Abstract
本发明公开了一种轻量型光伏组件,从上至下依次包括面板、第一胶膜层、太阳能电池组、第二胶膜层和背板,所述背板是由下述质量份数的成分制备而成的:马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯10~30份、聚四氟乙烯60~80份、纳米填料10~20份、导热填料1~5份、交联剂1~2份、紫外线吸收剂1~2份、抗氧剂1~2份和催化剂0.5~1份。本发明具有结构简单、质量轻、背板粘结性强的特点,具有较长的使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及太阳能光伏组件领域,特别是涉及一种轻量型光伏组件。
背景技术
随着全球能源的日益短缺,对于太阳能的利用也越来越受到重视。太阳能光伏组件是近年来应用最多的产品,太阳能光伏组件是具有封装以及内部联结结构,能单独提供直流电输出的最小不可分割的太阳能电池组合装置。
现有的太阳能光伏组件一般包括太阳能电池片、面板玻璃、胶膜、背板、型材、互连条以及助焊剂、有机硅胶、接线盒及连接器。一般都是将太阳能光伏组件经过封装之后,通过支架将其整体固定在屋顶及易于接收阳光的地点,不够美观,受外界条件影响较大,一般不具有装饰性和其他的功能性,安装也较为复杂,安装成本高。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种轻量型光伏组件,具有结构简单、质量轻、背板粘结性强的特点,具有较长的使用寿命。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:
提供一种轻量型光伏组件,从上至下依次包括面板、第一胶膜层、太阳能电池组、第二胶膜层和背板,所述背板是由下述质量份数的成分制备而成的:马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯10~30份、聚四氟乙烯60~80份、纳米填料10~20份、导热填料1~5份、交联剂1~2份、紫外线吸收剂1~2份、抗氧剂1~2份和催化剂0.5~1份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述第一胶膜层与所述第二胶膜层为EVA胶膜层或PVB胶膜层。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述填料为纳米二氧化硅和纳米二氧化钛按照重量比1:2.5混合所得的混合物。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述背板的厚度为20~100μm。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述导热填料为氢氧化镁和碳化硅按照重量比1:0.2~1混合所得的混合物。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明一种轻量型光伏组件,背板材料采用特殊的配方制备而成,具有较高的粘结性,该光伏组件结构简单、质量轻,具有较长的使用寿命。

下面对本发明的较佳实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。
实施例1:
一种轻量型光伏组件,从上至下依次包括面板、第一胶膜层、太阳能电池组、第二胶膜层和背板,所述背板是由下述质量份数的成分制备而成的:马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯20份、聚四氟乙烯70份、纳米填料15份、导热填料2.5份、交联剂1.5份、紫外线吸收剂1.8份、抗氧剂1.2份和催化剂0.8份。
所述第一胶膜层与所述第二胶膜层为EVA胶膜层,所述填料为纳米二氧化硅和纳米二氧化钛按照重量比1:2.5混合所得的混合物,所述导热填料为氢氧化镁和碳化硅按照重量比1:0.5混合所得的混合物,所述背板的厚度为50μm。
实施例2:
一种轻量型光伏组件,从上至下依次包括面板、第一胶膜层、太阳能电池组、第二胶膜层和背板,所述背板是由下述质量份数的成分制备而成的:马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯15份、聚四氟乙烯80份、纳米填料12份、导热填料5份、交联剂1.2份、紫外线吸收剂1.5份、抗氧剂1.8份和催化剂0.5份。
所述第一胶膜层与所述第二胶膜层为PVB胶膜层,所述填料为纳米二氧化硅和纳米二氧化钛按照重量比1:2.5混合所得的混合物,所述导热填料为氢氧化镁和碳化硅按照重量比1:1混合所得的混合物,所述背板的厚度为100μm。
实施例3:
一种轻量型光伏组件,从上至下依次包括面板、第一胶膜层、太阳能电池组、第二胶膜层和背板,所述背板是由下述质量份数的成分制备而成的:马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯30份、聚四氟乙烯60份、纳米填料20份、导热填料3份、交联剂2份、紫外线吸收剂1.8份、抗氧剂1份和催化剂0.8份。
所述第一胶膜层与所述第二胶膜层为EVA胶膜层,所述填料为纳米二氧化硅和纳米二氧化钛按照重量比1:2.5混合所得的混合物,所述导热填料为氢氧化镁和碳化硅按照重量比1:0.8混合所得的混合物,所述背板的厚度为80μm。
上述三个实施例中的背板由常规方法制备而成。

1.一种轻量型光伏组件,其特征在于,从上至下依次包括面板、第一胶膜层、太阳能电池组、第二胶膜层和背板,所述背板是由下述质量份数的成分制备而成的:马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯10~30份、聚四氟乙烯60~80份、纳米填料10~20份、导热填料1~5份、交联剂1~2份、紫外线吸收剂1~2份、抗氧剂1~2份和催化剂0.5~1份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的轻量型光伏组件,其特征在于,所述第一胶膜层与所述第二胶膜层为EVA胶膜层或PVB胶膜层。
3.根据权利要求1所述的轻量型光伏组件,其特征在于,所述填料为纳米二氧化硅和纳米二氧化钛按照重量比1:2.5混合所得的混合物。
4.根据权利要求1所述的轻量型光伏组件,其特征在于,所述背板的厚度为20~100μm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的轻量型光伏组件,其特征在于,所述导热填料为氢氧化镁和碳化硅按照重量比1:0.2~1混合所得的混合物。
