Abstract
本发明涉及一种消化道内置医疗器械,尤其涉及一种十二指肠内覆膜,该内覆膜至少一部分由疏水疏油材料制备,也可生物降解,还包括仿生微阵列粘附片、弹力件、锚钩、抗扭筋等,可由静电纺丝制备,该内覆膜用于防治肥胖病或糖尿病的应用。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种消化道内置医疗器械,尤其涉及一种十二指肠内覆膜。
背景技术
近年发现,肥胖症患者接受减重的胃转流术后,不仅体重显著下降,且其并发的2型糖尿病得到缓解。
但胃转流术有临床风险,诸如吻合口漏、肠梗阻、肺栓塞、深静脉血栓、门静脉损伤等疾病及死亡等。
十二指肠套管可避免胃转流术弊端,并保留其良好作用。
现有技术,选择亲水和/或亲油的材料,能使十二指肠套管或内覆膜顺服粘附在肠内壁上,从而避免其脱离肠壁及扭曲缠绕,进而防止“肠梗阻”并保障套管或内覆膜功能。但如此,却忽视了亲水和/或亲油的肠壁粘附对胆汁及胰液的封堵。持续的胆汁封堵、输流不畅,将导致胆汁淤积、继发胆管感染,充血水肿的胆管粘膜则加重梗阻、增高胆管内压,淤积的胆汁也逐渐脓变;含有脓性胆汁的高压胆管,又可导致肝肿大、肝内小胆管及周围的肝实质细胞炎性改变、肝细胞大面积坏死、肝内多发性脓肿;胆管内高压还可造成肝内毛细胆管破溃,脓性胆汁甚至胆栓即由此经肝内血窦进入血循环,造成菌血症和败血症,甚至肺部脓性栓塞;胆管感染又可造成溃疡和胆道出血,在后期,还可发生感染性休克、肝肾功能衰竭或弥漫性血管内凝血等一系列病理生理改变,而这些改变一旦发生,即便胆管封堵及高压被解除,肝实质和胆管仍会留下难逆性损害。持续的胰液输流不畅,将导致胰内压增高、胰泡破裂、胰酶原进入间质(胰酶多以无活性胰酶原颗粒形式存在于胰泡细胞内),引起胰腺自身消化、胰腺细胞和间质水肿,脂肪坏死及出血;胰腺细胞受损,又释放出溶酶体水解酶、激活胰蛋白酶原,进一步激活磷脂酶A、弹性硬蛋白酶和胰血管舒缓素,使血管壁弹力纤维溶解,致胰血管受损、破裂、出血与坏死;消化酶与坏死组织液还可通过血循环及淋巴管途径输送到全身,引起全身脏器损害。
亲水和/或亲油材料的肠壁粘附,也并不能防止“肠梗阻”、并不能保障套管或内覆膜的功能:十二指肠内有多种消化液,进食的内容又各种各样,若没有疏水和疏油的双疏性能,随着在体内留置时间的延续(通常,至少留置1个月),十二指肠套管壁上就会有粘留各种物质而形成积垢,粘留的积垢,不仅降低了十二指肠套管的性能,也成为其他疾病的隐患,并愈加封堵胆汁与胰液等消化液的分泌。
现有技术的不降解材料,日后移除时二次“手术”的操作过程繁复及损伤器官组织,且移除后难以避免瞬间彻底拆卸原有屏障后的“反跳”问题;与仿生粘附贴片相比,固定用的锚钩刺入十二指肠球腔内襞,随着胃肠蠕动,不断重复着松动、渗出、粘连,移除时,尖刺已嵌入肠组织、并刺激局部肠组织生长与粘连;不透气、不透湿的十二指肠套管,虽阻碍了十二指肠的消化与吸收功能,同时也限制或影响了肠粘膜细胞及组织的其他功能;热稳定性弱、力学强度与弹性不够、容易破损,影响十二指肠套管的性能;显然,管腔容易缩瘪、扭曲、缠绕,不仅会影响套管的作用,还会干扰消化道的通畅。
发明内容
为了解决上述现有技术中的至少一个问题,本发明提供一种疏水疏油且生物相容的十二指肠内覆膜。
