本发明公开了一种硅油曲轴扭振减震器,包括减震器外壳和密封在减震器外壳内部的复合硅油,所述复合硅油包括以下重量份的组份:甲基苯基硅油80~100份、石油磺酸盐3~5份、氯化铈1~3份、吐温-80?2~3份、聚α-烯烃20~25份、25#变压器油料15~20份、溶剂精制油15~20份、新型原油流动性改进剂MSMO3~5份、明胶3~5份、酚型抗氧剂3~5份、环氧基封端硅油5~10份、极性含氮化合物1~4份、小分子醇类助溶剂5~6份、八钼酸2~3份、氯化石蜡1~3份和烷基过氧化氢1~3份。通过上述方式,本发明对内部硅油进行了改进,硅油使用寿命长,减少更换次数。

技术领域
本发明涉及减震器技术领域,特别是涉及一种硅油曲轴扭振减震器。
背景技术
减震器种类繁多,包括金属橡胶减震器、钢弹簧减震器、硅油减震器、单筒式减震器、双筒式减震器、对筒式减震器等。减震器在汽车行业、工程车辆行业、起重设备行业等多个行业均有广泛的应用。
硅油减震器是主要应用在车辆发动机上的一种常见减震器,硅油在硅油减震器内部起到关键的作用,现有的硅油减震器用硅油的性能还有待改进。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种硅油曲轴扭振减震器,对内部硅油进行了改进,硅油使用寿命长,减少更换次数。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种硅油曲轴扭振减震器,包括减震器外壳和密封在减震器外壳内部的复合硅油,所述复合硅油包括以下重量份的组份:甲基苯基硅油80~100份、石油磺酸盐3~5份、氯化铈1~3份、吐温-802~3份、聚α-烯烃20~25份、25#变压器油料15~20份、溶剂精制油15~20份、新型原油流动性改进剂MSMO3~5份、明胶3~5份、酚型抗氧剂3~5份、环氧基封端硅油5~10份、极性含氮化合物1~4份、小分子醇类助溶剂5~6份、八钼酸2~3份、氯化石蜡1~3份和烷基过氧化氢1~3份。
