8. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein the heater comprises a resistance heating wire.
9. The device of claim 1, wherein the cover has a handle and an air outlet.
10. The device of claim 1, further comprising a control unit and a display screen, wherein the display screen is disposed outside the housing, and the heater, the weight sensor and the display screen are electrically connected to the control unit.