现有技术中的亲水和/或亲油材料所带来的降低十二指肠套管或内覆膜作用、封堵胆汁与胰液等消化液的分泌、诱发其他疾病的问题,本发明所述的疏水疏油的方案可以解决;现有技术中的移除时二次“手术”的操作过程繁复及损伤器官组织及“反跳”的问题,若采用所述的可降解生物相容材料可以解决;现有技术中的用于固定的锚钩嵌入肠组织、刺激局部肠组织生长与粘连的问题,本发明所述的仿生粘附贴片方案可以解决;现有技术中的不透气、不透湿、限制或影响肠粘膜细胞及组织的其他功能的问题,本发明所述的静电纺可以解决;现有技术中的热稳定性弱、力学强度与弹性不够、容易破损的问题,本发明所述的聚氨酯材料等方案可以解决;现有技术中的缩瘪、扭曲、缠绕的问题,本发明所述的1条或1条以上的直行或螺旋和/或不规则弯曲状抗扭筋袢和/或仿生粘附贴片方案可以解决。
所述的疏水疏油方案,具有超疏水超疏油性能的化合物,诸如短氟链,可降解,且降解物无毒无害。将其经预聚、扩链、封端等步骤优化合成全氟端基含氟聚氨酯,确定氟化聚氨酯的结构,将氟端基聚氨酯引入电纺丝原液,为降低纤维直径,也可以引入混合溶剂(低沸点和高沸点溶剂;良溶剂和非良溶剂)作为聚合物,降低电纺丝液的浓度。为避免氟化聚氨酯表面粘附,也可用纳米SiO2颗粒修饰。静电纺丝,设定静电纺丝的工艺参数和环境参数等,使其达到良好的孔隙率、强度和耐磨性等,水和油的静态接触角均>150°,具有优异的拒水拒油、透气透湿的性能。为提高热稳定性,可加入少量全氟聚醚二醇,和/或调节全氟聚醚二醇的含量和硬段的组成,以控制材料的Tm。
所述的管状部直径和长度与不同人群体内十二指肠及空肠相匹配,直径为10-60mm,长度与十二指肠匹配并可以延伸到与十二指肠接续的一段空肠,长度为80-700mm,管状部内覆膜的厚度为0.005mm-1mm。弹性塑型的管状部为有弹性的和/或形状记忆材料,在传递肠襞蠕动的同时,可避免胃肠蠕动诱发的管状部瘪塌及管状部内覆膜与十二指肠内襞的空隙增加进而导致的空肠内容物返流。所述的壶腹部为喇叭状接续管状部的部分,壶腹部也可以是柱状的、球状的、腰鼓状的等形状,壶腹部的厚度为0.005mm-1mm,高度为6mm-100mm,喇叭状接续管状部为渐进开放锐角,角度为5℃-65℃。其厚度、高度和角度与不同人群体相匹配。
所述的仿生微阵列粘附片由生物相容的可生物降解或非生物降解材料和/或疏水和/或疏油性材料得到,可选择硅橡胶、聚亚胺酯、多壁碳纳米管、聚酯树脂、聚酰亚胺、人造橡胶、环氧树脂、聚二甲基硅氧烷、聚苯乙烯、聚四氟乙烯、特氟龙、聚二甲基硅氧烷、聚对二甲苯、聚氨酯与对苯二甲酸乙二酯、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯等或组合以及公知的其他适合的材料,形状可以是圆形、橄榄形、梯形、方形、三角形、柱形、菱形、异形等或它们的组合,大小可以是1平方纳米或1平方纳米以上或它们的组合,粘附纤维绒毛的顶端可以是弯曲状(铲状)或平压头状或圆压头状或层级结构或其他形状与结构及其组合。作为优化,所述的仿生微阵列粘附片可以用缝合、粘合、锚合、编织、钩钳、钉铆、热塑、冻固、气压、静电等和/或它们的组合或其他公知的方法等及其组合附连到内覆膜壶腹部,精确排列可以是圆形、橄榄形、梯形、方形、三角形、柱形、菱形、异形等或它们的组合,可以是一排或一排以上的数排,仿生微阵列粘附片可以是紧挨或分开等或它们的组合,粘合剂可以是生物相容的聚氨酯、聚亚氨酯、硅树脂、氟化乙烯丙烯等或它们的组合或其他公知的材料及其组合。
