本专利涉及材料表面电镀处理领域，特别涉及一种电镀夹具，包括基座，所述基座上表面设有第一支撑柱，所述第一支撑柱顶端设有安置台，所述基座周向均布有安置槽，所述安置槽内设有沿基座径向移动的第一往复运动机构，第一往复运动机构连接有第二支撑柱，第二支撑柱的顶端连接有弧形卡固块，所述第二支撑柱的上端连接有第二往复机构，第二往复机构连接有矩形卡固块。本专利通过设置弧形卡固块与矩形卡固块，可对多种形状的材料进行夹紧，大大改善了目前普遍使用的电镀夹具通用性差的问题。

一种电镀夹具
技术领域
本发明涉及材料表面电镀处理领域，特别涉及一种电镀夹具。
背景技术
电镀是利用电解原理在某些金属表面上镀上一薄层其它金属或合金的过程，是利用电解作用使金属材料制件的表面附着一层金属膜的工艺，从而提高制件耐磨性、导电性、反光性、抗腐蚀性及增进美观等作用。基于此，电镀前对材料表面进行去污处理（如打磨、抛光等）是十分必要的，电镀前能否对材料表面进行良好的去污处理关系到电镀质量的好坏，但由于电镀材料没有固定的形状，目前在进行电镀前处理时需要根据材料相异的形状采用不同的夹具，这样就使得很多夹具出现闲置的情况，浪费了企业资源，同时频繁的更换夹具会造成工作效率的低下。
发明内容
本发明意在解决现有电镀中使用的夹具通用性差的问题。
为了解决上述问题，本发明提供的一种电镀夹具，包括基座，所述基座上表面设有第一支撑柱，所述第一支撑柱顶端设有安置台，所述基座周向均布有安置槽，所述安置槽内设有沿基座径向移动的第一往复运动机构，第一往复运动机构连接有第二支撑柱，第二支撑柱的顶端连接有弧形卡固块，所述第二支撑柱的上端连接有第二往复机构，第二往复机构连接有矩形卡固块。
本发明的工作原理：电镀前对材料进行去污处理时，将材料放置在安置台上，当材料边际形状为圆形时，启动第一往复机构，从而推动第二支撑柱及连接第二支撑柱的弧形卡固块，由于多个弧形卡固块的弧形刚好形成圆，能对圆形外观的材料进行很好的卡固作用，当材料的边际形状为矩形或不规则时，可利用第二往复运动机构将矩形卡固块推出使其远离安置台端超出弧形卡固块弧形端面，然后通过操作第一往复机构实现对材料的夹紧与松开。
本发明的有益效果：1.第一支撑柱和安置台的设置使材料处于较高的位置，便于工作人员对其进行处理。2.设置的弧形卡固块能对边际形状为圆弧形的材料进行固定，固定效果好，便于后期对材料表面的处理工作。3.设置的矩形卡固块能对边际形状为矩形或者不规则的材料进行夹紧。
进一步，所述第一往复运动机构为液压传动机构，液压传动机构具有较大的运动行程，有利于扩大夹具的使用范围且液压传动具有反应快速、便于调速等优点，有利于提高工作效率。
进一步，所述第二往复运动机构为凸轮传动机构，矩形卡固块只需要较小的进给量，凸轮传动机构能够满足其条件，而凸轮传动机构结构简单，设计方便，工作可靠，降低成本的同时保证了工作质量。
进一步，所述第一往复机构与第二支撑柱间采用榫卯连接，采用榫卯连接，有利于在安置槽较小的活动空间中进行操作，同时榫卯连接便于拆分，有利于后期的维护、维修工作。
进一步，所述第二往复机构与矩形卡固块间采用螺纹连接，螺纹连接具有结构简单、连接可靠、装拆方便等优点。

下面通过具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细的说明：

如图1所示的一种电镀夹具，包括基座8，所述基座8上表面设有第一支撑柱1，所述第一支撑柱1顶端设有安置台2，所述基座8周向均布有安置槽7，所述安置槽7内设有沿基座8径向移动的第一往复运动机构，第一往复运动机构连接有第二支撑柱9，第二支撑柱9的顶端连接有弧形卡固块3，所述第二支撑柱9的上端连接有第二往复机构，第二往复机构连接有矩形卡固块4，所述安置台2上端面、弧形卡固块3和矩形卡固块4与材料接触面设有橡胶，所述第一往复运动机构为液压传动机构5，所述第二往复运动机构为凸轮传动机构6。
电镀前处理（如打磨、抛光等）时，将材料放置在安置台2上，当该材料边际形状为圆形时，利用液压传动机构5推动第二支撑柱9向材料移动并使弧形卡固块3夹紧材料，当材料边际形状为矩形或不规则形状时，利用凸轮传动机构6推动矩形卡固块4，使其远离安置台2端超出弧形卡固块3弧形端面，然后利用液压传动机构5推动第二支撑柱9向材料移动并使矩形卡固块4夹紧材料，夹紧材料后，即可对材料进行处理。
对于本领域的技术人员来说，在不脱离本发明结构的前提下，还可以作出若干变形和改进，这些也应该视为本发明的保护范围，这些都不会影响本发明实施的效果和专利的实用性。

1.一种电镀夹具，包括基座，其特征在于：所述基座上表面设有第一支撑柱，所述第一支撑柱顶端设有安置台，所述基座周向均布有安置槽，所述安置槽内设有沿基座径向移动的第一往复运动机构，第一往复运动机构连接有第二支撑柱，第二支撑柱的顶端连接有弧形卡固块，所述第二支撑柱的上端连接有第二往复机构，第二往复机构连接有矩形卡固块。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种电镀夹具，其特征在于：所述第一往复运动机构为液压传动机构。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种电镀夹具，其特征在于：所述第二往复运动机构为凸轮传动机构。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种电镀夹具，其特征在于：所述第一往复机构与第二支撑柱间采用榫卯连接。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种电镀夹具，其特征在于：所述第二往复机构与矩形卡固块间采用螺纹连接。
