肾病综合征是肾小球疾病中表现的一组症候群，是以肾小球毛细血管壁对血浆蛋白的通透性明显增高为主要特点的病症。临床表现除原发病症外，可见大量蛋白尿、低蛋白血症、高脂血症及严重水肿。由于全身凹陷性水肿、浆膜腔积液及肠胃水肿，可出现恶心呕吐、腹痛、腹泻，同时低血压及高血脂可导致血栓形成栓塞，还可并发急性肾衰竭等。对于肾病综合征目前尚缺少公认安全有效的治疗药物。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种治疗肾病综合征的中药药物。
本发明所采用的技术解决方案是：
一种治疗肾病综合征的中药药物，其是由以下重量份配比的中药原料组成：山茱萸5-15、徐长卿10-15、赤石脂10-20、葛根3-10、佛手10-15、小蓟10-20、野菊花10-20、苏梗10-20、鱼腥草5-15、谷精草10-15、苦石莲10-20、杜仲8-12、芡实7-12、郁金6-18、全蝎5-10、僵蚕5-10、三七10-15、竹茹6-20、半夏6-17、鸡血藤8-13、地骨皮5-10、车前子5-12、白茅根10-20、瞿麦5-15、天南星6-13、太子参9-19、虎杖7-14、白槿花3-10、仙鹤草5-10、鹅不食草5-20、广木香10-20、麻黄2-10、岗梅根5-10、姜黄10-20、刺菱5-10、知母5-15、刺五加10-20、石斛5-10。
优选的，各中药原料的重量份配比为：山茱萸10、徐长卿12、赤石脂15、葛根5、佛手12、小蓟15、野菊花15、苏梗12、鱼腥草6、谷精草12、苦石莲15、杜仲10、芡实10、郁金8、全蝎6、僵蚕7、三七12、竹茹8、半夏8、鸡血藤10、地骨皮6、车前子7、白茅根15、瞿麦10、天南星8、太子参10、虎杖10、白槿花5、仙鹤草6、鹅不食草15、广木香15、麻黄5、岗梅根6、姜黄15、刺菱7、知母8、刺五加15、石斛6。
上述中药药物可按常规方法制成汤剂、颗粒剂或丸剂等。
其中汤剂的制备方法如下：
按上述重量份配比称取以上诸药混合，加8倍量水，浸泡2小时，加热煎煮1.5小时，过滤得煎煮液一与残渣；残渣再加8倍量水，加热煎煮1小时，过滤得煎煮液二；合并煎煮液一与煎煮液二，即得汤剂。
本发明的药理及效果如下：
肾病综合征属中医学“水肿”“水毒”“肾厥”“虚劳”等范畴。本发明有针对性的选取山茱萸、徐长卿、赤石脂、葛根、佛手、小蓟、野菊花、苏梗、鱼腥草、谷精草、苦石莲、杜仲、芡实、郁金、全蝎、僵蚕、三七、竹茹、半夏、鸡血藤、地骨皮、车前子、白茅根、瞿麦、天南星、太子参、虎杖、白槿花、仙鹤草、鹅不食草、广木香、麻黄、岗梅根、姜黄、刺菱、知母、刺五加、石斛共38味中药原料制成中药药物。
其中：山茱萸，补益肝肾，涩精固脱。
徐长卿，镇痛,止咳,利水消肿,活血解毒。
赤石脂，具有涩肠，止血，生肌敛疮之功效。
葛根，升阳解肌，透疹止泻，除烦止渴。
佛手，舒肝理气，和胃止痛。
小蓟，凉血止血，活血解毒。
野菊花，性微寒，具疏散风热、消肿解毒。
紫苏梗，行气和中。
鱼腥草，清热解毒、消肿疗疮、利尿除湿、清热止痢、健胃消食。
谷精草，疏散风热，明目退翳。
苦石莲，有散瘀，止痛，清热，去湿的功效。
杜仲，补肝肾；强筋骨；安胎。
芡实，固肾涩精；补脾止泄。
郁金，行气活血，疏肝解郁，清心开窍，清热凉血。
全蝎，息风镇痉，攻毒散结，通络止痛。
僵蚕，祛风定惊，化痰散结。
三七：甘、微苦、温，归肝、胃经，散瘀止血、消肿定痛，用于咯血、吐血、衄血、便血、崩漏、外伤出血、胸腹刺痛、跌扑肿痛；
竹茹，清热化痰，除烦止呕。
半夏，燥湿化痰，降逆止呕，消痞散结。
鸡血藤，活血舒筋，养血调经。
地骨皮，凉血除蒸、清肺降火。
车前子，清热利尿；渗湿止泻；明目；祛痰。
白茅根，凉血，止血，清热，利尿。
瞿麦，有清热、利尿、破血通经的功效。
天南星，燥湿化痰。
太子参，补气生津。
虎杖，活血散瘀，清热利湿，解毒，止咳。
白槿花，清热解毒。
仙鹤草，有收敛止血，止痢，杀虫的功效。
鹅不食草，通郁，去寒。
广木香，健胃消胀、调气解郁、止痛安胎。
麻黄，发汗散寒，宣肺平喘，利水消肿。
岗梅根，清热，生津，活血，解毒。
姜黄，行气破瘀，通经止痛。
刺菱，补脾健胃，止渴生津，平肝气，通肾水，益血消食。
知母，性苦寒，有滋阴降火、润燥滑肠、利大小便之效。
刺五加，祛风湿；补肝肾；强筋骨；活血脉。
石斛，抗衰老，提高免疫力，活血化瘀。
全方配伍，共奏清热解毒、利尿通淋、温补脾肾之功效，并可增强机体免疫力，对肾病综合征治疗效果显著，而且无毒副作用。
临床资料
1、一般资料
选取2012年1月～2014年12月就诊的肾病综合征患者200例，随机分为两组。治疗组100例，男54例，女46例。对照组100例，男49例，女51例。两组一般资料经统计学处理，差异无显著性意义(P＞0.05)，具有可比性。
2、诊断标准
全部符合《内科学》原发性肾病综合征诊断标准，排除狼疮性肾炎、紫癜性肾炎、糖尿病肾病等其他疾病所致的继发性原发性肾病综合征，研究期间治疗组及对照组均无失访病例。
3、治疗方法
对照组按照常规西医治疗：1.休息：高血压伴高度浮肿时应卧床休息，症状缓解后可适当活动；2.饮食：严重水肿及高血压应禁盐，症状消退后改为低盐，给予优质蛋白饮食1～1.5g/kg/d；3.必要时对症抗感染；4.利尿消肿：呋噻米注射液20mg静脉推注，每天1次；5.抗凝治疗：拜阿司匹林片100mg，口服，每晚1次；潘生丁片50mg，口服，每天3次；6.降脂治疗：阿托伐他汀钙片20mg，口服，每天1次；7.激素：开始治疗时口服强的松1mg/kg/d，每晨顿服。
治疗组治疗：1.休息：高血压伴高度浮肿时应卧床休息，症状缓解后可适当活动；2.饮食：严重水肿及高血压应禁盐，症状消退后改为低盐，给予优质蛋白饮食1～1.5g/kg/d；3.必要时对症抗感染；4.服用本发明实施例1制备的汤剂，每日2次，每次1剂，服用期间停止其他药物的服用，疗程均为4周，4周后观察疗效。
4、疗效标准
参照《中药新药临床研究指导原则(试行)》(中国医药科技出版社出版，2002年)。完全缓解：水肿消失，饮食，活动能力正常，血清白蛋白及24h尿蛋白，肾功能及血脂正常；基本缓解：水肿基本消失，饮食，活动能力正常，血清白蛋白正常，24h尿蛋白＜0.5g，或者肾功能未恢复正常；无效：水肿症状、血清白蛋白及24h尿蛋白、肾功能等未见明显改善。
5、治疗结果
见下表1。