所述的仿生微阵列粘附片,可以用微机电系统(MEMS)中电感耦合等离子体(ICP)深刻蚀技术在硅片上刻出直立的微阵列模板制备,不排除用其他物质和其他方法制备粘附微阵列。作为优化,合成仿贻贝粘附蛋白聚合物-多巴胺-甲基丙烯酸酰胺/甲氧基乙基丙烯酸酯共聚物(P(DMA-co-MEA)),也可以用其他公知的方法;合成的含多巴的共聚物溶解于二氯甲烷液,将聚氨酯微阵列浸入此溶液,聚氨酯微阵列外面即修饰了一层含多巴胺的共聚物。不排除可以形成既在干燥条件下有强粘附力又在水中也有强粘附力的其他物质(包括修饰物与被修饰物)及制备方法。作为优化,仿生微阵列粘附片具有适宜的接触表面,并控制绒毛径长比以及绒毛间距以免相互粘合;作为优化,绒毛径长比为0.1-5:20,长度为0.1-200μm,绒毛间距为0.1-30.0μm。仿生微阵列粘附片的制备过程中还可以用原子力显微镜刻蚀法、氧化铝模板孔洞注入成型、静电诱导刻蚀法、电感耦合等离子体刻蚀技术、光刻技术(电子束投影光刻、纳米压印光刻技术等),还可以用阵列纳米碳管、反应性等离子体干刻蚀法、软蚀刻法、基于微纳米绒毛生长的定向自装配法等制备。所述的十二指肠内覆膜及其仿生微阵列粘附片,柔软、光滑、有弹性,组织相容性良好,无急性全身反应、无慢性全身反应、无急性局部反应、无慢性局部反应。
所述的管状部和/或壶腹部包含生物相容的用于固定的或用于维持形状的仿生微阵列粘附片和/或带锚钩或不带锚钩的线条、弹力件。
所述的内覆膜上段可以是波浪型或V型或梯形或城墙型的壶腹部弹力膜,壶腹部弹力膜包含波浪型或V型或梯形或城墙型接续环绕的弹力件,弹力件可以由记忆的或非记忆的生物相容材料得到,弹力件峰谷和曲角可为单圈曲簧并每隔一段距离附有一个锚钩,可以固定壶腹部、可以整体顺应十二指肠及球部的运动而伸缩或弹性活动,也可以维持壶腹部的形状。
所述的管状部和/或壶腹部可以用缝合、粘合、锚合、编织、钩钳、钉铆、热塑、冻固、气压、静电等和/或它们的组合或其他公知的方法沿内覆膜的纵径分别加厚和/或加固1条或1条以上的直行和/或螺旋和/或和/或斜行和/或交叉和/或异形不规则弯曲分布的抗扭筋袢或它们的组合,此筋骨可以对内覆膜加固、支撑、扩张及防止扭曲、缠绕,并具有其他协同内覆膜、与内覆膜功能相互支持的作用。
所述的壶腹部及管状部的制备,可以是静电纺、静电喷、流延、压膜、微纳工艺和/或防粘工艺等。
所述的壶腹部与管状部在体外可以一起收拢或折叠为球状或圆柱状或胶囊状或纺锤状,折叠方式可以是内覆膜远端往近端折叠或卷曲或覆盖,然后壶腹部向心内翻。
所述的十二指肠内覆膜各部位长度、厚度、弹力、形状、绒毛径长比、绒毛长度、绒毛直径、绒毛间距等数均为参考值,实际制造可依据需要具体设计。
本发明所述的十二指肠内覆膜的至少一部分材料疏水疏油,能在体内自洁、防止在自身粘留各种物质而形成积垢,这不仅维护了十二指肠内覆膜的性能,也消除了由此引发其他疾病的隐患,更不会封堵胆汁与胰液等消化液的分泌;所述的十二指肠内覆膜全部部件均为生物相容性材料制备,即解决置入体内材料的生物相容性问题,减弱置入体内所产生的宿主反应;若为可生物降解的材料,则在置入体内后,可以在体内逐渐降解,可以制备成减损伤、防脱落、免移除、抑反跳的治疗糖尿病与肥胖病的医疗器械。
本发明所述的仿生微阵列粘附片粘附力大、稳定性好、对材质和形貌适应性强、自清洁性好、不会对肠组织造成损伤和污染等优点,与其他部位与部件在功能上彼此支持。
本发明所述的弹力件可以固定壶腹部、整体顺应十二指肠及球部的运动而伸缩或弹性活动,也可以维持壶腹部的形状。
本发明所述的抗扭筋和/或仿生粘附贴片可以加固支撑及防扭曲缠绕,并具有其他协同内覆膜、与内覆膜功能相互支持的作用。
本发明所述的静电纺技术制备,具有良好的透气性能,这既能在解剖上阻挡食物与肠粘膜的接触,又能在生理上尽可能少影响肠粘膜细胞及组织的功能。
