本发明涉及一种传统草药的未确定结构的医药配制品，尤其是一种治疗日晒疮的中药组合物。
背景技术
日光照射后出现的皮疹，称为日晒疮。西医所称的日光性皮炎和光感性皮炎。一般在暴晒后数小时内于暴露部位出现皮肤红肿，亦可起水疱或大疱，是一种由光线引起的、发生于暴露部位的过敏反应性皮肤病。皮损部位有烧灼感、痒感或刺痛。轻者1—2天皮疹可逐渐消退，有脱屑或遗留有不同程度的色素沉着；重者可伴有类似感冒症状，如发烧、乏力、全身不适等，约一周左右即可恢复。应根据皮损情况治疗。局部治疗：（1）2．5％消炎痛溶液外抹。（2）大疱、渗出液多时，可用2％～4％硼酸溶液；牛奶液（牛奶和水50∶5）或生理盐水（一茶匙盐溶于500～600ml水中）等溶液进行湿敷，每次15～20分钟，一日2～3次。全身治疗：用抗组织胺药赛庚啶2mg每日3次口服；扑尔敏4～8mg每日3次口服，同时配合服用维生素C及复合维生素B。重症者可内服外用皮质类固醇激素。上述局部及全身治疗日晒疮存在着疗程长及疗效差的不足。
中医认为，日晒疮多由于在日光暴晒之下，阳热毒邪侵入体表，蕴郁肌肤，灼皮伤肌而致，毒热夹暑湿或与内湿搏结，浸淫肌肤所致。

二、诊断标准：

三、用法用量：临床应用时，一日一剂，水煎两遍取汁约400ml，分早、晚两次空腹温服。治疗期间忌食灰菜、小白菜、菠菜、苋菜等光感性物质的蔬菜。
四、疗效标准：
(1)治愈：临床主要症状及体征消失；
(2)有效：主要症状明显减轻，疮面有所减轻；
(3)无效；主要症状无变化，也未恶化。
五、治疗效果：该临床观察病例中，服药5-10个疗程，痊愈60例，随访未见复发；有效18例，无效2例。治疗期间未发生毒副作用。
六、典型病例：
病例1：
谭某，男，19岁。酷日曝晒后，颜面、颈部皮肤红肿，起水疱，自觉刺痛、灼热、瘙痒。并伴有目赤，发热，头痛等症状。诊见舌质红，苔黄，脉弦数。服用本发明中药组合物制备的药剂3天，红肿，水疱减轻，刺痛、灼热、瘙痒消失。继续服用2天，症状及体征消失，治愈。
病例2：
崔某，女，32岁。日晒后颜面及手背起红色丘疹，伴灼痛瘙痒。曾口服克敏能及外搽消炎痛溶液治疗。用药时病情缓解，日晒后又复发，患者苦不堪言。服用本发明中药组合物制备的药剂4天，红色丘疹减少，灼痛瘙痒消失；继续服用3天，症状完全消失，治愈。日晒后无复发。

1.一种治疗日晒疮的中药组合物，其特征在于：其中药原料及重量份配比为：土茯苓10-30份、牛蒡子5-25份、玄参5-20份、萹蓄5-25份、赤芍5-25份、白蒺藜10-30份、浮萍5-25份、黄柏5-25份、地肤子5-25份、皂角刺5-20份、白芷5-25份、败酱草5-25份、丹参10-30份、扛板归5-25份、龙胆草5-25份、青黛5-20份、半边莲5-25份、白薇5-25份、紫花地丁5-25份、甘草5-15份。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种治疗日晒疮的中药组合物，其特征在于：其中药原料及重量份配比为：土茯苓20份、牛蒡子15份、玄参10份、萹蓄15份、赤芍15份、白蒺藜20份、浮萍15份、黄柏15份、地肤子15份、皂角刺10份、白芷15份、败酱草15份、丹参20份、扛板归15份、龙胆草15份、青黛10份、半边莲15份、白薇15份、紫花地丁15份、甘草10份。
