Abstract

本发明一种新能源汽车电瓶更替设施由轮道底座、电瓶框架组成,如摘要附图所示。其通过装有轮道底座电瓶运送车的推拉系统把缺电的新能源汽车电瓶迅速更换成充好电的同等新能源汽车电瓶,让汽车安全及时上路,从而使新能源汽车像汽、柴油汽车那样跑遍全国各个角落,成为它们的有力竞争对手。

一种悬轮式新能源汽车电瓶更替设施
技术领域
本发明涉及一种新能源汽车构配件。该构配件的轮道底座固定在汽车电瓶箱壳内,汽车电瓶、电瓶框架牢固安装在轮道底座上,并能方便快捷的拆装以实现换电的目的。
背景技术
目前,我国新能源汽车如雨后春笋,蓬勃发展,但是至今没能真正敲开长途运输、出租车市场的大门!城市公交只能靠大量备用车维持正常营运,私家车、物流车也只能在电瓶1/2续行里程范围以内运行。其电瓶性能-充电时间长、续行里程短是新能源汽车的瓶颈。快速充电、无线充电,加大电瓶容量皆未能完美解决问题。“换电式”能够绕过瓶颈、解决这些问题。然而,国际上有数家公司搞过“换电式”,皆失败而告终;我国前些年的“换电式”似乎也已销声匿迹,我们认为换电式自身存在一些问题-方便快捷与安全牢固性能配合、共优问题亟待解决,本发明一种悬轮式新能源汽车电瓶更替设施完美解决了方便快捷、安全牢固配合共优问题,切实绕过了新能源汽车的瓶颈。
发明内容
本发明新能源汽车电瓶更替设施由轮道底座、电瓶框架、汽车电瓶组成,轮道底座通过底座固定螺孔牢固安装在汽车电瓶位置处,电瓶框架通过定位座和固定电瓶框架用螺丝孔牢固固定在轮道底座上,电瓶框架轮悬空在轮槽中;新能源汽车电瓶安装在电瓶框架内,固定到牢固安装在汽车电瓶位置处的轮道底座上,安装在汽车电瓶箱壳内。

具体实施方式
悬轮式新能源汽车电瓶更替设施,由轮道底座1、电瓶框架2、汽车电瓶3组成,轮道底座1通过底座固定螺孔2-3牢固安装在汽车电瓶位置处,电瓶框架2通过定位座2-1和固定电瓶框架用螺丝孔2-2牢固固定在轮道底座1上,电瓶框架轮悬空在轮槽中;新能源汽车电瓶3安装在电瓶框架2内,固定到牢固安装在汽车电瓶位置处的轮道底座1上,安装在汽车电瓶箱壳内。大型汽车可以几个轮道底座分别安装。轮道底座1由定位座2-1、固定电瓶框架用螺丝孔2-2、底座固定螺孔2-3、轮轨道2-4、轮槽2-5构成;所述定位座2-1的下部为Φ12mm,高为电瓶框架底板厚度加0.2~0.5mm,上部为Φ20mm,高8mm;所述固定电瓶框架用螺丝孔2-2为M12;所述底座固定螺孔2-3为Φ12,使用沉头螺丝;轮道底座1通过底座固定螺孔2-3固定到汽车电瓶相应位置处,牢固固定住;所述轮轨道2-4,深1mm,宽为轮宽加2~4mm;轮轨道深3~5mm时,后轮最低处要低于电瓶框架底(3~5)+1mm;所述轮槽2-5为电瓶框架轮悬空放置处。电瓶框架2由定位槽3-1、电瓶框架固定螺孔3-2、轮套件3-3、电瓶固定用螺丝孔3-4、电瓶框架轨3-5、推拉柄3-6和安全罩3-7构成;所述定位槽3-1为梯形孔连一个圆孔,与定位座2-1配套使用;所述电瓶框架固定螺孔3-2为Φ12mm,与固定电瓶框架用螺丝孔2-2配套使用;所述轮套件,其前轮比后轮低1mm;所述电瓶固定用螺丝孔为M8;所述电瓶框架轨3-5与轮道底座1配套使用;电瓶框架2通过定位槽3-1和电瓶框架固定螺孔3-2牢固固定在轮道底座上;电瓶框架2内相应位置安装汽车电瓶。
本电瓶更替设施的功能是这样实现的,打开电瓶箱壳盖,电瓶运送车的推拉系统与电瓶框架推拉柄3-6可靠连接,拉动电瓶框架2,电瓶框架2底部的轮上到轮道底座1的轮轨道2-4上,可靠配合,让电瓶框架2顺轮道底座1惯性、手动或电动拉动,上到电瓶运输车的、前轮槽与后轮槽一样的轮道底座1上,完成汽车电瓶3的拆卸过程。电瓶运送车把卸下的电瓶框架送到充电台,用相逆的程序稳固在充电台轮道底座上,进行充电。另一台电瓶运送车采用相反的程序把备用的充好电的电瓶装到汽车上,完成汽车电瓶更替程序。这样在几分钟内就可以完成整个电瓶更替过程,让客户汽车满意上路。
本方案实施后,各种新能源汽车车辆都可以在充电站内及时满意的更替好电瓶,迅速安全上路,保证新能源汽车交通畅通无阻。