另外,本发明所述的十二指肠内覆膜可采用聚氨酯等材料,具有强度高、柔韧性好、抗拉伸、耐疲劳、耐磨、有一定的热稳定性等优异性能。
具体实施方式:
下面结合具体实例对本发明作进一步说明:
实施例1
短氟链,预聚、扩链、封端等步骤优化合成氟端基聚氨酯,确定氟化聚氨酯的结构,烘干,再溶于二甲基乙酰胺(DMA),甲醇-水混合液多次漂洗,纯化,再烘干。
称取聚丙烯晴(PAN)和氟化聚氨酯(FPU),加入二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)或DMA/丁酮中,FPU为总质量的0.1-1.2wt%,常温剧烈搅拌,PAN/FPU为总质量的9-16wt%,输入注射泵A。再称取聚氨酯(PU)和FPU,加入DMF或DMF/丁酮中,FPU为总质量的0.1-1.2wt%,常温剧烈搅拌,PU/FPU为总质量的9-16wt%,输入注射泵B。为避免FPU表面粘附,也可用纳米二氧化硅(SiO2)颗粒修饰,有机硅改性PU(诸如有机硅引入聚氨酯侧链中或主链中,纯软段或混合软段等)。静电纺丝,设定静电纺丝的工艺参数和环境参数等,经拉伸性能、透气性能、耐磨性能、接触角测量等检测,达到良好的孔隙率、强度、耐磨性、耐脆化、耐热、耐低温等性能,水和油的静态接触角均>150°,具有优异的拒水拒油、透气透湿的性能。为提高热稳定性,可加入少量全氟聚醚二醇,和/或调节全氟聚醚二醇的含量和硬段的组成,以控制材料的Tm。
制备工艺也可以用编织、纺纱、压膜、缝合、粘合、锚合、热塑、吹塑、刻蚀、微刻蚀、注模、冻固、气压、静电、拉伸法、沉积法、溶胶凝胶法、模板合成法、纳米颗粒法、相分离法、自组装法等或/和它们的组合或其他方法等及其组合制备得到。
实施例2
本发明所述的疏水疏油的十二指肠内覆膜,纵向剪开,再裁剪成约2cm×2cm大小膜片,取3片,置100ml玻璃器皿中,每天8点取60ml稀粥置入玻璃器皿,1小时后弃之,同日12点、18点分别将非素食实验员的随机菜肴2份各取30ml置入玻璃器皿,1小时之后将60ml的菜肴弃之,持续7天。另取亲水和亲油的2cm×2cm膜各3片,同前操作。第7天末,可见亲水和亲油的膜污垢明显,甚至有异味。
实施例3
作为优化,仿生微阵列粘附片,可以用微机电系统(MEMS)中电感耦合等离子体(ICP)深刻蚀技术在硅片上刻出直立的微阵列模板,将聚二甲氧基硅氧烷(PDMS)浇铸到硅模板柱阵列上,固化后剥离脱模,得聚二甲氧基硅氧烷(PDMS)微阵列孔模板,将液态聚氨酯或/和其他生物相容的材料浇铸在聚二甲氧基硅氧烷(PDMS)微米孔模板上,固化脱模,得聚氨酯仿生粘附微阵列。不排除用其他物质和其他方法制备粘附微阵列。合成仿贻贝粘附蛋白聚合物-多巴胺-甲基丙烯酸酰胺/甲氧基乙基丙烯酸酯共聚物(P(DMA-co-MEA));合成的含多巴的共聚物溶解于二氯甲烷液,将聚氨酯微阵列浸入此溶液,聚氨酯微阵列外面即修饰了一层含多巴胺的共聚物。不排除可以形成既在干燥条件下有强粘附力又在水中也有强粘附力的其他物质(包括修饰物与被修饰物)及制备方法。作为优化,仿生微阵列粘附片具有适宜的接触表面,并控制绒毛径长比以及绒毛间距以免相互粘合。仿生微阵列粘附片可以用生物相容的聚氨酯、聚亚氨酯、硅树脂、氟化乙烯丙烯等或它们的组合或其他公知的材料及其组合粘合。作为优化,所述的十二指肠内覆膜及其仿生微阵列粘附片,柔软、光滑、有弹性,组织相容性良好,无急性全身反应、无慢性全身反应、无急性局部反应、无慢性局部反应。作为优化,内覆膜管状部可以用粘合或/和编织的方法加6条螺旋的抗扭筋骨以对内覆膜加固、支撑、扩张及防止扭曲缠绕,协同内覆膜的功能。