可见，本发明中药药物能够有效治疗肾病综合征，疗效十分显著，而且无毒副作用，值得进一步临床推广。

按下述重量份配比称取各中药原料：
山茱萸10、徐长卿12、赤石脂15、葛根5、佛手12、小蓟15、野菊花15、苏梗12、鱼腥草6、谷精草12、苦石莲15、杜仲10、芡实10、郁金8、全蝎6、僵蚕7、三七12、竹茹8、半夏8、鸡血藤10、地骨皮6、车前子7、白茅根15、瞿麦10、天南星8、太子参10、虎杖10、白槿花5、仙鹤草6、鹅不食草15、广木香15、麻黄5、岗梅根6、姜黄15、刺菱7、知母8、刺五加15、石斛6。
制备方法如下：
按上述重量份配比称取以上诸药混合，加8倍量水，浸泡2小时，加热煎煮1.5小时，过滤得煎煮液一与残渣；残渣再加8倍量水，加热煎煮1小时，过滤得煎煮液二；合并煎煮液一与煎煮液二，即得汤剂。

山茱萸5、徐长卿15、赤石脂10、葛根3、佛手15、小蓟10、野菊花20、苏梗10、鱼腥草5、谷精草10、苦石莲20、杜仲8、芡实12、郁金6、全蝎5、僵蚕10、三七15、竹茹6、半夏17、鸡血藤8、地骨皮10、车前子5、白茅根10、瞿麦15、天南星6、太子参19、虎杖7、白槿花10、仙鹤草5、鹅不食草20、广木香10、麻黄10、岗梅根5、姜黄10、刺菱5、知母15、刺五加10、石斛5。
按常规方法制成颗粒剂。
实施例3
按下述重量份配比称取各中药原料：
山茱萸15、徐长卿10、赤石脂20、葛根10、佛手10、小蓟20、野菊花10、苏梗20、鱼腥草15、谷精草15、苦石莲10、杜仲12、芡实7、郁金18、全蝎10、僵蚕5、三七10、竹茹20、半夏6、鸡血藤13、地骨皮5、车前子12、白茅根20、瞿麦5、天南星13、太子参9、虎杖14、白槿花3、仙鹤草10、鹅不食草5、广木香20、麻黄2、岗梅根10、姜黄20、刺菱10、知母5、刺五加20、石斛10。
按常规方法制成丸剂。

1.一种治疗肾病综合征的中药药物，其特征在于它是由以下重量份配比的中药原料组成：山茱萸5-15、徐长卿10-15、赤石脂10-20、葛根3-10、佛手10-15、小蓟10-20、野菊花10-20、苏梗10-20、鱼腥草5-15、谷精草10-15、苦石莲10-20、杜仲8-12、芡实7-12、郁金6-18、全蝎5-10、僵蚕5-10、三七10-15、竹茹6-20、半夏6-17、鸡血藤8-13、地骨皮5-10、车前子5-12、白茅根10-20、瞿麦5-15、天南星6-13、太子参9-19、虎杖7-14、白槿花3-10、仙鹤草5-10、鹅不食草5-20、广木香10-20、麻黄2-10、岗梅根5-10、姜黄10-20、刺菱5-10、知母5-15、刺五加10-20、石斛5-10。
