In view of the above technical problems, a cage device which is convenient for the chickens to come out of the cage and to prepare before slaughtering, has a simple structure, is convenient to use, has a good chicken-out effect, can kill viruses for the bodies of the chickens and the vacant cages synchronously when the chickens come out, reduces the probability of pathogenic bacteria pollution, and is prepared in advance before slaughtering needs to be provided.

When the disinfectant is prepared, schizonepeta, scutellaria baicalensis, dendrobium, mint, sargentgloryvine stem, stemona root, hawthorn, blackberry lily, borneol, garlic, fistular onion stalk, clove, ash bark, mangnolia officinalis, ephedra, dragon's blood and chrysanthemum are respectively ground into fine powder and mixed to obtain a mixture, the mixture is added into 6-8 times of water for decoction for 2-4 hours each time, the decoction is carried out for 3 times, the filtration is carried out after each decoction, the filtrate is mixed and subjected to reduced pressure concentration to obtain an extract, the extract is added into an ethanol solution with the alcohol concentration of 90-95 percent relative to 2-3 times of the mass of the mixture, the mixture is stirred and completely dissolved, then the mixture is kept stand for over night at the temperature of 4 ℃, then the filtration is carried out, the filtrate is subjected to reduced pressure concentration to remove the ethanol, the obtained powder is crushed, 3g of sweetening agent and 3g of hydroxymethyl cellulose are added to correct the taste, and about 200 g of powder is obtained, ultraviolet disinfection for 5 seconds; and uniformly mixing the ultraviolet-sterilized product with 15g of mercuric oxide and 15g of sodium hypochlorite to obtain the product.

The content of organic chlorine in the sodium hypochlorite used in the invention is 5-8%.

step B, in the process of moving the hydraulic rod output plate, the tying ring pulls the rear side of the bottom plate to move upwards along the sliding groove, the bottom plate tilts, the chickens in the cage enter the egg conveying belt due to the inclination angle of the bottom plate (the angle is 30-60 degrees, preferably 45 degrees), the chickens are gathered to one side along the egg outlet channel along the movement of the egg conveying belt to grab the chickens, the height is limited by the limiting plate in the whole process, the cage is assisted to be beaten manually to drive, and the chicken outlet work is completed rapidly,
and step C, in the process of discharging the chickens, starting a pressure pump of the liquid inlet pipe, mixing the disinfectant in the medicine pot into water flow by the water flow, spraying water mist along a spray head to be diffused above the egg conveying belt of the chicken outlet channel, and spraying the water mist along the through holes to be diffused into the cages on two sides of the liquid inlet pipe.
And D, connecting an ultraviolet lamp on the movable frame with a power supply module, connecting the power supply module with an external power supply, controlling the ultraviolet lamp to irradiate, spraying the medicine, irradiating for 1-5 minutes, and performing ultraviolet disinfection on the interior of the cage.
And E, in the process of discharging the chickens, starting the air pipes, assisting the manual beating of the cage, driving the chickens to the bottom plate inclined downwards through the wind power of the air discharged from the air pipes, scattering the feathers of the chickens in the blowing process, facilitating the spray of the spray heads to enter the fluff parts, and improving the disinfection effect.
F, after the chickens enter the corona device, the chickens block the infrared detection head, the oil cylinder drives the telescopic rod to stretch inwards to enable the two holding plates to be folded so as to clamp the chickens, the corona heads are electrified after clamping, the two corona heads are respectively contacted with the back and the chest of the chickens, the chickens are instantaneously corona, the rubber pipe is bent due to different body types of the chickens, the bent rubber pipe is reset by the acting force of the spring after the chickens fall down, and the driving of the oil cylinder and the starting of the corona heads are controlled by the electromagnetic valve;
and G, collecting the chickens subjected to corona by a collecting conveyor belt, and intercepting rays emitted by an infrared probe when the chickens pass through a counter so as to be counted by a processor.
So, go out the chicken and carry out the health disinfection to the chicken birds when going out the chicken, disinfect to the cage utensil, do benefit to the cage operation of selecting of next batch new chicken, carry out the pretreatment before slaughtering to the chicken birds that go out the cage simultaneously, directly send to slaughter the workshop and kill the chicken flow operation.
The invention has the advantages that: simple structure, convenient to use, it is effectual to go out the chicken, and the cage utensil that is for the chicken birds health and vacates when going out the chicken kills virus in step, reduces the pathogenic bacteria pollution probability, specifically is:
the invention adopts the traditional Chinese medicine powder mixed with sodium hypochlorite and sodium chloride to improve the disinfection effect. The traditional Chinese medicine powder takes herba schizonepetae, scutellaria baicalensis and dendrobe as monarch drugs, mint, sargentgloryvine stem, radix stemonae, hawthorn, blackberry lily and borneol as ministerial drugs, garlic, fistular onion stalk, clove, Qinju, magnolia officinalis, ephedra and dragon's blood as adjuvant drugs, and chrysanthemum as conductant drugs.
On the basis of the prior art (the egg conveying belt in the prior art is positioned in front of the cage, the egg conveying belt is used for chicken discharging operation, the egg conveying belt can be widened), the front side plate of the cage is changed into a movable type, the movable frame is driven by the hydraulic rod to push out the limiting plate, the front side plate slides out of the cage and is positioned outside the egg conveying belt, the limiting plate, the front side plate and the egg conveying belt form a chicken discharging channel, meanwhile, the hydraulic rod enables the steel wire to pull the rear end of the bottom plate to rise along the sliding groove, the bottom plate is tilted, manual knocking of the cage is assisted to drive, the chickens enter the egg conveying belt, and are concentrated on one side of the egg conveying belt along with the movement of the egg conveying belt, so that the chickens are convenient to grab the chickens. Cage device for facilitating the bringing out and pre-preparation of chicken flocks before slaughtering in accordance with claim 3, characterized in that the active ingredients of the disinfection drugs are: herba Schizonepetae, Scutellariae radix, and herba Dendrobii each 80-90g, herba Menthae, caulis Sargentodoxae, radix Stemonae, fructus crataegi, rhizoma Belamcandae, and Borneolum 40-50g, Bulbus Allii Fistulosi, flos Caryophylli, fructus Rosae Davuricae, cortex Magnolia officinalis, herba Ephedrae, and sanguis Draxonis each 20-30g, flos Chrysanthemi 15-20g, SHENGYAO, and sodium hypochlorite each 15 g.
