乌梅炭12~18份、黄连12~18份、煨葛根20~40份、补骨脂15~25份、马齿苋20~40份、藿香12~18份、金樱子18~22份、五倍子12~18份。

本发明治疗慢性溃疡性结肠炎的中药，由下述重量的原料药组成：乌梅炭15份、黄连15份、煨葛根30份、补骨脂20份、马齿苋30份、藿香15份、金樱子20份、五倍子15份。本发明的药物可以制作为汤剂、散剂、丸剂、膏剂、糖浆剂、片剂、冲服剂、颗粒剂或胶囊剂中的任一种，以适应于各种患者使用。本实施例为汤剂，该汤剂的煎法为：按每1g药加水10ml，计算出总的需水量。第一煎加入总水量的70%，浸泡30分钟，煮沸后文火煎煮20分钟，滤出药汁350ml；第二煎加入剩余的30%，煮沸后文火再煎15分钟，滤出药汁250ml。两次滤出药汁掺和均匀即可。
服用方法：将上述煎好混匀的中药煎剂，分早晚各一次温服。一日一剂，十天为一疗程，服用6个疗程。服药期间忌食油腻、生冷及辛辣食物，调畅情志，注意防寒保暖。本实施例适合治疗中度溃疡性结肠炎的患者。
实施例2：
本发明治疗慢性溃疡性结肠炎的中药，由下述重量的原料药组成：乌梅炭12份、黄连12份、煨葛根20份、补骨脂15份、马齿苋20份、藿香12份、金樱子18份、五倍子12份。将上述原料药按常规方法制成蜜丸，还可以制成水丸、糊丸或浓缩丸等其他形式的丸剂。本实施例的治疗周期：一个月为一疗程，一般需要1-5个疗程。本实施例适合治疗轻度溃疡性结肠炎的患者。
实施例3：
本发明治疗慢性溃疡性结肠炎的中药，由下述重量的原料药组成：乌梅炭18份、黄连18份、煨葛根40份、补骨脂25份、马齿苋40份、藿香18份、金樱子22份、五倍子18份。将上述重量配比的原料药按常规工艺制成膏剂，如可以是流浸膏、浸膏或煎膏剂。本实施例的治疗周期：一个月为一疗程，一般需要3-7个疗程。本实施例适合治疗重度溃疡性结肠炎的患者。
临床典型病例：
临床病例1：黄某，女，33岁，公司职员，自诉左下腹隐痛、胀痛、腹泻4年余，与食用海鲜及辛辣食物关系密切。大便多有黏液，偶有血便，日行4-5次，晨起多为2次，经结肠镜等检查确诊为慢性溃疡性结肠炎，采用西医常规药物治疗有效，但易复发。舌淡胖苔薄白，脉细弱。服用实施例1的配方及其制备方法得到的汤剂进行治疗，每日口服2次，治疗3个疗程，症状明显减轻，继续服用6个疗程，临床痊愈，半年后随访无复发。
临床病例2：章某，男，67岁，腹痛、腹泻反复发作6年。6年前因食海鲜后出现腹痛腹泻、黏液血便等症，经用西药治疗后症状缓解，后每因饮食寒凉即可再次发作。6年来每年发作1-2次，近半年来发作频繁，腹痛腹泻加重，大便质稀，日行3-4次，伴少量黏液，偶有血便，易疲劳腰痛，舌淡苔白，脉沉细。服用实施例2的配方及其制备方法得到的丸剂进行治疗，每日服用三次，每次6克，治疗3个疗程，症状明显减轻，继续服用6个疗程，临床痊愈，半年后随访无复发。
临床病例3：贾某，男，46岁，腹痛、腹泻反复发作10余年。发作期间大便次数可达4-8次/日，尤以晨起为甚，泻后痛减，质稀，伴少量黏液血便，神疲乏力，四肢不温，舌淡胖苔白，脉弦细。给予实施例3的配方及其制备方法得到的煎膏剂进行治疗，每日服用三次，每次12克，服用3个疗程后，诸症明显减轻，续用6个疗程后，临床痊愈，半年后随访无复发。
Claims (7)
1.一种治疗慢性溃疡性结肠炎的中药组合物，其特征在于它是由下述重量份的原料药制成：
乌梅炭12~18份、黄连12~18份、煨葛根20~40份、补骨脂15~25份、马齿苋20~40份、藿香12~18份、金樱子18~22份、五倍子12~18份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的中药组合物，其特征在于，各原料药的重量份配比为：
乌梅炭15份、黄连15份、煨葛根30份、补骨脂20份、马齿苋30份、藿香15份、金樱子20份、五倍子15份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的中药组合物，其特征在于，各原料药的重量份配比为：乌梅炭12份、黄连12份、煨葛根20份、补骨脂15份、马齿苋20份、藿香12份、金樱子18份、五倍子12份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的中药组合物，其特征在于，各原料药的重量份配比为：乌梅炭18份、黄连18份、煨葛根40份、补骨脂25份、马齿苋40份、藿香18份、金樱子22份、五倍子18份。
5.根据权利要求1所述一种治疗慢性溃疡性结肠炎的药物，其特征是：所述药物可以制作为汤剂、散剂、丸剂、膏剂、糖浆剂、片剂、冲服剂、颗粒剂或胶囊剂。
6.根据权利要求5所述一种治疗慢性溃疡性结肠炎的药物，其特征是：所述丸剂可以是蜜丸、水丸、糊丸或浓缩丸。
7.根据权利要求5所述一种治疗慢性溃疡性结肠炎的药物，其特征是：，所述膏剂可以是流浸膏、浸膏或煎膏剂。
