本发明涉及具有极好的抗疲劳性的海绵及其制备工艺,属于海绵制品技术领域。具有极好的抗疲劳性的海绵,由以下按重量份配比的原料制成:多元醇混合物80-120份、甲苯二异氰酸酯75-108份、纯化水3.6-8.2份、二氧化碳2.3-5份、二氯甲烷3-8份、双吗啉基二乙基醚0.08-0.2份、三乙烯二胺0.03-0.1份、四甲基丙二胺0.04-0.1份、油酸亚锡0.1-0.3份、硅油2.8-4.5份。本发明的具有极好的抗疲劳性的海绵,具有极好的应力松弛性和舒适性,同时也具有良好的撕裂强度和低温下的优良性能,最主要是抗疲劳性极强,可以广泛应用于减震、缓冲等设备上,经久耐用、性能俱佳。

技术领域
本发明涉及具有极好的抗疲劳性的海绵及其制备工艺,属于海绵制品技术领域。
背景技术
海绵制品现在已经被应用于各种领域,其柔韧质轻、富有弹性,能通过弯曲来吸收和分散外来的撞击力,达到缓冲的效果,具有保温防潮,隔热,隔音,防摩擦,抗老化,耐腐蚀等一系列优越使用特性。但目前大多数海绵制品,尤其是用作减震作用的海绵吗,其抗疲劳性较差,因此非常容易影响其耐用性。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于解决上述已有技术存在的不足之处,提供一种具有良好的减震、缓冲效果的具有极好的抗疲劳性的海绵及其制备工艺。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
具有极好的抗疲劳性的海绵,其特殊之处在于由以下按重量份配比的原料制成:多元醇混合物80-120份、甲苯二异氰酸酯75-108份、纯化水3.6-8.2份、二氧化碳2.3-5份、二氯甲烷3-8份、双吗啉基二乙基醚0.08-0.2份、三乙烯二胺0.03-0.1份、四甲基丙二胺0.04-0.1份、油酸亚锡0.1-0.3份、硅油2.8-4.5份、硅胶3.2-4.5份;
所述的多元醇混合物为聚合物多元醇和聚醚多元醇复合而成;
所述的具有极好的抗疲劳性的海绵,由以下按重量份最优配比的原料制成:多元醇混合物100份、甲苯二异氰酸酯85份、纯化水5.6份、二氧化碳3份、二氯甲烷4.5份、双吗啉基二乙基醚0.12份、三乙烯二胺0.05份、四甲基丙二胺0.06份、油酸亚锡0.2份、硅油3.2份、硅胶4份;
具有极好的抗疲劳性的海绵的制备工艺,其特殊之处在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将硅胶研磨成200-220目粉末,再加入其他所有原料,放入容器中混合搅拌均匀,搅拌转速为3000-4500r/min,温度为20-22℃,得到混合物;
(2)将步骤(1)的混合物通过管道注入发泡箱内发泡、冷却后再熟化2-3分钟,脱模得到海绵;
(3)将步骤(2)的海绵自然冷却、干燥10-20小时,切割成成品即可。
本发明的具有极好的抗疲劳性的海绵,具有极好的应力松弛性和舒适性,同时也具有良好的撕裂强度和低温下的优良性能,最主要是抗疲劳性极强,可以广泛应用于减震、缓冲等设备上,经久耐用、性能俱佳。

以下给出本发明的具体实施方式,用来对本发明的构成作进一步详细说明。
实施例1
本实施例的具有极好的抗疲劳性的海绵,由以下按重量份配比的原料制成:多元醇混合物80份、甲苯二异氰酸酯75份、纯化水3.6份、二氧化碳2.3份、二氯甲烷3份、双吗啉基二乙基醚0.08份、三乙烯二胺0.03份、四甲基丙二胺0.04份、油酸亚锡0.1份、硅油2.8份、硅胶3.2份;
所述的多元醇混合物为聚合物多元醇和聚醚多元醇复合而成;
实施例2
本实施例的具有极好的抗疲劳性的海绵,由以下按重量份配比的原料制成:多元醇混合物120份、甲苯二异氰酸酯108份、纯化水8.2份、二氧化碳5份、二氯甲烷8份、双吗啉基二乙基醚0.2份、三乙烯二胺0.1份、四甲基丙二胺0.1份、油酸亚锡0.3份、硅油4.5份、硅胶4.5份;
实施例3
本实施例的具有极好的抗疲劳性的海绵,由以下按重量份最优配比的原料制成:多元醇混合物100份、甲苯二异氰酸酯85份、纯化水5.6份、二氧化碳3份、二氯甲烷4.5份、双吗啉基二乙基醚0.12份、三乙烯二胺0.05份、四甲基丙二胺0.06份、油酸亚锡0.2份、硅油3.2份、硅胶4份;
以上实施例的具有极好的抗疲劳性的海绵的制备工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)将硅胶研磨成220目粉末,再加入其他所有原料,放入容器中混合搅拌均匀,搅拌转速为4000r/min,温度为20℃,得到混合物;
(2)将步骤(1)的混合物通过管道注入发泡箱内发泡、冷却后再熟化3分钟,脱模得到海绵;
(3)将步骤(2)的海绵自然冷却、干燥15小时,切割成成品即可。
以上实施例的具有极好的抗疲劳性的海绵,具有极好的应力松弛性和舒适性,同时也具有良好的撕裂强度和低温下的优良性能,最主要是抗疲劳性极强,可以广泛应用于减震、缓冲等设备上,经久耐用、性能俱佳。

Claims (4)

1.具有极好的抗疲劳性的海绵,其特征在于由以下按重量份配比的原料制成:多元醇混合物80-120份、甲苯二异氰酸酯75-108份、纯化水3.6-8.2份、二氧化碳2.3-5份、二氯甲烷3-8份、双吗啉基二乙基醚0.08-0.2份、三乙烯二胺0.03-0.1份、四甲基丙二胺0.04-0.1份、油酸亚锡0.1-0.3份、硅油2.8-4.5份、硅胶3.2-4.5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的具有极好的抗疲劳性的海绵,其特征在于所述的多元醇混合物为聚合物多元醇和聚醚多元醇复合而成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的具有极好的抗疲劳性的海绵,其特征在于由以下按重量份最优配比的原料制成:多元醇混合物100份、甲苯二异氰酸酯85份、纯化水5.6份、二氧化碳3份、二氯甲烷4.5份、双吗啉基二乙基醚0.12份、三乙烯二胺0.05份、四甲基丙二胺0.06份、油酸亚锡0.2份、硅油3.2份、硅胶4份。
4.权利要求1或3所述的具有极好的抗疲劳性的海绵的制备工艺,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将硅胶研磨成200-220目粉末,再加入其他所有原料,放入容器中混合搅拌均匀,搅拌转速为3000-4500r/min,温度为20-22℃,得到混合物;
(2)将步骤(1)的混合物通过管道注入发泡箱内发泡、冷却后再熟化2-3分钟,脱模得到海绵;
(3)将步骤(2)的海绵自然冷却、干燥10-20小时,切割成成品即可。
