技术领域
本发明涉及电梯领域,尤其涉及一种电梯踏板。
背景技术
伴随着城镇化进程,2003年前后我国电梯行业进入高速发展期,以年均20%左右的速度增长。截止至2014年底,我国电梯总量已达360万台,在用电梯340多万台。
国家质检总局统计数据显示,我国电梯安全营运情况总体平稳,万台电梯事故率逐年下降。2012年电梯每万台事故率下降到0.15,万台死亡人数下降到0.11,与发达国家基本相当。
但是最近出现的“电梯吃人”事件令人胆寒,其除了乘客不规范操作外,很大部分原因来自于电梯踏板质量的问题,电梯踏板在受到持续不断的力的作用时,出现断裂,致使乘客掉进电梯内,因而提高电梯踏板的质量对于解决目前出现的电梯事故问题具有重大的意义。
目前在电梯踏板方面的专利并不多,如公告号为CN200985239U的实用新型专利公开了一种电梯轿门和层门踏板,它主要由铝或镁合金型材制成,铝或镁合金型材的至少一个型腔内横向插入有与型腔横截面形状相似或局部相似的钢结构型材;所述的钢结构型材复合于铝或镁合金型材的型腔内并用紧固件固定,其具有铝或镁合金型材易成形,外形美观,可塑性好的同时,皆有钢结构的刚度和强度,提高了传统电梯轿门层门踏板在工作区域的刚度、强度、安全性,延长了该部件使用寿命,但是一但踏板断裂,其还是无法起到短时间的保护作用。
又如公告号为CN203345904U的实用新型专利公开了一种自动扶梯的防滑踏板,踏板为整体铸造的钢板,踏板上有多排防滑结构,防滑结构包括第一防滑部件和第二防滑部件,第一防滑部件或第二防滑部件包括多个均匀排列的凸起,第一防滑部件上的凸起和第二防滑部件上的凸起交错排列,本方案有效的解决了购物车在自动扶梯上的下滑问题,但是其并非介绍踏板强度方面的相关技术或踏板断裂后的措施。
又如公告号为CN204057631U的实用新型专利公开了一种半铝结构的自动扶梯踏板,其包括:铝型材、拼接花纹、及加强板,其中所述拼接花纹设置在铝型材的右侧且拼接花纹与铝型材成型为一体,所述加强板安装在铝型材的左侧,所述铝型材具有若干竖直设置的安装部和若干水平设置的连接部,所述安装部安装在加强板上,所述连接部与拼接花纹连接在一起,相邻两个安装部间隔设置,且相邻两个安装部在竖直方向上的投影重合,相邻两个水平部间隔设置且相互平行,但其并非公开踏板断裂后的相关措施。
发明内容
为克服现有技术中存在的踏板强度不高、易断裂、表面易滑等问题,本发明提供了一种电梯踏板,从上到下依次包括面板、加强筋和背板,所述加强筋包括上下设置的第一加强筋和第二加强筋,所述第一加强筋和所述第二加强筋之间还设有蜂窝夹层结构。在两加强筋中间设蜂窝夹层结构,可提高踏板竖直方向的断裂强力。
进一步,所述蜂窝夹层结构包括蜂窝芯和将所述蜂窝芯夹在中间的玻璃纤维层,所述玻璃纤维层两侧通过胶水分别与所述蜂窝芯和所述加强筋连接。在蜂窝芯两侧设玻璃纤维层,在实际应用过程中,即使踏板表面出现局部断裂,但是由于玻璃纤维层之间的拉力作用和玻璃纤维中间蜂窝芯的支撑作用,踏板可以继续承受足够大的力的作用,给更换踏板提供了一个缓冲期,从而使人在上面经过时,即使踏板表面出现局部断裂,人也不会掉下去,提高了电梯的安全性能。
进一步,所述蜂窝芯横截面为正六边形,并与玻璃纤维层平行,所述正六边形的边长从上到下呈线性增加或减少。这样可以将蜂窝芯力的作用力向两边分散,减小了踏板的局部受力。
进一步,所述蜂窝芯最上边正六边形的边长为最下边正方形边长的两倍。最下边正方形边长为最下边正方形边长两倍时,蜂窝芯上边向下边的力传导效果最好。
进一步,所述玻璃纤维层为玻璃纤维针刺无纺布经后浸渍处理、固化后得到,玻璃纤维层中玻璃纤维重量百分比为30~40%,胶水的重量百分比为60~70%。
进一步,所述胶水各组份的重量百分比为:100-130份的不饱和树脂、30-50份的环氧树脂、1-1.5份的固化剂、2-3份催化剂、5-10份轻钙。
进一步,所述胶水各组份的重量百分比为:120份的不饱和树脂、40份的环氧树脂、1.2份的固化剂、2.5份催化剂、7份轻钙。
