汽车催化转化器是一种发动机机外净化装置,它能净化汽车发动机排出的一氧化碳(CO)、碳氢化合物(HC)、碳氢化合物(HC)和氮氧化物(NO)。仅能净化CO和HC的催化转化器为氧化型催化转化器;能净化CO、HC和NO对环境污染的催化转化器为三效催化转化器。催化转化器的最外部为不锈钢壳体,其内部为催化剂载体;由于以中心为原点向四周扩散,中心部气体流量最快,催化剂利用率较高,四周由于动力在尾气排放时气体流量越小同时催化剂利用率就越少,不能达到催化剂的合理利用,成本高,同时造成了资源的浪费。

所述多孔复合球包括芯球,所述芯球为钛合金,芯球外涂覆镍基合金层,镍基合金层外为多孔复合层,
钛合金其各元素成分组成为:Mn6-7﹪,V3-4﹪,Zr2-3﹪,Al0.7-0.8﹪,In0.5-0.6﹪,Ca0.3-0.4﹪,N0.1-0.2﹪,Mg0.08-0.09﹪,Sb0.06-0.07﹪,C0.04-0.05﹪,Ce0.01-0.02﹪,Cr0.01-0.02﹪,余量为Ti,
镍基合金其各元素成分组成为:Mn0.7-0.8﹪,V0.3-0.4﹪,Zr0.2-0.3﹪,In0.5-0.6﹪,Ag0.1-0.2﹪,Bi0.1-0.2﹪,Mg0.08-0.09﹪,Ce0.04-0.05﹪,Cr0.03-0.04﹪,Ba0.02-0.03﹪,Nd0.01-0.02﹪,余量为Ni,

5.如权利要求1所述的一种汽车尾气净化催化剂载体,镍基合金其各元素成分组成为:Mn0.7﹪,V0.3﹪,Zr0.2﹪,In0.5﹪,Ag0.1﹪,Bi0.1﹪,Mg0.08﹪,Ce0.04﹪,Cr0.03﹪,Ba0.02﹪,Nd0.01﹪,余量为Ni。
