背景技术
片仔癀是一个源于明朝宫廷秘方具有500年历史的传统名贵中成药。片仔癀是由牛黄、三七、蛇胆和麝香等制成的锭剂，气微香，味苦、微甘。
片仔癀功能主治是清热解毒、凉血化瘀和消肿止痛，并还可用于热毒血瘀所致急慢性病毒性肝炎、痈疽疔疮、无名肿毒、跌打损伤以及烫烧伤等各种炎症；除此之外，片仔癀还能抑制消化系统癌细胞的生长。
片仔癀以其卓绝的治疗和调理、保健的双重功效而著称。除了在治疗肝炎、肿瘤，消除无名高热及肿毒、促进手术刀口愈合等方面疗效显著外，还具有保肝护肝、防酒醉、清热降火和美容养颜等独特功效，能够有效消除人体内的“湿、热、毒、邪”等，达到祛邪安正，预防疾病，保护健康的效果，是预防保健礼品的首选，受到越来越多医学美容专家和消费者的青睐。
片仔癀除了口服治“百病”之外，古时闽南百姓受到皮肤创伤，或者患有皮肤炎症，就使用片仔癀的药丸调水后浸在布中，贴于患处，不久皮肤即回复如初。

发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种片仔癀珍珠霜，其将片仔癀在化妆品这方面的特殊功效发挥出来，进行片仔癀中成药二次开发应用，突破中药传统功能范围，改善祛痘、淡斑等皮肤问题，大大拓宽片仔癀的应用领域，能更好的达到滋养、保湿、柔润皮肤以及减少恶劣天气对皮肤的伤害。
为了达到上述目的，本发明的解决方案为：
一种片仔癀珍珠霜，其中，由如下组分组成：
甘油，5-15wt%；
水解珍珠，0.3-5wt%；
片仔癀，0.01-0.1wt%；
鲸蜡硬脂醇，1-10wt%；
液体石蜡，2-5wt%；
棕榈酸异丙酯，2-5wt%；
甘油硬脂酸酯，0.5-4wt%；
PEG-100硬脂酸酯，0.5-4wt%；

进一步，该pH调节剂为精氨酸，该芳香剂为香精，该着色剂由0.0001-0.003份的CI15985以及0.0005-0.002份的CI19140组成。
本发明的另一目的在于提供一种片仔癀珍珠霜的生产工艺，其中，包括如下步骤：
①称取相应重量份的A相原料到水相锅内，加温溶解，至85-95℃，保温；称取相应重量份的B相原料到油相锅内，加热至熔融，温度至85-95℃保温；
②将上述A相原料抽入乳化锅，将保温好的B相原料抽入乳化锅，在80-90℃下进行乳化，均质结束后保温搅拌，再进行降温，当温度降至55-65℃，进料口中加入C相原料，均质、保温搅拌；
③抽真空脱泡，冷却至45℃以下，检验合格后出料，再经灌装和包装后入库；
其中，A相原料为水、甘油、片仔癀和卡波姆，B相原料为甘油、鲸蜡硬脂醇、液体石蜡、棕榈酸异丙酯、甘油硬脂酸酯、PEG-100硬脂酸酯、羟苯甲酯和羟苯丙酯，C相原料为水解珍珠、香精、甲基氯异噻唑啉酮、甲基异噻唑啉酮、精氨酸、着色剂CI15985和着色剂CI19140。
进一步，卡波姆在使用前，在搅拌的情况下被逐步加入到甘油中以将卡波姆分散完全。
进一步，该生产工艺还包括对片仔癀的前处理工序，该前处理工序为将片仔癀粉末用煮沸后的去离子水浸泡，再用200目的滤布过滤。
进一步，均质速度为2800-3800RPM，均质时间为8-15分钟，均质外循环的频率为4-6次。
采用上述结构后，本发明涉及的一种片仔癀珍珠霜及其生产工艺，其中，水作为溶剂，甘油作为保湿剂，鲸蜡硬脂醇、液体石蜡以及棕榈酸异丙酯作为润肤剂，甘油硬脂酸酯和PEG-100硬脂酸酯作为乳化剂，水解珍珠和片仔癀作为皮肤调理剂以起到美白的功效，甲基氯异噻唑啉酮、甲基异噻唑啉酮、羟苯甲酯以及羟苯丙酯作为防腐剂，再配上芳香剂、pH调节剂以及着色剂，通过均质外循环使膏体更加均匀、更加细腻，最后形成肤感、外观、功效以及消费者接受程度最佳的片仔癀珍珠霜。
本发明采用鲸蜡硬脂醇、液体石蜡以及棕榈酸异丙酯四者搭配在一起并通过选择各自的配比一起作为润肤剂，从而实现产品所需的肤感和稠度。
本发明采用PEG-100硬脂酸酯主要作为主乳化剂使用，甘油硬脂酸酯作为助乳化剂使用，两者配合起来使用达到更好的乳化效果，再配合两者适当的使用量使产品有更好的稳定性和产品肤感。
本发明采用甲基氯异噻唑啉酮、甲基异噻唑啉酮、羟苯甲酯以及羟苯丙酯作为防腐剂，由于四者针对的菌种有一定的区别，四者的复配能达到更广谱的抑菌效果，从而提升防腐性能；再配合四者适当的使用量能提升产品的防腐效果和安全性；四者的复配比其他防腐剂组合刺激性更低，产品通过了防腐挑战测试和刺激性测试。

