Abstract
本发明涉及一种快递面单切割用切刀装置,包括机架和设置在机架上的传动滚筒,机架上设有横杆,横杆设置在传动滚筒的上方,横杆上设置有切割组件,切割组件上设置有标示切割组件与快递面单切割线重合的红外线传感器,切割组件上连接有驱动切割组件工作的驱动组件;本发明的优点:通过驱动组件驱动横杆上设有的切割组件实现对传动滚筒上传动的快递面单进行切割,减少了工作强度,有效的保证了切割效率,切割后的快递面单平整度高,并通过红外线传感器标示切割组件与快递面单切割线重合,有效的减少了废品的产生。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种快递面单切割用切刀装置。
背景技术
目前,快递面单是指快递行业在运送货物的过程中用以记录发件人、收件人以及产品重量、价格等相关信息的单据,在生产后,快递面单需要将多余的纸张进行切割,现有切割时,均通过操作人员手动进行切割,且切割的操作人员水平不一,切割的平整度差,造成快递面单报废,工作强度大,使用效果差,生产成本高,且切割组件易损坏的问题。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题就是提供一种快递面单切割用切刀装置,可有效解决现有快递面单切割时存在切割组件易损坏及切割不平稳的问题。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种快递面单切割用切刀装置,包括机架和设置在机架上的传动滚筒,机架上设有横杆,横杆设置在传动滚筒的上方,横杆上设置有切割组件,切割组件上设置有标示切割组件与快递面单切割线重合的红外线传感器,切割组件上连接有驱动切割组件工作的驱动组件。
优选的,切割组件包括滑板和安装架,滑板滑动连接在横杆上,安装架的一端转动连接在滑板上,安装架的另一端设有切刀组件,驱动组件连接在安装架上,能根据不同型号的快递面单对滑板进行调节,驱动组件驱动切刀组件实现对快递面单的切割,切割效果好,结构简单,安装拆卸方便,便于维修。
优选的,安装架通过螺栓组件转动连接在滑板上,安装架的另一端设有安装切刀组件的安装槽,安装架上设有与安装槽相通的连接孔,结构简单,螺栓组件便于安装架转动,将切刀组件安装在安装槽内,能减少切刀组件的损坏。
优选的,切刀组件包括转轴和切刀,转轴固定连接在安装架上,切刀转动连接在转轴上,转轴上设有固定切刀的凹槽,转轴上设有限位板,切刀在转轴上转动,从而实现切割,切割效果好,能减少切刀的损坏,限位板的设置,能保证切刀转动时的平稳性。
优选的,驱动组件包括气泵和气管,气管固定连接在连接孔内,气泵向气管内充气,通过气泵向切刀组件实现转动,转动效果好,驱动效果好。
优选的,安装架上设有横板,横板上设有与连接孔相通的第一通孔,便于气管的固定,避免了气管的损坏。
优选的,滑板上设有第二通孔,滑板上设有锁紧滑板于横杆上的锁紧螺钉,能保证切刀组件切割时滑板不发生滑动,保证了切割的效率。
优选的,锁紧螺钉的前端设有磁铁,横杆上设有吸合磁铁的凹槽,磁铁固定效果好,结构简单,使用效果好。
优选的,滑板上设有固定红外线传感器的连接轴,能减少红外线传感器的损坏,使用效果好。
优选的,机架上设有固定板,固定板上设有固定横杆的固定轴套,结构简单,安装拆卸方便。
综上所述,本发明的优点:通过驱动组件驱动横杆上设有的切割组件实现对传动滚筒上传动的快递面单进行切割,减少了工作强度,有效的保证了切割效率,切割后的快递面单平整度高,并通过红外线传感器标示切割组件与快递面单切割线重合,有效的减少了废品的产生。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2、图3所示,一种快递面单切割用切刀装置,包括机架1和设置在机架1上的传动滚筒2,机架1上设有横杆3,横杆3设置在传动滚筒2的上方,横杆3上设置有切割组件4,切割组件4上设置有标示切割组件4与快递面单切割线重合的红外线传感器5,切割组件4上连接有驱动切割组件4工作的驱动组件6,再看图2,切割组件4包括滑板41和安装架42,滑板41滑动连接在横杆3上,安装架42的一端转动连接在滑板41上,安装架42的另一端设有切刀组件7,驱动组件6连接在安装架42上,能根据不同型号的快递面单对滑板进行调节,驱动组件驱动切刀组件实现对快递面单的切割,切割效果好,结构简单,安装拆卸方便,便于维修,安装架42通过螺栓组件421转动连接在滑板41上,安装架42的另一端设有安装切刀组件的安装槽422,安装架42上设有与安装槽422相通的连接孔423,结构简单,螺栓组件便于安装架转动,将切刀组件安装在安装槽内,能减少切刀组件的损坏。
