本发明公开了一种低烟环保耐油绝缘电缆配方,它由以下原料组成:按分量计取,SG-1型树脂40-50份、增塑剂30-38份、抗氧化剂35-40份、水合硼酸锌20-30份、氢氧化镁40-60份、TCP9-20份、抗氧剂1.9-2.6份、稳定剂33-39份、DOP40-46份、氯化石蜡30-60份邻苯二甲酸二辛酯38-40份、对苯二甲酸二辛酯20.6-30.9份、环氧大豆油28-32份、醋酸乙烯10.8-26份、轻质碳酸20-36份、重质碳酸钙30-50份。本发明配方合理、科学,耐辐照性能好、防水性能好,且机械性能优异,生产出的成品电缆不仅机械物理性能比普通橡皮高,而且具有阻燃、耐磨、具有较高的使用安全性和较长的使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种低烟环保耐油绝缘电缆配方。
背景技术
电缆皮广泛应用于电缆制作过程中,其耐电压和绝缘电阻比较高,但介电常数和介电损耗较大,一般主要用作低压(≤1KV)和中高压(6~10KV)电缆的绝缘层。传统方法制备的电缆皮耐热性和耐油性很难同时具有,尤其是当电缆皮具备耐热性能后,材料中所含的有机物含量高,遇热油容易膨胀变形,长时间浸泡还容易软烂,耐油性能难以保证。同时,传统的电缆皮制备方法复杂,不环保,制备的电缆皮易遇热遇油散发异味。
鉴于以上现有技术中存在的缺陷,有必要将其进一步改进,使其更具备实用性,才能符合实际使用情况。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术的缺陷,本发明的目的是提供一种低烟环保耐油绝缘电缆配方。
发明是采取以下技术方案来实现的:一种低烟环保耐油绝缘电缆配方,它由以下原料组成:按分量计取,SG-1型树脂40-50份、增塑剂30-38份、抗氧化剂35-40份、水合硼酸锌20-30份、氢氧化镁40-60份、TCP9-20份、抗氧剂1.9-2.6份、稳定剂33-39份、DOP40-46份、氯化石蜡30-60份邻苯二甲酸二辛酯38-40份、对苯二甲酸二辛酯20.6-30.9份、环氧大豆油28-32份、醋酸乙烯10.8-26份、轻质碳酸20-36份、重质碳酸钙30-50份。具体地,本发明它由以下原料组成:按分量计取,SG-1型树脂49份、增塑剂31份、抗氧化剂40份、水合硼酸锌22份、氢氧化镁50份、TCP18份、抗氧剂2.0份、稳定剂35份、DOP40份、氯化石蜡60份邻苯二甲酸二辛酯39份、对苯二甲酸二辛酯26.6份、环氧大豆油30.6份、醋酸乙烯19份、轻质碳酸25份、重质碳酸钙30份。
本发明的有益效果:电缆防火涂料高温条件下能阻止电缆绝缘层燃烧,
涂覆在电缆表面使得电缆具有良好的抗弯性和柔韧性,延长电缆的使用寿命,节约了生产成本。与现有技术相比,本发明的耐热耐油型电缆皮的制备方法,通过各种配料的组合,保证了耐油性的同时,也保证了耐热性,生产出的成品电缆不仅机械物理性能比普通橡皮高,而且具有阻燃、耐磨、防水性性和耐油性好、耐高低温等特性,延长了电缆的使用寿命。