实施例4
制备仿生微阵列粘附片主要的工艺步骤可以为:第一步利用CF4气体的辉光放电作用产生F原子的活化自由基。然后F原子活化自由基可以与硅或二氧化硅反应生成四氟化硅气体,从而显示出刻蚀效果。第二步:在氩气等离子体中引入氟原子,通过利用等离子体的协同作用氟和硅可以快速反应从而可以使得刻蚀的效果更佳。第三步:在硅片上引入掩模板图形,然后使用牛津ICP180刻蚀系统在硅片上刻蚀出高长径比的柱阵列,最后将聚二甲基硅氧烷浇铸到硅模板柱阵列上,置入烘箱在60℃下经烘烤4h固化,剥离脱模即可得到聚二甲基硅氧烷的孔阵列模板,然后再将其他高分子液体浇铸在聚二甲基硅氧烷孔阵列模板上,固化脱模后即可获得大面积的微米级高分子仿生脚掌刚毛粘附阵列。
实施例5
医用聚乳酸,溶剂为三氯甲烷/乙醇的混合溶剂,体积配比为40/60(v/v),浓度为4wt%;医用聚氨酯,溶剂为二甲基亚砜,浓度为10wt%。电压17KV,推进速度0.4ml/h,接受距离16cm,针孔内径0.4mm。室温23°C,通风橱内,管状部用医用聚氨酯溶液电纺,壶腹部用医用聚乳酸溶液静电纺。
实施例6
健康SD大鼠,雄性,20只,体重227±14.93g,随机分2组,即本发明的十二指肠内覆膜置入组与未置入组。PEG4000.5g,5ml生理盐水稀释,备用。戊巴比妥纳50mg/kgip,十二指肠内覆膜置入组,用推送器将十二指肠内覆膜置入十二指肠内,戊组均腹部切开,接扎空肠起始端,抬高鼠胸部,用穿刺针将PEG400稀释液缓缓注入幽门下端,轻度充盈为度。注意术中护理。30min后,颈动脉取血,高效液相色谱法测PEG400。统计学处理所得数据采用SPSS12.0统计软件包分析,组间采用方差分析,组内采用t检验,以p<0.05为差异有显著性意义。显示十二指肠内覆膜置入组,含量为0.52±0.11μg/ml,未置入组为5.09±0.87μg/ml,p<0.01。
实施例7
健康SD大鼠,雄性,20只,体重231±16.17g,随机分2组,即本发明的十二指肠内覆膜置入组与未置入组。在置入14day后,处死2组大鼠,取十二指肠,置3.7%多聚甲醛,固定;固定好的组织块流水彻底冲洗;上行梯度酒精脱水,二甲苯透明,石蜡浸蜡,石蜡包埋平整,修去两边余蜡;切片,置温水中展片,选完整、无皱摺切片,粘贴于载玻片上;置55℃恒温箱烤干切片上多余的水分和石蜡,脱蜡,下行梯度酒精;常规HE染色,上行梯度酒精脱水,二甲苯透明,中性树胶封片;每只大鼠取5张不连续切片,每张切片顺次取奇数视野,观察小肠粘膜及其20个绒毛。普通光学显微镜镜检,所检2组切片镜下绒毛基本正常,少量有局部绒毛顶端下间歇增宽,未检出明显绒毛顶端上皮剥离、脱落、破溃;未检出绒毛顶端破坏、上皮脱落,未检出固有膜崩溃,未检出溃疡及出血点。统计学处理所得数据采用SPSS12.0统计软件包分析,组间采用方差分析,组内采用t检验,以p<0.05为差异有显著性意义;2组光镜下差异无显著性意义(p>0.05)。
实施例8
