Abstract

本发明公开了一种凝胶画,包括画框,画框内设有底板,所述底板正面设置有经过远红外处理的凝胶层,所述凝胶层的正面设置有透气膜,由于凝胶容易变形,透气膜还起到保护及定型作用。本发明利用凝胶具有高吸附能力的特性,透过透气膜吸附空气中的水汽分子,降低环境湿度,还能够吸附气体分子,特别像居室内比较容易产生的甲醛气体,从而使人们的居住环境更加舒适安全,凝胶不仅能够净化空气,还能够除味、散发芳香,同时,将凝胶置于画框中,不仅可以更好的融入居室之中,而且使家居环境更优美,做到了观赏性与实用性的结合。经过远红外处理的凝胶在使用时会缓缓释放出远红外线,不仅可以促进人体健康,还可以对周围环境进行干燥、抑菌。

一种凝胶画
技术领域
本发明涉及一种凝胶画,具体的说,是在画框内增加一层凝胶层,将画的观赏性与凝胶的实用性相结合的技术。
背景技术
凝胶是一种在人类社会中无处不在的物质,与人类生活息息相关,日常食用的例如软糖、果冻、豆腐花、凉粉,以及一些日用品例如啫喱水、化妆品、儿童退热贴、儿童纸尿裤、芳香剂等,另外,植物中也到处存在着凝胶物质,例如西瓜、芦苇、仙人掌等植物,其内部都是含有大量水分的凝胶。
虽然凝胶产品已经十分广泛,但是目前市面上的凝胶产品用途及使用方式都十分单一,为了迎合现今消费者对产品创新及多用途的发展要求,需要设计者开发出结合观赏性及实用性于一体的凝胶产品。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明提供一种凝胶画,其在画框内加入一层经过远红外处理的凝胶,使产品既具有观赏性,又具有凝胶的优点,对人体及周围环境都能够产生积极效果。
本发明为解决其问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种凝胶画,包括画框,画框背面设有底板,所述底板正面设置有经过远红外处理的凝胶层,凝胶层内可放置交联葡聚糖凝胶,或者是琼脂糖凝胶,或者是聚丙烯酰胺凝胶,亦或者是聚苯乙烯凝胶等。所述凝胶层的正面设置有透气膜,透气膜可以保持凝胶干净,另外,由于凝胶容易变形,透气膜还起到一定的保护及定型作用。凝胶具有高吸附能力,如果选用亲水性高分子凝胶,其透过透气膜,能够吸附空气中的水汽分子,还能够吸走一部分气体分子。
优选的是,所述画框内设置有印制有图案的画板,所述画板可为透明或者非透明板,其设置在凝胶层的背面或者正面。根据厂家的不同设计或者是客户的不同需求,将画板设置为透明或者非透明,可以得到不同效果的产品。将凝胶层设置在画板的正面时,如果将透气膜设置成透明材料,产品制作完毕后,画板就具有立体层次感,纹理感的效果,使画板产生类似于油画的感觉。
当然,根据个人喜好,画板可以设置在透气膜的正面,透气膜采用不透明的材料制作,这样背后的凝胶层就看不到,产品就成为一幅普通的美术作品,但是产品还是具有凝胶的吸附效果。
优选的是,所述凝胶层为弹性凝胶层或者是脆性凝胶层。弹性凝胶具有以下特性,失去分散介质后,体积显著缩小,当重新吸收分散介质时,体积又重新膨胀;而弹性凝胶具有失去或重新吸收分散介质时,形状和体积都不改变的特性。根据弹性凝胶层的特性,在画框内设置弹性凝胶,可以使其在吸附了水汽之后体积变大,散发水汽后,体积变小,形成一幅动态画。
优选的是,所述底板背面设有支撑脚架。所述画框顶部设有挂孔。以方便客户选择将画框放置在桌上还是悬挂在墙上。
本发明的有益效果是:由于凝胶具有高吸附能力,其透过透气膜,能够吸附空气中的水汽分子,降低环境湿度,还能够吸附气体分子,特别像居室内比较容易产生的甲醛气体,从而使人们的居住环境更加舒适安全,凝胶不仅能够净化空气,还能够除味、散发芳香,同时,将凝胶置于画框中,不仅可以更好的融入居室之中,而且使家居环境更优美,做到了观赏性与实用性的结合。经过远红外处理的凝胶在使用时会缓缓释放出远红外线,不仅可以促进人体健康,还具有对周围环境进行干燥、抑菌的作用。

