c、将滤液与a药粉搅拌混合均匀后晒干，过100目筛水泛为丸，丸大小约为1mm，制得药丸。

根据以上工艺处方，具体制备方法如下：
a、按配方比例将白芥子，沉香，海螵鞘，全蝎粉碎过120目筛制成药粉a备用；
b、按配方比例将生牡蛎，木瓜，何首乌，夏枯草，鳖甲，骨碎补，杜仲，桑寄生，连翘，玄参，自然铜，红花，五加皮，葛根，肉桂，红曲各加6倍的冷水放入煎药机浸泡85分钟，先用武火煎制沸腾，再用文火熬制1.7小时，过滤，得滤液；
c、将滤液与a药粉搅拌混合均匀后晒干，过100目筛水泛为丸，丸大小约为1mm，制得药丸。

根据以上工艺处方，具体制备方法如下：
a、按配方比例将白芥子，沉香，海螵鞘，全蝎粉碎过120目筛制成药粉a备用；

本发明临床观察的结果如下：
骨关节病患者共50例，男28例，女22例，症状均有局部关节疼痛，肿胀，及运动受限；接受该中药治疗时间为三个疗程；
痊愈：临床症状消失，能参加正常劳动36例，占72%；
显效：临床症状明显得到好转，只能参加一般劳动12例，占24%；
无效；临床症状无明显改善，效果不明显2例，占4%。
总治愈率高达96%。

1.一种治疗骨关节炎的中药，其特征是：主要成分配比按重量份计为：
生牡蛎，白芍，木瓜，何首乌各32-38份，夏枯草，鳖甲各23-29份，骨碎补，杜仲，桑寄生，连翘，玄参各17-22份，自然铜，红花，沉香，海螵鞘各18-25份，白芥子，五加皮，葛根，肉桂各15-20份，全蝎，红曲各4-9份；
其制备方法具体步骤如下：
a、按配方比例将白芥子，沉香，海螵鞘，全蝎粉碎过120目筛制成药粉a备用；
b、按配方比例将生牡蛎，木瓜，何首乌，夏枯草，鳖甲，骨碎补，杜仲，桑寄生，连翘，玄参，自然铜，红花，五加皮，葛根，肉桂，红曲各加4-7倍的冷水放入煎药机浸泡70-100分钟，先用武火煎制沸腾，再用文火熬制1.5-2.5小时，过滤，得滤液；
c、将滤液与a药粉搅拌混合均匀后晒干，过100目筛，泛水为丸。
2.根据权利要求1所述的治疗骨关节炎的中药，其特征是：主要成分配比按重量份计为：
生牡蛎，白芍，木瓜，何首乌各32-36份，夏枯草，鳖甲各25-29份，骨碎补，杜仲，桑寄生，连翘，玄参各19-22份，自然铜，红花，沉香，海螵鞘各18-23份，白芥子，五加皮，葛根，肉桂各15-20份，全蝎，红曲各6-9份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的治疗骨关节炎的中药，其特征是：主要成分配比按重量份计为：
生牡蛎，木瓜，何首乌各35份，夏枯草，鳖甲各26份，骨碎补，杜仲，桑寄生，连翘，玄参各20份，自然铜，红花，沉香，海螵鞘各21份，白芥子，五加皮，葛根，肉桂各18份，全蝎，红曲各8份。
4.一种治疗骨关节炎的中药的制备方法，其特征是：具体步骤为：
a、按配方比例将白芥子，沉香，海螵鞘，全蝎粉碎过120目筛制成药粉a备用；
b、按配方比例将生牡蛎，木瓜，何首乌，夏枯草，鳖甲，骨碎补，杜仲，桑寄生，连翘，玄参，自然铜，红花，五加皮，葛根，肉桂，红曲各加4-7倍的冷水放入煎药机浸泡70-100分钟，先用武火煎制沸腾，再用文火熬制1.5-2.5小时，过滤，得滤液；
c、将滤液与a药粉搅拌混合均匀后晒干，过100目筛，泛水为丸。
5.根据权利要求4所述的治疗骨关节炎的中药的制备方法，其特征是：加入冷水量：5-7倍冷水；浸泡时间：75-95分钟；文火熬制时间：1.5-2小时。
