Abstract
本发明提供了一种高效吸附Cu2+的改性蚯蚓粪微球的制备方法,该方法包括如下步骤:1)按体积比1:50的比例,将环氧氯丙烷与壳聚糖乙酸溶液混合并搅拌均匀,所述壳聚糖乙酸溶液的浓度为3‑5 g•壳聚糖/100 ml•乙酸水溶液;2)向步骤1)所得物加入重量为壳聚糖重量2‑3倍的蚓粪,搅拌均匀得到糊状物;3)于搅拌状态下,将步骤2)所得物滴加至碱性溶液中,放置8‑24小时之后,将pH调至中性,烘干、即得。本发明可以对蚯蚓粪进行高效的资源化处理;制备方法无需高温处理,仅需常规的操作步骤,制备工艺简单、制备成本低,具有经济可行性;所得微球对Cu2+的吸附量高,最大吸附量为333.3mg·g‑1。

技术领域
本发明属于废水处理领域,具体涉及含Cu2+废水处理领域,尤其涉及一种高效吸附Cu2+的改性蚯蚓粪微球、制备方法及应用。
背景技术
在电镀、有色冶炼、有机合成、机械制造等领域,含铜废水是广泛存在的一类污染。水体中的Cu2+很难被微生物分解,易通过水传递、土壤富集进入人体中,致人体组织病变。目前国内外常用处理方法归结起来包括:沉淀法、铁氧化法、电解法、离子交换法、吸附法和膜分离技术等。然而,一般而言,上述方法有些会产生二次污染或难以处理的低浓度重金属废水,不适于含铜废水的处理;而有些方法的处理成本过于高昂,在含铜废水的处理上不具备经济性,难以获得实际的应用。
近些年来,随着养殖业的不断发展,因养殖动物的粪便无法得到有效处理而直接被倾倒至江河水域中的现象时有发生,严重危害着环境和人体健康。因此,养殖动物的粪便的无害化和资源化处理成为了本领域人员重点研究的内容之一。一般而言,对于养殖动物粪便的处理至少含有以下三种方法:(1)作为农用肥使用(如CN1789211);(2)作为燃料使用(如CN 102311828A);(3)作为 吸附剂使用(CN104857923A)。
当将养殖动物的粪便作为农用肥和燃料使用时,使用的方法较为方便,但目前养殖动物粪便在这两个领域的应用规模不大,无法有效消耗养殖动物产生的粪便。
对于将养殖动物粪便作为吸附剂领域而言,现有技术常用的方法是将其干燥后,进行高温煅烧或炭化处理。然而,高温处理过程常需要几百度甚至上千度的高温,制备成本十分高昂,将高温处理后的动物粪便用于污水的处理,不具有经济可行性。
特别的,由于铜可促使硒缺乏并干扰铁的吸收,当大量摄入铜时还可诱发肝癌,使得对污水中铜的处理变得尤为紧迫。
因此,如何在使得养殖动物粪便资源化的前提下,研发一种经济可行的、高效的降低污水中铜含量的方法是本领域亟待解决的问题。
发明内容
针对现有技术的缺点,本发明的目的在于提供一种高效吸附Cu2+的改性蚯蚓粪微球的制备方法。该方法无需高温处理步骤,在常温下便可进行,该方法所用原料易得、制备方法简单,且制得的蚯蚓粪微球对含铜废水的处理能力十分优异,具有优异的应用前景。该方法包括如下步骤:
1)按体积比1:50的比例,将环氧氯丙烷与壳聚糖乙酸溶液混合并搅拌均匀,所述壳聚糖乙酸溶液的浓度为3-5g·壳聚糖/100ml·乙酸水溶液;
2)向步骤1)所得物加入重量为壳聚糖重量2-3倍的蚓粪,搅拌均匀得到糊状物;
3)于搅拌状态下,将步骤2)所得物滴加至碱性溶液中,放置8-24小时之后,将pH调至中性,烘干、即得。
