本发明公开了一种侧向导引开口穿刺针,包括针管部,针管部上设有刻度,针管部的一端设有针尾部,另一端为针尖部,所述针尖部为盲端,所述针管部靠近针尖部的一端设有侧向开口的导向口,所述导向口与针管部的盲端形成导向角α,由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明由于侧向开口,在穿刺针穿刺诊疗时,可以旋转侧向开口的穿刺针,让开口指向不同方向,当病变周围有重要器官、血管、骨骼等遮挡时,在主穿刺通道基础上绕过遮挡实现变向穿刺;当穿刺针未能穿中病变处,而是穿到病变周边时,可以直接变向穿中病变;也能实现对瘤体内不同方向上的取材或用药,实现了真正意义上的多点取材、瘤体内多向用药与粒子均匀植布。

技术领域
本发明涉及医疗器械领域,具体地说,涉及一种有侧向导引开口穿刺针。
背景技术
传统穿刺针穿刺时,往往凭操作者的经验选择穿刺路径,进行盲穿,进针角度把握不准,误差较大,穿刺成功率较低,一般需要多次穿刺,多次CT扫描,操作及不规范,并发症较多,患者接受的辐射剂量较大。常规穿刺针在穿刺诊疗时,只能从针尖部取材或用药,要想实现多向操作,只能增加穿刺次数,而穿刺次数的增加就会显著增加并发症的发生几率。普通穿刺针的穿刺成功率一般在60%左右,并发症发生率在70%左右。
目前,为了既要降低穿刺次数,又能有效地从病灶处取材或用药,采用主穿刺针和诊疗针配合使用的办法,即诊疗针采用记忆金属制成,穿刺前将诊疗针折弯,通过金属记忆,诊疗针在穿出主穿刺针后仍然保持穿刺前的角度,在穿刺过程中通过不断改变诊疗针的角度来取材或用药,这种方法虽然在理论上解决了上述问题,但是,诊疗针为记忆金属材料制成,其制备过程较为复杂,柔性与硬度很难掌握到一个合适的度,在实体组织内难以保持记忆角度,因此很难实现瘤体内按预设角度变向穿刺,临床上无法实现大规模的使用,目前,该穿刺方法也仅存理论上的可能。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是克服上述缺陷,提供一种可以一次穿刺次即能多向取材或用药的侧向导引开口穿刺针。
为解决上述问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是:
一种侧向导引开口穿刺针,包括针管部,针管部上设有刻度,针管部的一端设有针尾部,另一端为针尖部,其特征在于:所述针尖部为盲端,所述针管部靠近针尖部的一端设有侧向开口的导向口,所述导向口与针管部的盲端形成导向角α。
作为一种改进:
所述导向角α的范围0°<α<180°。
作为进一步的改进:
所述针管部套装有刻度指示盘,所述刻度指示盘与针管部相对转动。
作为再进一步的改进:
所述针尾部设有指示标,所述指示标与导向口的开口方向相对应。
所述指示标为设置在针尾部上凸起的箭头,箭头与刻度指示盘相配合。
由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明由于侧向开口,在穿刺针穿刺诊疗时,可以旋转侧向开口的穿刺针,让开口指向不同方向,当病变周围有重要器官、血管、骨骼等遮挡时,在主穿刺通道基础上绕过遮挡实现变向穿刺;当穿刺针未能穿中病变处,而是穿到病变周边时,可以直接变向穿中病变;也能实现对瘤体内不同方向上的取材或用药,实现了真正意义上的多点取材、瘤体内多向用药与粒子均匀植布。本发明显著减少穿刺次数,大大提高工作效率,明显降低了并发症,大大提高了患者的诊断与治疗效果,生活质量也明显提高。

具体实施方式
实施例:如图1和图2所示,一种侧向导引开口穿刺针,包括针管部1,针管部1上设有刻度,针管部1的一端设有针尾部2,另一端为针尖部4,所述针尖部4为盲端,所述针管部1靠近针尖部4的一端设有侧向开口的导向口3,所述导向口3与针管部1的盲端形成导向角α。
所述针管部1套装有刻度指示盘5,所述刻度指示盘5与针管部1能相对转动。所述针尾部2设有指示标7,所述指示标7与导向口3的开口方向相对应。所述指示标7为设置在针尾部2上凸起的箭头,箭头与刻度指示盘相配合。
所述导向角α的范围0°<α<180°,导向角α可以为0°~180°之间的任意数值,如图3和图4所示,α1、α2分别代表不同的角度,具体角度可以根据临床需要进行相应调整。
如图5所示,在穿刺时,选定带有导向角α的穿刺针,进入病灶后,配合弹性诊疗针6,弹性诊疗针6从导向口3中穿出取材或用药;当穿刺针旋转时,刻度指示盘5不动,通过指示标7确定导向口3位置旋转的角度与转向,可在0°-360°范围内实现穿刺活检的选择性多方向取材,也可实现局部化疗的选择性多方向用药,在放射性粒子植入治疗肿瘤时,有利于瘤体内粒子植入的多方向选择,为粒子均匀植布创造条件。
由于针管部1上设有刻度,故也可以通过改变穿刺针的深浅,进行取材或用药,从而实现了对病灶部的多方位、多方向取材或用药,更加利于病情的诊疗。

Claims (5)

1.一种侧向导引开口穿刺针,包括针管部(1),针管部(1)上设有刻度,针管部(1)的一端设有针尾部(2),另一端为针尖部(4),其特征在于:所述针尖部(4)为盲端,所述针管部(1)靠近针尖部(4)的一端设有侧向开口的导向口(3),所述导向口(3)与针管部(1)的盲端形成导向角α。
2.根据权利要求1所述的穿刺针,其特征在于:所述导向角α的范围0°<α<180°。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的穿刺针,其特征在于:所述针管部(1)套装有刻度指示盘(5),所述刻度指示盘(5)与针管部(1)相对转动。
4.根据权利要求3所述的穿刺针,其特征在于:所述针尾部(2)设有指示标(7),所述指示标(7)与导向口(3)的开口方向相对应。
5.根据权利要求4所述的穿刺针,其特征在于:所述指示标(7)为设置在针尾部(2)上凸起的箭头,箭头与刻度指示盘(5)相配合。
