要求1~3任一项所述的切割机切割装置,其特征在于:所述主轴座(3)朝向带轮(1)的一侧固定有端盖(2)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的切割机切割装置,其特征在于:所述切割片(4)通过锁紧罩(7)安装于主轴(6),主轴(6)和锁紧罩(7)键连接。
