An animal disease epidemic prevention device as shown in fig. 1-9, which comprises a henhouse 1, boss components 2, a decocting component 3, medicine tank components 4 and an edge tank component 5, wherein the boss components 2 are correspondingly arranged at the outlets at two sides of the henhouse 1, the boss components 2 are arranged at the lower part of the henhouse 1, the boss components 2 are correspondingly arranged with the outlets of the henhouse, the decocting component 3 is arranged at the upper part between the boss components 2, the medicine tank components 4 are arranged at one side of the boss components 2, the outlets of the decocting component 3 are correspondingly arranged with the medicine tank components 4, the edge tank components 5 are arranged at two sides of the medicine tank components 4, the edge tank components 5 are arranged at the lower part of the outer side of the medicine tank components 4 along the tank components 5, and the henhouse 1, the boss components 2, the decocting component 3, the medicine tank components 4 and the edge tank components 5 are all arranged at the upper part of the ground A; the chicken coop 1 is used as a rest laying place for free-range chickens, the free-range chickens go out from an outlet in the chicken coop 1 and enter the boss component 2, and enter the edge groove component 5 through the boss component 2, the free-range chickens peck along the groove component 5 and then the beaks and the paws of the free-range chickens are completely dipped by the medicine residues on the edge groove component 5, the traditional Chinese medicine is decocted into the traditional Chinese medicine liquid by the decocting component 3, the decocted traditional Chinese medicine liquid enters the medicine groove component 4, the chickens stand on the edge groove component 5 on two sides of the medicine groove component 4 to drink water (traditional Chinese medicine liquid), even if the chickens visit the medicine liquid for multiple times at the time, the liquid medicine cannot be polluted by the chickens 'paws or the beaks, and meanwhile the residual residues decocted by the decocting component 3 can be taken out and placed on the edge groove component 5 to be used as materials for dipping the chicken' paws.
The bottom of the henhouse 1 is fixed on the upper portion of the ground A through a support 10, one side of the henhouse 1 is provided with a first outlet 11, the other side of the henhouse 1 is provided with a second outlet 12, and the first outlet 11 and the second outlet 12 are arranged in parallel. The first outlet 11 and the second outlet 12 are used for allowing the chickens in the henhouse to enter and exit from the henhouse.
The boss assembly 2 comprises a first boss 21 and a second boss 22, the first boss 21 corresponds to the first outlet 11, the second boss 22 is parallel to the second outlet 12, and a boss gap 23 is formed between the first boss 21 and the second boss 22; the first boss 21 and the second boss 22 are consistent in structure. The free-range chickens coming out of the first outlet 11 can directly enter the first boss 21, the free-range chickens coming out of the second outlet 12 can directly enter the second boss 22, and then enter the trough-following assembly 5 along the first boss 21 and the second boss 22.
The first boss 21 comprises a convex block 211, an inclined surface 212 and a chute 213, the main body of the convex block 211 is of a three-dimensional rectangular structure, the inclined surface 212 is arranged on one side of the convex block 211, the inclined surface 212 is inclined, one end of the upper part of the inclined surface 212 is positioned on the convex block 211, one end of the lower part of the inclined surface 212 is positioned on one side of the lower part of the convex block 211, the included angle alpha between the inclined surface 212 and the horizontal line is 35-40 degrees, the preferred included angle alpha is 37 degrees, and the chute 213 is arranged on the inclined surface 212; the inclined surface 212 and the chute 213 serve as a passage for the free-range chicken to descend, and the medicine residues separated from the bottom of the decocting assembly 3 can be placed on the chute 213 and enter the chute assembly 5 along the chute 213.
The main body of the chute 213 is shaped like a U, the chute 213 extends from the upper part of the inclined plane 212 to the lower part of the inclined plane 212, and the lower part of the chute 213
Is in an open shape. The inclined arrangement of the chute 213 facilitates the sliding of drug residue therefrom onto the chute assembly 5.
The decocting component 3 comprises a decocting tank 31 and a medicine storage tank 32, the decocting tank 31 is positioned at the upper part of the boss gap 23, one side of the decocting tank 31 is connected with the medicine storage tank 32 through a pipeline, and the medicine storage tank 32 is correspondingly arranged at the upper part of the medicine groove component 4; the decocting tank 31 is used for decocting the medicine, and the medicine storage tank 32 is used for temporarily storing the medicine liquid and providing fresh medicine liquid to the medicine tank assembly 4 in due time.