进一步,所述胶水各组份的重量百分比为:100份的不饱和树脂、50份的环氧树脂、1.5份的固化剂、2份催化剂、8份轻钙。
通过不饱和树脂和环氧树脂的合理搭配,再加入适量的固化剂,提高了胶水与玻璃纤维表面的结合性能,有效提高了玻璃纤维层的断裂强力和爆破力。
进一步,所述加强筋为钢材,其各成份的重量百分比为:0.05-0.1%的碳、0.03-0.07%的锰、0.05-0.15%的硅、0.05-0.15%的钛、0.002-0.007%的铝、0.002-0.004%的硼,余量为铁。
在钢材熔融后加入铝钛合金晶粒细化剂,可以有效地降低钢材的颗粒直径,去除钢材内的杂质,从而提高钢材表面的光洁度和整体的力学强度。
进一步,所述加强筋的形状为几字型,所述第一加强筋的中间部分与所述面板焊接连接,两端与所述玻璃纤维层通过粘结剂连接;所述第二加强筋的中间部分与所述玻璃纤维层通过粘结剂连接,两端与所述背板焊接连接。加强筋采用几字型结构,可以将踏板面板上的力在向下传递的过程中向两边分散,与蜂窝芯配合,使踏板内部整体的受力更加均匀。
进一步,所述玻璃纤维层与所述粘结剂粘结处有一层粘结剂浸入层,粘结剂剂浸入层中部分粘结剂渗入到玻璃纤维层内,粘结剂浸入层的厚度为2-5mm。粘结剂浸入玻璃纤维层中与玻璃纤维层成一体结构这样可有效提高玻璃纤维表面的附着效果。

进一步,所述面板表面均匀分布有多个圆形凸点和矩形凸点。通过设计两种不同的凸点,使面板表面的摩擦力更加均匀,特别是用圆形凸点与矩形凸点配合,可以防滑的前提下尽量减少对鞋子的损伤。

(2)在蜂窝芯两侧设玻璃纤维层,在实际应用过程中,即使踏板表面出现局部断裂,但是由于玻璃纤维层之间的拉力作用和玻璃纤维中间蜂窝芯的支撑作用,踏板可以继续承受足够大的力的作用,给更换踏板提供了一个缓冲期,从而使人在上面经过时,即使踏板表面出现局部断裂,人也不会掉下去,提高了电梯的安全性能;
(3)蜂窝芯横截面为正六边形,正六边形的边长从上到下呈线性增加或减少,这样可以将蜂窝芯力的作用力向两边分散,减小了踏板的局部受力;
(4)通过不饱和树脂和环氧树脂的合理搭配,再加入适量的固化剂,提高了胶水与玻璃纤维表面的结合性能,有效提高了玻璃纤维层的断裂强力和爆破力;
(5)在钢材熔融后加入铝钛合金晶粒细化剂,可以有效地降低钢材的颗粒直径,去除钢材内的杂质,从而提高钢材表面的光洁度和整体的力学强度;
(6)加强筋采用几字型结构,可以将踏板面板上的力在向下传递的过程中向两边分散,与蜂窝芯配合,使踏板内部整体的受力更加均匀;
(7)粘结剂浸入玻璃纤维层中与玻璃纤维层成一体结构这样可有效提高玻璃纤维表面的附着效果;
(8)通过设计两种不同的凸点,使面板表面的摩擦力更加均匀,特别是用圆形凸点与矩形凸点配合,可以防滑的前提下尽量减少对鞋子的损伤。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图和实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
如图1所示为本发明较佳之结构图一,从上到下依次包括面板1、加强筋2和背板3,其特征在于,所述加强筋2包括上下设置的第一加强筋21和第二加强筋22,所述第一加强筋21和所述第二加强筋22之间还设有蜂窝夹层结构4,所述蜂窝夹层结构4包括蜂窝芯41和将所述蜂窝芯41夹在中间的玻璃纤维层42,所述玻璃纤维层42两侧通过胶水分别与所述蜂窝芯41和所述加强筋2连接。
如图3所示为本发明较佳之蜂窝芯结构图,所述蜂窝芯41横截面为正六边形,并与玻璃纤维层42平行,所述正六边形的边长从上到下呈线性增加或减少。
优选的实施方式中,所述蜂窝芯41最上边正六边形的边长为最下边正方形边长的两倍。
玻璃纤维层42为玻璃纤维针刺无纺布经后浸渍处理、固化后得到,玻璃纤维层42中玻璃纤维重量百分比为30~40%,胶水的重量百分比为60~70%。