Claims (1)

1.一种悬轮式新能源汽车电瓶更替设施,由轮道底座、电瓶框架、汽车电瓶组成,其特征在于:轮道底座通过底座固定螺孔牢固安装在汽车电瓶位置处,电瓶框架通过定位座和固定电瓶框架用螺丝孔牢固固定在轮道底座上,电瓶框架轮悬空在轮槽中;新能源汽车电瓶安装在电瓶框架内,固定到牢固安装在汽车电瓶位置处的轮道底座上,安装在汽车电瓶箱壳内;
轮道底座由定位座、固定电瓶框架用螺丝孔、底座固定螺孔、轮轨道、轮槽构成;所述定位座的下部为Φ12mm,高为电瓶框架底板厚度加0.2~0.5mm,上部为Φ20mm,高8mm;所述固定电瓶框架用螺丝孔为M12;所述底座固定螺孔为Φ12,使用沉头螺丝;轮道底座通过底座固定螺孔固定到汽车电瓶相应位置处,牢固固定住;所述轮轨道,深1mm,宽为轮宽加2~4mm;所述轮槽为电瓶框架轮悬空放置处;
电瓶框架由定位槽、电瓶框架固定螺孔、轮套件、电瓶固定用螺丝孔、电瓶框架轨、推拉柄和安全罩构成;所述定位槽为梯形孔连一个圆孔,与定位座配套使用;所述电瓶框架固定螺孔为Φ12mm,与固定电瓶框架用螺丝孔配套使用;所述轮套件,其前轮比后轮低1mm;所述电瓶固定用螺丝孔为M8;所述电瓶框架轨与轮道底座配套使用;电瓶框架通过定位槽和电瓶框架固定螺孔牢固固定在轮道底座上;电瓶框架内相应位置安装汽车电瓶;
电瓶更替设施的功能是这样实现的,打开电瓶箱壳盖,电瓶运送车的推拉系统与电瓶框架推拉柄可靠连接,拉动电瓶框架,电瓶框架底部的轮上到轮道底座的轮轨道上,可靠配合,让电瓶框架顺轮道底座惯性、手动或电动拉动,上到电瓶运送车的前轮槽与后轮槽一样的轮道底座上,完成汽车电瓶的拆卸过程;电瓶运送车把卸下的电瓶框架送到充电台,用相逆的程序稳固在充电台轮道底座上,进行充电;另一台电瓶运送车采用相反的程序把备用的充好电的电瓶装到汽车上,完成汽车电瓶更替程序;这样,在几分钟内就可以完成整个电瓶更替过程,让客户汽车满意上路。