健康SD大鼠,雄性,12只,体重234±14.65g,随机分2组,即本发明的十二指肠内覆膜置入组与未置入组。在置入21day后,处死2组大鼠,取十二指肠,置3.7%多聚甲醛,固定;固定好的组织块流水彻底冲洗;上行梯度酒精脱水,二甲苯透明,石蜡浸蜡,石蜡包埋平整,修去两边余蜡;切片,置温水中展片,选完整、无皱摺切片,粘贴于载玻片上;置55℃恒温箱烤干切片上多余的水分和石蜡,脱蜡,下行梯度酒精;常规HE染色,上行梯度酒精脱水,二甲苯透明,中性树胶封片;每只大鼠取5张不连续切片,每张切片顺次取奇数视野,观察小肠粘膜及其20个绒毛。透射电镜,8000倍,每例随机拍10张,透射电镜下未检出明显绒毛膜缩短、倒伏、绒毛吸收面积减小,肠粘膜细胞内线粒体基本完好,未检出线粒体明显肿胀,未检出细胞核染色质浓缩、核碎裂,未检出明显凋亡现象。图像处理软件为GATAN公司专用软件DigitalMicrograph,统计学处理所得数据采用SPSS12.0统计软件包分析,组间采用方差分析,组内采用t检验,以p<0.05为差异有显著性意义;2组差异无显著性意义(p>0.05)。
实施例9
50mm厚乳胶垫2块,分别对应成人十二指肠及空肠上段弯曲位置,各冠状切面对称镂空,致2块乳胶垫平面对合之后,中间的空道即为成人十二指肠及空肠上段通道,通道的近端和远端均需开放露出。
将制备好的本产品,直径10-60mm、长度80-700mm,直径与长度比为1:10-30,厚度为0.005mm-1mm,远端用记号笔标记一个小点。
分开2块乳胶垫,将制备好的本产品放入1块乳胶垫中的十二指肠及空肠上段弯曲位置,并将制备好的本产品顺时针旋转180?,用手固定置入乳胶垫中的本产品的近端和远端,以免旋转复原。
将另1块乳胶垫对准前1块乳胶垫的通道,合上。
固定本产品远端的手立即松开,显示,1-2秒,旋转的就复原了。
分别以不同大小的乳胶垫通道,分别以逆时针或顺时针旋转90?或360?,分别乳胶垫树立或平放或不规则舞动,均显示旋转的迅速复原。
实施例10
取新鲜猪十二指肠至空肠,将制备好的本产品(远端用记号笔标记一个小点)置入猪十二指肠至空肠,将本产品顺时针旋转180?,一起宽松置入已镂空(对应成人十二指肠及空肠上段弯曲位置)的1块乳胶垫中,用手固定置入猪十二指肠至空肠中的本产品的近端和远端,以免旋转复原。
固定本产品远端的手立即松开,显示,1-2秒,旋转的复原。
分别以逆时针或顺时针旋转90?或360?,均显示旋转迅速复原。
本发明未涉及部分包含相同的现有技术,或可以采用现有技术加以实现。
Claims (10)
1.一种十二指肠内覆膜,其特征在于,所述十二指肠内覆膜由生物相容的材料制备,所述十二指肠内覆膜的至少一部分由疏水疏油材料制备。
2.根据权利要求1所述的十二指肠内覆膜,其特征在于,所述十二指肠内覆膜包括壶腹部和管状部,所述管状部连通所述壶腹部,所述壶腹部和管状部均由疏水疏油材料制备。
3.根据权利要求2所述的十二指肠内覆膜,其特征在于,所述十二指肠内覆膜还包括仿生微阵列粘附片,粘附于所述壶腹部和/或管状部以将所述壶腹部和/或管状部固定于十二指肠及其球部。
4.根据权利要求2所述的十二指肠内覆膜,其特征在于,所述十二指肠内覆膜还包括弹力件,固定于所述壶腹部以维持壶腹部的形状。
5.根据权利要求4所述的十二指肠内覆膜,其特征在于,所述弹力件具有锚钩,所述锚钩固定于十二指肠球部。
6.根据权利要求2所述的十二指肠内覆膜,其特征在于,所述十二指肠内覆膜还包括1条及以上抗扭筋,设置于所述管状部。
7.根据权利要求6所述的十二指肠内覆膜,其特征在于,所述多条抗扭筋沿平行于管状部的轴线方向延伸且相互平行。
8.根据权利要求6所述的十二指肠内覆膜,其特征在于,所述多条抗扭筋沿管状部螺旋和/或和/或斜行和/或交叉和/或异形不规则弯曲分布。
9.根据权利要求1所述的十二指肠内覆膜,其特征在于,所述十二指肠内覆膜由静电纺丝制备。
10.一种将权利要求1所述的十二指肠内覆膜用于防治肥胖病或糖尿病的应用。
