背景技术

牙龈炎是牙龈组织的炎症，以牙龈出血为主要特征，一般在刷牙、吮吸及咀嚼硬物时容易出血，牙龈呈鲜红或紫红色，肿胀或松软，表面发亮，局部有牙石、软垢、牙菌斑积聚，优势牙龈缘糜烂，挤压龈缘有少量脓液排出，并可出现龈乳头水肿和牙龈沟加深，甚至形成牙龈脓肿。牙龈炎是牙周炎的先期病变，如不及时彻底的治疗，牙龈组织的炎症在机体内外因素的作用下可能发展为牙周炎，造成牙实质的进行性破坏，最终导致牙齿松动，脱落，对人类的口腔和全身的健康危害极大。目前，治疗牙龈炎的药物有很多，虽有一定的疗效，但存在治标不治本，副作用大及易复发的不足。
祖国医学认为牙龈炎多因胃经积热，阴虚火旺，或心脾两虚，血不循经所致。齿为肾所主，肾虚精亏血少，齿失濡养，引起骨质痿软，兼以阴虚火旺，虚火上炎于龈肉，久则牙齿动摇、根露；或由于素体虚弱，或久病耗伤正气，气血不足，牙龈失于滋养而病邪乘虚而入，以致龈肉萎缩，血不循经，齿龈出血，故成此病。
根据中医理论，针对牙龈炎的发病机理，采用养肝益肾、补益心脾、滋阴清热、补血益气、止血镇痛、消肿排脓的治法，进行辩证配伍组方，以达到标本兼治的目的。

实施例5
一种治疗牙龈炎的中药组合物，其中药原料及重量配比为：旱莲草30g、寒水石10g、风轮菜15g、侧柏叶5g、龙眼肉20g、铁包金10g、石龙刍15g、山豆根5g、阿胶20g、鼠妇12g、红花菜25g、独叶岩珠5g、草石蚕20g、柳叶12g、猪殃殃25g、马齿苋5g、两面针20g、制何首乌10g、毛草龙根25g、谷精草5g、车前草20g、玄参10g、白芷15g、芥菜5g、甘草12g。
本发明实施例中的中药组合物按常规的水煎法制取药剂。具体方法如下：将组方的中药原料放入容器中，加冷水漫过药面，浸泡15～20分钟，再加水没过药面约6厘米，进行第一次煎煮，未沸前采用武火煎煮，沸后用文火煎煮20～30分钟；第二次煎煮，加水没过药面约4厘米，水沸后煎煮15～20分钟。两次煎煮取汁，合并。
本发明以实施例1所给出的一种治疗牙龈炎的中药组合物，做临床疗效总结如下：
一、一般性资料：本中药组合物应用于临床观察病例80例，男43例，女37例，年龄25～75岁。
二、诊断依据：
1、炎症的临床表现：牙龈由于水肿或纤维化而重大，色泽红和/或暗红，龈沟温度升高，刺激易出血；
2、体征和症状局限于牙龈组织；
3、龈沟液量增多、温度升高。
三、用法用量：临床应用时，一日一剂，水煎两遍取汁约400ml，分早、晚两次空腹温服。五天为一疗程。治疗期间忌生冷辛辣刺激之物。
四、疗效标准：
1、痊愈：牙龈红肿疼痛消失，牙龈停止出血；
2、有效：牙龈红肿疼痛减轻，牙龈出血次数明显减少；
3、无效：治疗前后病情无变化或牙龈出血无好转甚至加重。
五、治疗效果：该临床观察病例中，服药2-5个疗程，痊愈58例，随访未见复发；有效18例，无效4例。治疗期间未发生毒副作用。
六、典型病例：
病例1：
杨某，女，21岁。牙龈疼痛，刷牙时出血。诊见：牙龈肿胀，呈红色，触及易出血，触痛明显，口中热臭。诊断为：牙龈炎。服用本发明中药组合物制备的药剂1个疗程，疼痛明显好转，刷牙不再出血；继续服用2个疗程，触痛及口中热臭消失，治愈。随访半年无复发。
病例2：
楚某，男，47岁。牙龈疼痛且经常性出血，检查单纯牙龈红肿、暗红色、龈沟加深，形成大量牙菌斑，大便干结，诊断为：牙龈炎。服用本发明中药组合物制备的药剂2个疗程，牙龈红肿疼痛减轻，牙龈出血次数明显减少；继续服用2个疗程，牙龈不出血，牙龈不疼痛，牙菌斑消失，治愈。

1.一种治疗牙龈炎的中药组合物，其特征在于：其中药原料及重量份配比为：旱莲草10-30份、寒水石5-25份、风轮菜5-20份、侧柏叶5-25份、龙眼肉5-25份、铁包金5-25份、石龙刍5-20份、山豆根5-25份、阿胶5-20份、鼠妇5-20份、红花菜5-25份、独叶岩珠5-20份、草石蚕5-25份、柳叶5-20份、猪殃殃5-25份、马齿苋5-20份、两面针5-20份、制何首乌5-25份、毛草龙根5-25份、谷精草5-20份、车前草5-25份、玄参5-25份、白芷5-20份、芥菜5-25份、甘草5-15份。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种治疗牙龈炎的中药组合物，其特征在于：其中药原料及重量份配比为：旱莲草20份、寒水石15份、风轮菜10份、侧柏叶15份、龙眼肉15份、铁包金15份、石龙刍10份、山豆根15份、阿胶10份、鼠妇10份、红花菜15份、独叶岩珠10份、草石蚕15份、柳叶10份、猪殃殃15份、马齿苋15份、两面针10份、制何首乌15份、毛草龙根15份、谷精草10份、车前草15份、玄参15份、白芷10份、芥菜15份、甘草10份。