对于将动物粪便制备成去除污水中的重金属的吸附剂领域而言,常用的技术是对粪便进行炭化处理或者改性煅烧处理。CN104226250A公布了一种对蚯蚓粪进行炭化处理制备对铜和镉具有较好吸附能力的生物炭吸附剂,其炭化温度高达400-800℃,当大规模应用时,由于能耗较高,经济可行性较差。CN104857923A公布了一种利用禽粪制备多孔钛酸盐吸附剂的方法,其制备过程较为复杂且需要650-1000℃的高温处理,同样不具备经济可行性。更为重要的是,其所得吸附剂仅对铅具有较好的吸附能力,没有证据表明其能高效的处理污水中的铜。
本发明的发明人经过大量的实验摸索发现,利用本发明方法制备得到的改性蚯蚓粪微球对水中的铜具有高效的吸附效果,吸附能力高达333.3mg·g-1。更为重要的是,本发明的制备工艺条件简单, 仅需“搅拌”、“滴加”和“烘干”等十分简单的操作,制备成本低,对于污水的处理,具有良好的经济可行性。值得一提的是,将本发明所得的微球投入水体后,不会带来二次污染。
由于近年来农林废弃物的不断增多,利用蚯蚓堆制农林废弃物的需求不断攀升,随之而来的是蚓粪的大量产生,将蚓粪高效的资源化的需求越发迫切。
对于本领域人员而言,不难理解的是:本发明由于制备成本低且对铜的吸附效果好,具有大量将蚯蚓粪便制备成吸附剂以净化污水中铜的潜力。因此,显而易见的,本发明对本领域的贡献在于:提供了一种可将蚯蚓粪资源化的、经济可行的、高效的降低污水中铜含量的方法。
优选的,所述壳聚糖的脱乙酰度为95%。
优选的,所述乙酸水溶液为体积浓度为5%的乙酸水溶液。
优选的,所述壳聚糖乙酸溶液的浓度为4g·壳聚糖/100ml·乙酸水溶液。
优选的,所述蚓粪的加入量为壳聚糖重量的2.5倍。
步骤3)中所述碱性溶液包括KOH溶液、NaOH溶液中的一种;优选为浓度为0.5mol·L-1的NaOH溶液。
优选的,所述蚓粪为经风干并过200目筛后所得的蚓粪。
优选的,所述蚓粪中,总钾含量为0.161%,总磷含量为0.466%,总氮含量为0.790%,有机质含量为2.10%,氨基酸含量为4.663%。
本发明的另外一个目的在于提供由上述方法制备得到的改性蚯蚓粪微球,该微球的粒径为1.65-1.80mm,密度为1.1-1.2g/cm3,含水率为8-12%。
本发明的另外一个目的在于提供上述改性蚯蚓粪微球在在处理含Cu2+废液上的应用方法。该方法为:将所述微球置于pH为2-6的含Cu2+废液中进行反应;优选的,反应温度为25℃,反应时间为8小时;更优选的,含Cu2+废液的pH为3。
本发明的有益效果:
(1)本发明的改性蚯蚓粪微球的制备方法无需高温处理,仅需要“搅拌”、“滴加”和“烘干”等常规的操作步骤,制备工艺简单、制备成本低,在处理污水中的Cu2+时,具有经济可行性;
(2)本发明所得改性蚯蚓粪微球对Cu2+的吸附量高,最大吸附量为333.3mg·g-1;
(3)本发明可以对蚯蚓粪进行高效的资源化处理。

图5为本发明微球的红外光谱图;其中,wavenumber意为“波长”,CTS意为“壳聚糖”,VC意为“蚯蚓粪”,CTS-VC意为“本发明微球”,CTS-VC-Cu2+意为“吸附Cu2+后的本发明微球”。
具体实施方式
下面通过实施例对本发明进行具体描述,有必要在此指出的是以下实施例只是用于对本发明进行进一步的说明,不能理解为对本发明保护范围的限制,该领域的技术熟练人员根据上述发明内容所做出的一些非本质的改进和调整,仍属于本发明的保护范围。
实施例1
(1)原料与试剂
蚯蚓粪取自雅安某蚯蚓养殖场,将其放在阴凉处风干、碾碎、 过筛(200目)后可用于试验。蚯蚓粪的主要理化性质为见表1.

