本发明涉及舰船用三维热管式能量回收空调机组一种节能型空调机组,包括三维热管式热交换器、进排风机、进风箱、回风箱、空气加热器、空气冷却器等,其特征在于:室外新鲜空气经过三维热管式热交换器后由风机送入室内,室内污浊空气经过热交换器后由风机排到室外,两股气流在无机传热元件进行热量交换,即进来的新鲜空气吸收了将要排出去的污浊空气所附含的冷(热)量,从而使新风的温度得以升高或降低,具有全热回收、节能减排的功能,机组回收效率到达60%-70%。

技术领域
本发明舰船用三维热管式能量回收空调机组是一种舰船用节能空调装置,具体说是一种可将房间排风中的能量进行回收,用来预冷或预热新风从而节约了处理新风的能量。
背景技术
舰船由于空间狭小,相对封闭,室内空气污染等原因,舒适性得不到保障。随着船员对于生活环境的舒适性要求越来越高,如何提高船用空调的舒适性被提上日程。
那么如何才能提高船用空调的舒适性呢?对!新风量。新风量是衡量船用空调舒适性的重要指标。欧洲很多国家就船用空调的新风比(空调新风量占空调总风量的比值)都做了明确的规定,新风比越来越高,德国甚至采用100%新风量,说明国外已经注意到了船用空调舒适性问题。根据中华人民共和国国家标准《船舶起居处所空气调节与通风设计参数和计算方法》船用空调的热负荷绝大部分是新风热负荷,新风量越大,处理新风到送风状态点的热负荷就越大,空调机组的制冷量就会很大,用电功率就会大大增加。形成了新风(舒适性)和能耗(成本)的矛盾。
发明专利内容
本发明先调研现有国内外三维热管的性能和状态,同时对国外知名品牌三维热管式能量回收机组进行测绘研究,利用科学手段进行船用三维热管式热回收新风处理机组的研制工作,提高设备的可靠性和可维修性,努力提高机组的性能。
三维热管式能量回收空调机组由三维热管式热交换器、进排风机、进风箱、回风箱、空气加热器、空气冷却器等组合而成。可大量回收冬夏季空调排风带走的能量,回收效率到达60%-70%。
空气处理功能段,可根据实际需要,进行选配组合。
本发明专利的技术方案
舰船用三维热管式能量回收空调机组工作原理如下图所示,室外新鲜空气经过三维热管热交换器后由风机送入室内,室内污浊空气经过热交换器后由风机排到室外,两股气流在无机传热元件进行热量交换,即进来的新鲜空气吸收了将要排出去的污浊空气所附含的冷(热)量,从而使新风的温度得以升高或降低。
这样既能为室内送入新鲜空气,又不会使室内温度有明显变化。
舰船用三维热管式能量回收空调机组内部的三维热管热交换器为静止的管排式空气—空气热交换器,新风和污风分别在管的中间隔板两端通道流过,进行热量交换。两股气流被密封隔开,不直接接触,不会产生交叉污染。
三维热管热交换器为非运转件,无附加能耗,工作性能稳定。在正常情况下,使用寿命长,免维护。
本发明专利具有如下有益效果:
1、全热回收,节能减排。
2、填补国际国内船舶行业三维热管热回收设备的空白。
3、有效提高船舶、海工空调通风系统的舒适性。

2.根据权利要求1所述的舰船用三维热管式能量回收空调机组,其特征是:机组既具有夏季降温除湿,冬季采暖加湿,春秋季通风等主要功能。