再看图3,切刀组件7包括转轴71和切刀72,转轴71固定连接在安装架42上,切刀72转动连接在转轴71上,转轴71上设有固定切刀72的凹槽73,转轴71上设有限位板74,切刀在转轴上转动,从而实现切割,切割效果好,能减少切刀的损坏,限位板的设置,能保证切刀转动时的平稳性,驱动组件6包括气泵60和气管61,气管61固定连接在连接孔423内,气泵向气管内充气,通过气泵向切刀组件实现转动,转动效果好,驱动效果好。
安装架42上设有横板424,横板424上设有与连接孔423相通的第一通孔425,便于气管的固定,避免了气管的损坏,滑板41上设有第二通孔411,滑板41上设有锁紧滑板41于横杆3上的锁紧螺钉412,能保证切刀组件切割时滑板不发生滑动,保证了切割的效率,锁紧螺钉412的前端设有磁铁413,横杆3上设有吸合磁铁的凹槽31,磁铁固定效果好,结构简单,使用效果好,滑板41上设有固定红外线传感器5的连接轴8,能减少红外线传感器的损坏,使用效果好,机架1上设有固定板9,固定板9上设有固定横杆3的固定轴套91,结构简单,安装拆卸方便。
使用时,将印刷后的快递面单通过机架的传动滚筒传动出料,并相应的调节横杆上的切割组件4,只需调节滑板41在横杆3上滑动,使红外线传感器标示切割组件4与快递面单切割线重合,并通过锁紧螺钉412将滑板41锁紧在横杆3上,然后通过气泵60向气管61充气,使切刀72转动在转轴71上,通过切刀72的转动来切割快递面单的切割线,也可以通过螺栓组件421调节安装架42在滑板41上的角度,来适应不同型号的快递面单,实用性能好。
除上述优选实施例外,本发明还有其他的实施方式,本领域技术人员可以根据本发明作出各种改变和变形,只要不脱离本发明的精神,均应属于本发明所附权利要求所定义的范围。

1.一种快递面单切割用切刀装置,其特征在于:包括机架(1)和设置在机架(1)上的传动滚筒(2),机架(1)上设有横杆(3),横杆(3)设置在传动滚筒(2)的上方,横杆(3)上设置有切割组件(4),切割组件(4)上设置有标示切割组件(4)与快递面单切割线重合的红外线传感器(5),切割组件(4)上连接有驱动切割组件(4)工作的驱动组件(6);
切割组件(4)包括滑板(41)和安装架(42),滑板(41)滑动连接在横杆(3)上,安装架(42)的一端转动连接在滑板(41)上,安装架(42)的另一端设有切刀组件(7),驱动组件(6)连接在安装架(42)上;
安装架(42)通过螺栓组件(421)转动连接在滑板(41)上,安装架(42)的另一端设有安装切刀组件的安装槽(422),安装架(42)上设有与安装槽(422)相通的连接孔(423);
切刀组件(7)包括转轴(71)和切刀(72),转轴(71)固定连接在安装架(42)上,切刀(72)转动连接在转轴(71)上,转轴(71)上设有固定切刀(72)的凹槽(73),转轴(71)上设有限位板(74);
滑板(41)上设有固定红外线传感器(5)的连接轴(8);
机架(1)上设有固定板(9),固定板(9)上设有固定横杆(3)的固定轴套(91);
驱动组件(6)包括气泵(60)和气管(61),气管(61)固定连接在连接孔(423)内;
安装架(42)上设有横板(424),横板(424)上设有与连接孔(423)相通的第一通孔(425);
滑板(41)上设有第二通孔(411),滑板(41)上设有锁紧滑板(41)于横杆(3)上的锁紧螺钉(412);
锁紧螺钉(412)的前端设有磁铁(413),横杆(3)上设有吸合磁铁的凹槽(31)。