The decoction pot 31 comprises a pot body 311, an expansion link 312, a piston 313, a filter screen 314, a bottom cover 315 and a heating groove 316, wherein the pot body 311 is hollow cylindrical, two ends of the pot body 311 are open, the piston 313 is arranged in the pot body 311, the piston 313 is connected with the expansion link 312, the filter screen 314 is fixed at the bottom of the pot body 311, the bottom cover 315 is detachably arranged at the bottom of the filter screen 314, and the heating groove 316 is arranged on the bottom cover 315. Form medicine material placing chamber 3141 between filter screen 314 and the heating tank 316, open bottom 315 and place the medicine material in the heating tank 316, then load on water, through heating the heating tank 316, make the medicine material cook in medicine material placing chamber 3141, make the medicine material boil out the liquid medicine, can start telescopic link 312 when the liquid medicine in the jar body 311 needs to be shifted, piston 313 extrudes the liquid medicine downwards and makes the liquid medicine enter into medicine storage tank 32, accomplish the system and the storage of liquid medicine, then open bottom 315 and take out the medicine material residue and place on chute 213, the medicine material residue enters into to on the edge groove subassembly 5 along chute 213.
The telescopic rod 312 is fixedly connected with the outer wall of the tank body 311 through a connecting rod 3121, and the connecting rod 3121 is in the shape of Contraband'.
Referring to fig. 3, the tank 311 includes a tank wall 3111, an upper opening 3112 and a lower opening 3113, the tank wall 3111 has a circular cross section, the upper opening 3112 is disposed on the tank wall 3111, and the lower opening 3113 is disposed on the lower portion of the tank wall 3111; the outer side of the tank body 311 is fixedly connected with the first boss 21 and the second boss 22 through the bracket 310.
Referring to fig. 4, the piston 313 is circular, a piston groove 3131 is formed in a side wall of an edge of the piston 313, the piston groove 3131 surrounds a circumference of the edge of the piston 313, a cross section of the piston groove 3131 is "<", a sealing rubber 3132 is fixedly disposed in the piston groove 3131, and the sealing rubber 3132 surrounds a circumference of the edge of the piston 313. The piston 313 is used to press the herbal medicine liquid downward, and the sealing rubber 3132 prevents the herbal medicine liquid from overflowing during the pressing of the piston.
The filter screen 314 is circular, the outer side wall of the filter screen 314 is fixed at the position close to the lower part of the inner wall of the tank 311, and the filter screen 314 is used for preventing the medicine at the bottom from entering the upper part.
A blocking edge 317 is fixed at the bottom of the filter screen 314, and the blocking edge 317 surrounds the inner wall of the tank body 311 for a circle; the ledge 317 serves to provide some sealing of the bottom cover 315.
Referring to fig. 5, the bottom cover 315 is circular, the outer wall of the bottom cover 315 is provided with an external thread 3151, the inner wall of the bottom of the can 311 is provided with an internal thread 3110, and the bottom cover 315 is fixed to the bottom of the can 311 by a threaded connection, i.e. the bottom cover 315 is sealed at the lower opening 3113. The bottom cover 315 is detachably disposed at the bottom of the tank 311, the bottom cover 315 can be fixed at the bottom of the tank wall 3111 during decoction of traditional Chinese medicine, and the bottom cover 315 and the bottom of the tank wall 3111 can be detached after decoction of traditional Chinese medicine, so as to take out traditional Chinese medicine residues.
Please refer to fig. 6, the tube 3150 is fixed at the middle position of the bottom cover 315, and a tube hole 31501 is formed through the tube 3150; the barrel 3150 is used to insert tubing or the like into the barrel bore 31501 to twist the bottom cap 315.
Referring to fig. 5, the heating groove 316 includes a heating cavity 3161, a heating wire 3162, a heating plate 3163 and a groove cavity 3164, the heating cavity 3161 is opened on the bottom cover 315, the heating cavity 3161 is in an upper opening shape, the upper section of the heating cavity 3161 is in a circular shape, the side section of the heating cavity 3161 is in a trapezoid shape, the bottom of the heating cavity 3161 is fixed with the heating wire 3162, the upper part of the heating cavity 3161 is fixed with the heating plate 3163, the heating plate 3163 is fixed on the upper part of the heating cavity 3161 in a matching and sealing manner, the heating plate 3163 is in a pot-shaped structure, the section of the heating plate 3163 is in a shape of ︶, the edge of the heating plate 3163 is fixedly connected with the upper edge of the heating cavity 3161, the upper part of the heating plate 3163 forms the groove cavity 3164, the groove cavity 3164 is used for placing medicine, the heating wire 3162 is used for generating heat, and the heat enters the heating plate 3163 for heating through the heating cavity 3161, thereby decocting the traditional Chinese medicine in the groove cavity 3164.
Referring to fig. 3 and 7, a liquid medicine outlet 3114 is disposed on the upper portion of the filter screen 314, the liquid medicine outlet 3114 is communicated with the medicine outlet 3115, preferably, a liquid medicine filter 31141 is fixed on the liquid medicine outlet 3114, and the liquid medicine filter 31141 is used for filtering medicine materials wrapped in the liquid medicine to prevent the medicine materials from entering the medicine storage tank 32.
