本发明涉及一种传统草药的未确定结构的医药配制品，尤其是一种治疗经行吐衄的中药组合物。
背景技术
经行吐衄是指每逢月经来潮前1—2日，或正值经期，亦有少数在经将净时，出现周期性的吐血或衄血的一种症状，常伴经量减少，甚则无月经，犹如月经倒行逆上，亦有“倒经”、“逆经”之称。本病之因，由血热而冲气上逆，迫血妄行所致，出于口者为吐，出于鼻者为衄，临床以鼻衄为多，目前，西医治疗经行吐衄主要采用激素类药，虽有一定的疗效，但存在治标不治本，副作用大及易复发的不足。
祖国医学认为经行吐衄主要是由肝火上逆，肺胃燥热，迫血妄行所致。
根据中医理论，针对经行吐衄的发病机理，采用清肝泻火、滋肾润肺、清热润燥、降逆止血、活血调经的治法，进行辩证配伍组方，以达到标本兼治的目的。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术中治疗经行吐衄存在治标不治本，副作用大及易复发的不足，本发明提供一种配制简便、成本低、疗效显著、无副作用的治疗经行吐衄的中药组合物。

本发明实施例中的中药组合物除阿胶（烊冲）以外的其他组分均按常规的水煎法制取药剂。。具体方法如下：将组方的中药原料放入容器中，加冷水漫过药面，浸泡15～20分钟，再加水没过药面约6厘米，进行第一次煎煮，未沸前采用武火煎煮，沸后用文火煎煮20～30分钟；第二次煎煮，加水没过药面约4厘米，水沸后煎煮15～20分钟。两次煎煮取汁，合并。
本发明以实施例1所给出的一种治疗经行吐衄的中药组合物，做临床疗效总结如下：
一、一般性资料：本中药组合物应用于临床观察病例100例，年龄18～45岁。
二、诊断依据：
1、吐血、衄血连续2次以上随月经周期呈规律性发作；
2、月经量相应减少，甚或闭而不行；
3、应注意与鼻咽器质性病变所出现的经行吐衄相鉴别。
三、用法用量：临床应用时，一日一剂，水煎两遍取汁约400ml，分早、晚两次空腹温服。六天为一疗程。治疗期间忌生冷辛辣刺激之物。
四、疗效标准：
1、治愈：经行吐衄消失，无周期性发作；
2、有效：经行吐衄量减少。或吐衄消失，未能保持3个月经周期又复发；
3、无效：经行吐衄无变化。
五、治疗效果：该临床观察病例中，服药2-5个疗程，痊愈73例，随访未见复发；有效21例，无效6例。治疗期间未发生毒副作用。
六、典型病例：
病例1：
胡某，27岁。连续数经行吐衄，月经量少，色黯红，并伴有头晕耳鸣、手足心热症状。服用本发明中药组合物制备的药剂2个疗程，症状明显缓解；继续服用2个疗程巩固治疗，经行吐衄消失，无周期性发作。

丛某，36岁。连续3个月出现经前吐血，月经提前，量较多，并伴有两胁胀痛、尿黄便结、舌红苔黄、脉弦数等症状。服用本发明中药组合物制备的药剂2个疗程，症状明显缓解；继续服用2个疗程，各种症状消失；后又继续服用1个疗程进行巩固，次月月经恢复正常，经前无吐血症状，痊愈。随访半年无复发。

1.一种治疗经行吐衄的中药组合物，其特征在于：其中药原料及重量份配比为：旱莲草10-30份、杜鹃花5-25份、槐花5-25份、海螵蛸5-25份、蒲黄5-20份、赭石10-30份、胡黄连5-25份、珍珠风5-25份、穿心莲5-25份、石龙刍5-20份、百合5-25份、地骨皮5-25份、黄精5-20份、木耳5-25份、花蕊石5-20份、小蓟5-25份、月季花5-25份、阿胶5-20份、白茅根5-25份、茺蔚子5-20份、瓜蒌皮5-25份、甘草5-15份。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种治疗经行吐衄的中药组合物，其特征在于：其中药原料及重量份配比为：旱莲草20份、杜鹃花15份、槐花15份、海螵蛸15份、蒲黄10份、赭石20份、胡黄连15份、珍珠风15份、穿心莲15份、石龙刍10份、百合15份、地骨皮15份、黄精10份、木耳15份、花蕊石10份、小蓟15份、月季花15份、阿胶10份、白茅根15份、茺蔚子10份、瓜蒌皮15份、甘草10份。