壳聚糖(来自青岛潜光生物工程有限公司)脱乙酰度为95%,乙酸水 溶液(体积浓度为5%)、环氧氯丙烷(ECH)、NaOH、HCl、模拟铜废水储备液:1.0g·L-1、电镀含铜废水:20g·L-1,pH为0.18。
(2)制备方法:称取4g壳聚糖溶于100mL的乙酸水溶液(体积浓度5%)中,得到均匀黄色透明液体后加入2mL环氧氯丙烷高速搅拌3-4h,后加入10g蚯蚓粪制得均匀糊状物。通过蠕动泵匀速滴加在至于磁力搅拌器上的0.5mol·L-1的NaOH溶液中,放置一夜后将制成的壳聚糖交联蚯蚓粪微球洗至中性,烘干,得到改性蚯蚓粪微球(下称为CTS-VC),待用。
(3)改性蚯蚓粪微球的物理性质测定:
粒径测定:随机选取50颗壳聚糖交联蚯蚓粪微球,用游标卡尺精确测量其粒径,取计算平均值。
密度测定:在10mL量筒加入5mL蒸馏水,然后加入3-4g壳聚糖交联蚯蚓粪微球,读取量筒内蒸馏水的体积,按体积差计算壳聚糖交联蚯蚓粪微球的密度,重复试验3次,取平均值。
含水率测定:取5g壳聚糖交联蚯蚓粪微球,在鼓风干燥箱内50℃下干燥至恒重,以干燥前后的小球质量差计算含水率。
(4)吸附性能实验:
用于室温下的旋转培养器(转速为480r·min-1),吸附平衡后分离吸附液,用THERMO MKⅡM6原子吸收分分光光度计测定残留重 金属离子浓度,吸附后的微球记为CTS-VC-Cu2+。所有处理均重复3次,利用公式(1)计算吸附剂对重金属的吸附量。
式中:qe为CTS-VC微球的吸附量(mg·g-1)C0、Ce为小球吸附前,吸附后残余的重金属浓度(mg·L-1);V为溶液的体积(mL);m为微球的投加质量(g)
pH的影响:准确称取0.1000gCTS-VC,移取20mL利用HCl和NaOH调节初始浓度为20mg·L-1的Cu2+溶液,pH配置为2,3,4,5,6。在25℃条件下反应8h之后取出,将最终的pH值进行测定,然后将起始和剩余铜浓度用火焰原子吸收分光光度计进行测定。
等温吸附试验:对于单因素试验,准确称取0.1000gCTS-VC置于含有加入20mLCu2+的棕色密封小瓶中,起始浓度20-180mg·L-1pH为3的含铜废水,在25℃置于旋转培养器中吸附8h后取出,等分试样后将其稀释以便确定剩余重金属浓度。
吸附动力学试验:准确称取0.1000gCTS-VC,加入20mL,pH=3,浓度为20mg·L-1的模拟废水,至于旋转培养器,30、60、120、180、240、300、360、420、480、540min后,取上层清液于10mL离心管中,用原子吸收测定其浓度,并分析计算小球对Cu2+的吸附量, 电镀铜废水采用40mg·L-1的浓度同样进行相关试验。以上处理均重复3次。
红外光谱分析:使用PerkinElmer傅里叶在400cm-1-4000cm-1的范围中检测CTS(壳聚糖)、VC(蚯蚓粪)、CTS-VC及吸附饱和的CTS-VC-Cu2+。将样品与KBr按1:99的比例均匀混合,压片,放置于红外仪器中进行测定。
(3)结果和分析
壳聚糖改性蚯蚓粪微球物理性质:
测得的CTS-VC微球的平均粒径为1.72mm,密度为1.16g/cm3,含水率为10%。
pH对吸附作用的影响:CTS-VC的吸附性能与pH值得关系如图1,从图1可以看出在不同pH条件下其吸附性能有明显的不同,在pH<3时,其吸附量随pH的增大而增大,当pH=3时,微球对Cu2+的饱和吸附量达到最大,之后随着pH的增大吸附量逐渐降低。由此可见pH值是影响CTS-VC吸附量的主要因素。吸附平衡后,溶液的pH在5~7左右。其主要原因是H+影响微球上活性基团的吸附能力。当pH值较低的酸性条件下,H+与Cu2+竞争吸附点位时H+处于优势地位,导致微球的吸附量不大,但由于蚓粪中含有大量氨基酸及腐殖酸,消耗溶液中部分H+离子;使得微球在pH=2的条件 下吸附后,溶液pH上升到5.29。随着吸附过程的进行,吸附剂中的羧基和酚醛基团去质子化使其表面呈电负性,吸附剂表面电负性升高,Cu2+逐步取代吸附剂表面的H+。当pH为3时到达电位平衡,Cu2+最大量地被吸附在小球表面。当pH>3时体系pH易上升至5.5,此时Cu2+开始水解,由于静电吸附作用和氢键解离使得壳聚糖与蚯蚓粪之间的基团伴随Cu2+脱落下来,导致小球吸附量逐渐减小。综上所述,微球在pH=3的吸附效果为最佳。