具体实施方式
如附图1、附图2、附图3所示的一种凝胶画,包括画框1,画框1背面设有底板2,所述底板2正面设置有经过远红外处理的凝胶层3,凝胶层3内可放置交联葡聚糖凝胶,或者是琼脂糖凝胶,或者是聚丙烯酰胺凝胶,亦或者是聚苯乙烯凝胶等。经过远红外处理的凝胶能够在使用时缓缓释放远红外线,远红外线作用在人体上,可以活化细胞组织,使血行良好,促进人体血液的微循环,增进新陈代谢,加强免疫力;对周围的环境还能够起到防臭、干燥、除湿、抑菌的作用。所述凝胶层3的正面设置有透气膜4,透气膜4可以保持凝胶干净,另外,由于凝胶容易变形,透气膜4还起到一定的保护及定型作用。
众所周知,凝胶具有高吸附能力,其透过透气膜4,能够吸附空气中的水汽分子,降低环境湿度,在凝胶中加入变色材料,使凝胶在吸入水分之后颜色会发生变化,而且还能够根据所吸收的量,呈现出不同的颜色,形成一种室内湿度指示器。
另外,凝胶还能够吸附气体分子,特别像居室内比较容易产生的甲醛气体,从而使人们的居住环境更加舒适安全,同时,将凝胶置于画框1中,不仅可以更好的融入居室之中,而且使家居环境更优美,做到了观赏性与实用性的结合。当凝胶使用一段时间后,需要废弃,可直接更换凝胶层。
上述为本发明最基本的结构,同时也最为特别,采用透明的透气膜4,然后使用不同颜色的凝胶构成凝胶层3,就可以成为一幅凝胶画,虽然简单,但是极具创意及美感。
作为改进,可以在画框1内设置印制有图案的画板5,所述画板5可为透明或者非透明板,其设置在凝胶层3的背面或者正面。根据厂家的不同设计或者是客户的不同需求,将画板5设置为透明或者非透明,可以得到不同效果的产品。将凝胶层3设置在画板的正面时,如果将透气膜4设置成透明材料,产品制作完毕后,画板5就具有立体层次感,纹理感的效果,使画板5产生类似于油画的感觉。

凝胶根据不同的材料可分为弹性凝胶或者是脆性凝胶。弹性凝胶具有以下特性,失去分散介质后,体积显著缩小,当重新吸收分散介质时,体积又重新膨胀;而弹性凝胶具有失去或重新吸收分散介质时,形状和体积都不改变的特性。根据弹性凝胶的特性,在画框1内设置弹性凝胶层,可以使凝胶在吸附了水汽之后体积变大,散发水汽后,体积变小,形成一幅动态画。
进一步的,可以在底板2背面设置支撑脚架6或者在画框1顶部设置挂孔7,以方便客户选择将画框1放置在桌上或者是悬挂在墙上。

1.一种凝胶画,包括画框(1),画框(1)背面设有底板(2),其特征在于,所述底板(2)正面设置有经过远红外处理的凝胶层(3),所述凝胶层(3)的正面设置有透气膜(4);所述底板(2)背面设有支撑脚架(6);所述画框(1)顶部设有挂孔(7)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种凝胶画,其特征在于,所述画框(1)内设置有印制有图案的画板(5),所述画板(5)可为透明或者非透明板,其设置在凝胶层(3)的背面或者正面。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种凝胶画,其特征在于,所述画板(5)设置在透气膜(4)的正面。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种凝胶画,其特征在于,所述凝胶层(3)为弹性凝胶层或者是脆性凝胶层。