胶水各组份的重量百分比为:100-130份的不饱和树脂、30-50份的环氧树脂、1-1.5份的固化剂、2-3份催化剂、5-10份轻钙。
加强筋2为钢材,其各成份的重量百分比为:0.05-0.1%的碳、0.03-0.07%的锰、0.05-0.15%的硅、0.05-0.15%的钛、0.002-0.007%的铝、0.002-0.004%的硼,余量为铁。
如图2所示为本发明较佳之结构图二,加强筋2的形状为几字型,所述第一加强筋21的中间部分与所述面板焊接连接,两端与所述玻璃纤维层42通过粘结剂5连接;所述第二加强筋22的中间部分与所述玻璃纤维层42通过粘结剂5连接,两端与所述背板3焊接连接。
如图4所示为本发明较佳之局部结构图,玻璃纤维层42与所述粘结剂5粘结处有一层粘结剂浸入层51,粘结剂剂浸入层51中部分粘结剂渗入到玻璃纤维层42内,粘结剂浸入层51的厚度为2-5mm。
如图5所示为本发明较佳之面板花纹图,面板1与所述背板3为铝合金材料;面板1表面均匀分布有多个圆形凸点11和矩形凸点12;所述圆形凸点11和所述矩形凸点12按行交差分布,相邻两个凸点的距离相等;如图6所示,所述圆形凸点11为半球形凸起,所述矩形凸点12从与所述面板1接触面到远离所述面板1的方向,矩形边长逐渐减小。

Claims (9)
1.一种电梯踏板,从上到下依次包括面板(1)、加强筋(2)和背板(3),其特征在于,所述加强筋(2)包括上下设置的第一加强筋(21)和第二加强筋(22),所述第一加强筋(21)和所述第二加强筋(22)之间还设有蜂窝夹层结构(4);
所述蜂窝夹层结构(4)包括蜂窝芯(41)和将所述蜂窝芯(41)夹在中间的玻璃纤维层(42),所述玻璃纤维层(42)两侧通过胶水分别与所述蜂窝芯(41)和所述加强筋(2)连接。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种电梯踏板,其特征在于,所述蜂窝芯(41)横截面为正六边形,并与玻璃纤维层(42)平行,所述正六边形的边长从上到下呈线性增加或减少。
3.如权利要求2所述的一种电梯踏板,其特征在于,所述蜂窝芯(41)最上边正六边形的边长为最下边正方形边长的两倍。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种电梯踏板,其特征在于,所述玻璃纤维层(42)为玻璃纤维针刺无纺布经后浸渍处理、固化后得到,玻璃纤维层(42)中玻璃纤维重量百分比为30~40%,胶水的重量百分比为60~70%。
5.如权利要求4所述的一种电梯踏板,其特征在于,所述胶水各组份的重量百分比为:100-130份的不饱和树脂、30-50份的环氧树脂、1-1.5份的固化剂、2-3份催化剂、5-10份轻钙。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种电梯踏板,其特征在于,所述加强筋(2)为钢材,其各成份的重量百分比为:0.05-0.1%的碳、0.03-0.07%的锰、0.05-0.15%的硅、0.05-0.15%的钛、0.002-0.007%的铝、0.002-0.004%的硼,余量为铁。
7.如权利要求6所述的一种电梯踏板,其特征在于,所述加强筋(2)的形状为几字型,所述第一加强筋(21)的中间部分与所述面板焊接连接,两端与所述玻璃纤维层(42)通过粘结剂(5)连接;所述第二加强筋(22)的中间部分与所述玻璃纤维层(42)通过粘结剂(5)连接,两端与所述背板(3)焊接连接。
8.如权利要求7所述的一种电梯踏板,其特征在于,所述玻璃纤维层(42)与所述粘结剂(5)粘结处有一层粘结剂浸入层(51),粘结剂剂浸入层(51)中部分粘结剂渗入到玻璃纤维层(42)内,粘结剂浸入层(51)的厚度为2-5mm。
9.如权利要求8所述的一种电梯踏板,其特征在于,所述面板(1)与所述背板(3)为铝合金材料。