CTS-VC微球的等温吸附曲线如图2所示,微球对Cu2+、铜废水的吸附量随着Cu2+的浓度增加而增加。在较低Cu2+浓度下,微球对模拟废水和电镀废水的吸附量差别不大,但随着初始浓度的增大。微球对铜废液的吸附量明显高于模拟废水的吸附量。由于电镀铜废水中主要存在Cu2+、H+、Fe2+、Fe3+等阳离子和Cl-、及SO4 2+等阴离子,其对Cu2+的离子强度有一定影响。Xin-jiang Hu等发现在不同的pH条件下无机阴离对吸附Cu2+的吸附剂表面的ζ点位有影响,在多品种体系中阴离子对Cu2+的吸附的影响顺序HPO4 2->CO3 2->Cl->SO4 2->NO3 ->ClO42-,其中考虑到AD综合因素(Cl-×SO4 2-)比其他相互作用因素对Cu2+的吸附有更显著的效果,因此微球对实际电镀铜废液的吸附量较大。
采用拟合Langmuir模型和Freundlich模型对数据进行分析,其表 达式如下:
qe为饱和吸附量(mg·g-1),Ce代表吸附平衡浓度(mg·L-1),qm为单位表面上达到饱和吸附时的最大吸附量(mg·g-1)。参数b(L·mg-1)为表征吸附材料表面的吸附点位对重金属离子亲和力的大小,kF是吸附能力的量度,可以大致表示吸附能力的强弱。在室温,pH=3的条件下壳聚糖交联蚓粪微球对模拟Cu2+废水及电镀铜废液的等温吸附,由1/qe—1/ce图和lnqe—lnCe图的斜率和截距计算出相关系数如表2。

可见,比较R2可知,微球对铜离子的吸附更符合Langmuir等温方程,同时也基本符合Freundich等温吸附模型。Langmuir等温方程常用于描述单分子层吸附为主或稀溶液中的吸附类型,其假定吸附剂表面具有相同的能量的位点,并且每个吸附分子位于在单一位点。 说明吸附剂对Cu2+的吸附是单分子层的。然而对于Langmuir式等温线,Hell等研究发现(Hell.et al 1966)可以引入一个无纲量的常数RL来表征其基本特性。
其中RL为无纲量的参数,C0为初始浓度(mg·L-1),b为Langmuir的参数(L·mg-1),RL可以预测一个吸附体系是否有利,其主要标准如表3所示:

从图3中初始浓度下计算的RL可以看出其值均<1,说明CTS-VC对Cu2+的吸附是有利吸附,可以说对吸附铜离子而言,CTS-YF是一种良好的吸附剂。
图4所示为CTS-VC对Cu2+吸附量随时间的变化,可以看出在1h左右Cu2+的吸附速度较快,在4h之后残余的重金属离子浓度变化较为平缓,在8h基本达到吸附平衡。
分别用拟一级动力学模型、拟二级动力学模型、修正一级动力学模 型和抛物线扩散方程进行拟合。计算出相应的速率常数,研究吸附过程。
拟一级动力学方程:

其中qe和qt分别为吸附平衡和t时的吸附量(mg·g-1),k1为一级吸附常数(min-1)
拟二级动力学方程:

a为初始吸附速率,μg/(g·min);b为表面覆盖度和活化能有关的常数,g/μg
抛物线扩散方程:
R为总扩散系数,C1为常数
其数据拟合结果如表5,从各方程的相关系数来看,颗粒物扩散方程和修正一级动力学方程对Cu2+的吸附动力学过程相关性较好。 其中颗粒物扩散方程C1不为零,说明其吸附过程要受颗粒内扩散控制,但颗粒物扩散控制不是唯一的速率控制因素,用修正过的一级动力学方程拟合,其R2均>0.97。因此利用修正的一级动力学方程可以较好的描述小球吸附Cu2+的过程。

吸附剂的结构分析:
壳聚糖为直链型高分子聚合物,蚓粪是一种含有大量氨基酸的复合物质,利用环氧氯丙烷进行交联时,其既可交联—OH,又可交联—NH2。这样使活性基团—NH2损失较少,有利于铜的吸附。