具体实施方式
为了进一步解释本发明的技术方案，下面通过具体实施例来对本发明进行详细阐述。
本发明涉及的一种片仔癀珍珠霜，由如下组分组成：甘油，5-15wt%；水解珍珠，0.3-5wt%；片仔癀，0.01-1wt%；鲸蜡硬脂醇，1-10wt%；液体石蜡，2-5wt%；棕榈酸异丙酯，2-5wt%；甘油硬脂酸酯，0.5-4wt%；PEG-100硬脂酸酯，0.5-4wt%；羟苯甲酯，0.05-0.2wt%；羟苯乙酯，0.05-0.5wt%；甲基氯异噻唑啉酮，0.0001-0.001wt%；甲基异噻唑啉酮，0.0001-0.0005wt%；卡波姆，0.06-0.5wt%；pH调节剂，0.03-0.12wt%；芳香剂，0.1-1wt%；着色剂，0.0006-0.005wt%；余量为水。
具体地，该pH调节剂为精氨酸，该芳香剂为香精，该着色剂由0.0001-0.003份的CI15985以及0.0005-0.002份的CI19140组成。
如图1所示，上述片仔癀珍珠霜的生产工艺，包括如下步骤：
①称取相应重量份的A相原料到水相锅内，加温溶解，至85-95℃，保温；称取相应重量份的B相原料到油相锅内，加热至熔融，温度至85-95℃保温；
②将上述A相原料抽入乳化锅，将保温好的B相原料抽入乳化锅，在80-90℃下进行乳化，均质结束后保温搅拌，再进行降温，当温度降至55-65℃，进料口中加入C相原料，均质、保温搅拌；
③抽真空脱泡，冷却至45℃以下，检验合格后出料，再经灌装和包装后入库。
其中，A相原料为水、甘油、片仔癀和卡波姆，B相原料为甘油、鲸蜡硬脂醇、液体石蜡、棕榈酸异丙酯、甘油硬脂酸酯、PEG-100硬脂酸酯、羟苯甲酯和羟苯丙酯，C相原料为水解珍珠、香精、甲基氯异噻唑啉酮、甲基异噻唑啉酮、精氨酸、着色剂CI15985和着色剂CI19140。卡波姆在使用前，在搅拌的情况下被逐步加入到甘油中以将卡波姆分散完全。
该生产工艺还包括对片仔癀的前处理工序，该前处理工序为将片仔癀粉末用煮沸后的去离子水浸泡，再用200目的滤布过滤。
均质速度为2800-3800RPM，均质时间为8-15分钟，均质外循环的频率为4-6次。这样可以让形成的片仔癀珍珠霜具有最佳的稳定性和细腻性。

Claims (6)
1.一种片仔癀珍珠霜，其特征在于，由如下重量份的组分组成：
甘油，5-15wt%；
水解珍珠，0.3-5wt%；
片仔癀，0.01-1wt%；
鲸蜡硬脂醇，1-10wt%；
液体石蜡，2-5wt%；
棕榈酸异丙酯，2-5wt%；
甘油硬脂酸酯，0.5-4wt%；
PEG-100硬脂酸酯，0.5-4wt%；
羟苯甲酯，0.05-0.2wt%；
羟苯乙酯，0.05-0.5wt%；
甲基氯异噻唑啉酮，0.0001-0.001wt%；
甲基异噻唑啉酮，0.0001-0.0005wt%；
卡波姆，0.06-0.5wt%；
pH调节剂，0.03-0.12wt%；
芳香剂，0.1-1wt%；
着色剂，0.0006-0.005wt%；
余量为水。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种片仔癀珍珠霜，其特征在于，该pH调节剂为精氨酸，该芳香剂为香精，该着色剂由0.0001-0.003份的CI15985以及0.0005-0.002份的CI19140组成。
3.一种如权利要求1至2任一项中片仔癀珍珠霜的生产工艺，其特征在于，包括如下步骤：
①称取相应重量份的A相原料到水相锅内，加温溶解，至85-95℃，保温；称取相应重量份的B相原料到油相锅内，加热至熔融，温度至85-95℃保温；
②将上述A相原料抽入乳化锅，将保温好的B相原料抽入乳化锅，在80-90℃下进行乳化，均质结束后保温搅拌，再进行降温，当温度降至55-65℃，进料口中加入C相原料，均质、保温搅拌；
③抽真空脱泡，冷却至45℃以下，检验合格后出料，再经灌装和包装后入库；
其中，A相原料为水、甘油、片仔癀和卡波姆，B相原料为甘油、鲸蜡硬脂醇、液体石蜡、棕榈酸异丙酯、甘油硬脂酸酯、PEG-100硬脂酸酯、羟苯甲酯和羟苯丙酯，C相原料为水解珍珠、香精、甲基氯异噻唑啉酮、甲基异噻唑啉酮、精氨酸、着色剂CI15985和着色剂CI19140。
4.如权利要求3所述的一种片仔癀珍珠霜的生产工艺，其特征在于，卡波姆在使用前，在搅拌的情况下被逐步加入到甘油中以将卡波姆分散完全。
5.如权利要求3所述的一种片仔癀珍珠霜的生产工艺，其特征在于，该生产工艺还包括对片仔癀的前处理工序，该前处理工序为将片仔癀粉末用煮沸后的去离子水浸泡，再用200目的滤布过滤。
6.如权利要求3所述的一种片仔癀珍珠霜的生产工艺，其特征在于，均质速度为2800-3800RPM，均质时间为8-15分钟，均质外循环的频率为4-6次。