The other end of the medicine outlet pipe 3115 is communicated with the upper part of the medicine storage tank 32, the medicine storage tank 32 is of a hollow cylindrical tank structure, and a first valve 31151 is arranged on the medicine outlet pipe 3115; liquid outlet pipe 3116 is arranged at the bottom of medicine storage tank 32, the outlet of medicine outlet pipe 3116 faces the upper part of medicine groove assembly 4, and second valve 31161 is arranged on medicine outlet pipe 3116. The medicine storage tank 32 is used for temporarily storing the decocted fresh medicine liquid, and the medicine liquid decocted in the tank body 311 is pressed into the medicine storage tank 32 under the action of the piston.
The medicine groove component 4 comprises a medicine groove 41 and a medicine outlet 42, the upper section of the medicine groove 41 is rectangular, a slope 411 is arranged in the medicine groove 41, the slope 411 is arranged obliquely downwards, and the bottom of the slope 411 is provided with the medicine outlet 42; a third valve 421 is arranged at the medicine outlet 42; the medicine groove 41 is positioned at one side of the boss gap 23; the medicine tank 41 is used for free-range chickens to take medicine liquid, meanwhile, the medicine tank 41 is convenient for receiving the medicine liquid in the medicine storage tank 32, and then the medicine tank 41 is convenient for timely discharging the medicine liquid from the medicine storage tank so as to be convenient for replacement.
The edge groove component 5 comprises an edge groove conveying part I51 and an edge groove conveying part II 52, the edge groove conveying part I51 and the edge groove conveying part II 52 are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the medicine groove 41, the edge groove conveying part I51 is positioned on one side of the lower part of the first boss 21, the edge groove conveying part I51 is coincided with the central axis of the first boss 21, the edge groove conveying part II 52 is positioned on one side of the lower part of the second boss 22, the edge groove conveying part II 52 is coincided with the central axis of the second boss 22, belt conveyors are selected along the edge groove conveying part I51 and the edge groove conveying part II 52, medicine taken out from the bottom of the medicine decocting pot 31 is transferred to the chute 213 and enters the edge groove component 5 through the chute 213.
The baffle 50 is a rectangular plate, the bottom of the baffle 50 is vertically fixed on the ground A, the baffle 50 is close to the first trough conveying part 51 and along the second trough conveying part 52, and the baffle 50 prevents the medicine from falling from the first trough conveying part 51 and along the second trough conveying part 52.
Please refer to fig. 8 and fig. 9, the side wall of the medicine slot 41 fixes the card slot 410, the card slot 410 includes a first card slot board 4101 and a second card slot board 4102, both the first card slot board 4101 and the second card slot board 4102 are rectangular plate structures, a slot 4103 is formed between the first card slot board 4101 and the second card slot board 4102, and the card slot 4104 is matched to pass through the slot 4103; the bottom of the insert plate 4104 is close to the upper parts of the belt of the first conveying part 51 and the belt of the second conveying part 52; the insert plate 4104 is used to sequentially stack the medicine residues in stages when the first conveying part 51 and the second conveying part 52 along the trough are started.
When in use, the rhizoma coptidis tuber, the dandelion tuber and the liquorice are mixed and then placed in the groove cavity 3164;
the bottom cover 315 is held to the right lower part of the tank body 311, the bottom cover 315 is fixed on a lower opening 3113 of the tank body 311 by rotating the bottom cover 315, water is injected into the tank body 311, the electric wire 31620 penetrates into the heating cavity 3161 (as shown in fig. 5), the electric wire 31620 enables the electric heating wire 3162 to heat the heated plate 3163, after the decoction of the liquid medicine in the tank body 311 is finished, the first valve 31151 is opened, the telescopic rod 312 is started, the piston 313 drives the piston 313 to move downwards, the liquid medicine enters the medicine storage tank 32 from the tank body 311 through the medicine outlet pipe 3115, and the second valve 31161 is opened, so that the liquid medicine enters the medicine groove 41;
rotating the bottom cover 315 to separate the bottom cover 315 from the lower opening 3113 of the tank body 311, moving the bottom cover 315 to the chute 213, placing the medicine on the bottom cover 315 on the chute 213, pushing the medicine to enter the first slot conveying part 51 and the second slot conveying part 52 along the chute 213, starting the first slot conveying part 51 and the second slot conveying part 52, inserting the inserting plate 4104 at the end part first, after the medicine is stacked at one side of the inserting plate 4104 and stacked to a certain height, then inserting the other inserting plates 4104 in sequence to enable medicine residues with the same height to be stacked at one side of the inserting plate, spreading wheat or corn on the medicine residues, and spreading sand at the same time;
opening outlets on two sides of the henhouse 1, and enabling the free-range chickens to go out of the outlet of the henhouse 1 and enter the trough-following assembly 5 along the first bosses 21 and the second bosses 22; the wheat or the corn induces the free-range chickens to peck, the stains on the beaks and the chicken claws of the free-range chickens are completely dipped by the medicine residues in the pecking process of the free-range chickens, and meanwhile, the sand can further remove the stains on the beaks and the chicken claws; the chicken can eat the Chinese medicinal liquid in the medicinal tank 41 when being thirsty.