图5为壳聚糖,蚯蚓粪,壳聚糖交联蚯蚓粪微球及吸附后微球的红外光谱,其中CTS主要分配在3435cm-1(-OH和-NH2的伸缩振动吸收峰),2881cm-1(-CH3,和-CH2-的不对称伸缩振动)[b],两个特征峰分别在1654、1597cm-1(C-O伸缩振动和-NH2变形振动峰)以及在1384cm-1(C-H的变形振动)1323cm-1(C-O-C)1078cm-1与1031cm-1(C-O的二级醇羟基和一级醇羟基)[c]出现明显峰值,通过交联改性后CTS-VC较CTS而言出现2925和2852cm-1的-CH、-CH2的伸缩振动,酰胺Ⅰ谱带向1638cm-1低波数移动,与-NH2重合成一个峰,C-O向1084和1033cm-的伸缩不对称振动方向移动,但位于3435cm-1峰值无明显变化,说明其发生了交联反应中部分氨基得到保护,同时交联剂交联羟基,因而可通过氢键与铜离子结合;同时较VC而言,其1084,1033cm-1处峰值较弱且保留蚯蚓粪中的特征峰,生成了交联壳聚糖吸附剂。吸附Cu2+后,对比CTS-VC,发现3435cm-1、1402cm-1的吸收峰变弱向低频数移动,说明分子中的氨基参加了Cu2+的配位 [d],且位于1084,1033cm-1峰值变强,说明醇羟基参加了Cu2+的反应,将C-O裸露出来。通过红外光谱分析,推测出本吸附剂吸附重金属的机理。
实施例2
除壳聚糖乙酸溶液的浓度为3g·壳聚糖/100ml·乙酸水溶液、蚓粪的加入量为壳聚糖重量的2倍、碱性溶液为KOH之外,其余与实 施例1一致。所得微球的平均粒径为1.62mm,密度为1.1g/cm3,含水率为8%,所得微球对Cu2+的最大吸附量为330.1mg/g。
实施例3
除壳聚糖乙酸溶液的浓度为5g·壳聚糖/100ml·乙酸水溶液、蚓粪的加入量为壳聚糖重量的5倍、碱性溶液为KOH之外,其余与实施例1一致。所得微球的平均粒径为1.80mm,密度为1.2g/cm3,含水率为12%,所得微球对Cu2+的最大吸附量为331.6mg/g。
Claims (12)
1.一种高效吸附Cu2+的改性蚯蚓粪微球的制备方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括如下步骤:
1)按体积比1:50的比例,将环氧氯丙烷与壳聚糖乙酸溶液混合并搅拌均匀,所述壳聚糖乙酸溶液的浓度为3-5g·壳聚糖/100ml·乙酸水溶液;
2)向步骤1)所得物加入重量为壳聚糖重量2-3倍的蚓粪,搅拌均匀得到糊状物;
3)于搅拌状态下,将步骤2)所得物滴加至碱性溶液中,放置8-24小时之后,将pH调至中性,烘干、即得;
所述蚓粪中,总钾含量为0.161%,总磷含量为0.466%,总氮含量为0.790%,有机质含量为2.10%,氨基酸含量为4.663%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述壳聚糖的脱乙酰度为95%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述乙酸水溶液为体积浓度为5%的乙酸水溶液。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述壳聚糖乙酸溶液的浓度为4g·壳聚糖/100ml·乙酸水溶液。
5.根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,所述蚓粪的加入量为壳聚糖重量的2.5倍。
6.根据权利要求1、2、3或5所述的方法,其特征在于,步骤3)中所述碱性溶液包括KOH溶液、NaOH溶液中的一种。
7.根据权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于,所述碱性溶液为浓度为0.5mol·L-1的NaOH溶液。
8.根据权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,所述蚓粪为经风干并过200目筛后所得的蚓粪。
9.由权利要求1-8任一项所述方法制备得到的高效吸附Cu2+的改性蚯蚓粪微球,其特征在于,所述微球的粒径为1.65-1.80mm,密度为1.1-1.2g/cm3,含水率为8-12%。
10.权利要求9所述微球在处理含Cu2+废液上的应用,其特征在于,所述应用为:将所述微球置于pH为2-6的含Cu2+废液中进行反应。
11.根据权利要求10所述的应用,其特征在于,所述微球与含Cu2+废液的反应温度为25℃,反应时间为8小时。
12.根据权利要求10所述的应用,其特征在于,所述含Cu2+废液的pH为3。
