本发明公开了一种立式衬胶止回阀,包括阀体和阀芯,所述阀芯设在阀体的阀腔内,所述阀体一端为与阀腔相连通的进口,阀体另一端为与阀腔相连通的出口,所述阀芯为铰接在阀体内的翻板阀芯,所述翻板阀芯可向阀体的出口方向翻转设置;所述阀体的内壁上设有阀体衬胶层;所述翻板阀芯外部设有阀芯衬胶层。该止回阀的阀芯为一翻板,结构简单,便于维修保养,成本低;阀体内侧和阀芯外部均设有衬胶层,阀体和阀芯磨损小,使用寿命长,阀芯翻转冲击小,密封性好,稳定可靠。

技术领域
本发明涉及阀门技术领域,尤其是涉及一种立式衬胶止回阀。
背景技术
现有的止回阀结构复杂,制造繁琐,成本高,不便于维修保养;并且现有的止回密封性差,长期使用后阀内部件易损坏,导致止回失效,影响正常的使用,稳定可靠性差。
发明内容
针对现有技术不足,本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种立式衬胶止回阀,以达到结构简单,使用稳定可靠的目的。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案为:一种立式衬胶止回阀,包括阀体和阀芯,所述阀芯设在阀体的阀腔内,所述阀体一端为与阀腔相连通的进口,阀体另一端为与阀腔相连通的出口,所述阀芯为铰接在阀体内的翻板阀芯,所述翻板阀芯可向阀体的出口方向翻转设置;所述阀体的内壁上设有阀体衬胶层;所述翻板阀芯外部设有阀芯衬胶层。
进一步的,所述阀体包括上阀体和下阀体,上阀体和下阀体通过法兰面相配合。
所述翻板阀芯通过转轴铰接在阀体内,转轴上设有扭簧。
所述进口设在下阀体上,出口设在上阀体上,翻板阀芯铰接在下阀体的法兰面上。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下优点:
该止回阀的阀芯为一翻板,结构简单,便于维修保养,成本低;阀体内侧和阀芯外部均设有衬胶层,阀体和阀芯磨损小,使用寿命长,阀芯翻转冲击小,密封性好,稳定可靠。

具体实施方式
下面对照附图,通过对实施例的描述,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详细的说明。
如图1所示,该立式衬胶止回阀,包括阀体和阀芯,阀芯设在阀体的阀腔内,其中,阀体包括上阀体1和下阀体2,阀体为立体结构,上阀体1位于下阀体2上方,上阀体位于上方,下阀体位于下方,上阀体和下阀体通过法兰面相配合,螺栓穿过上下阀体之间的法兰面紧固相连。
阀体下端为与阀腔相连通的进口,阀体上端为与阀腔相连通的出口,介质流向从下到上,介质从上到下止回。
阀芯为铰接在阀体内的翻板阀芯4,翻板阀芯4可向阀体的出口方向翻转设置,翻板阀芯向下被下阀体上部的法兰面阻挡,下阀体上部的法兰面有部分位于阀体的阀腔内。
翻板阀芯4通过转轴3铰接下阀体上部的法兰面上,翻板阀芯放下可处于水平状态,翻板阀芯与下阀体上部的法兰面密封配合,通过翻板阀芯封住下部下阀体中的通道,下阀体2下部设置法兰5与介质管道相连,达到介质流体止回;介质流体从下往上可以顺利将翻板阀芯打开。
在转轴3上设有扭簧,在扭簧扭力的作用下将翻板阀芯自动翻下与下部阀体的阀腔内的法兰面配合。通过扭簧的设置也可将止回阀水平放置,也可实现止回效果。在不设置扭簧的情况下,翻板阀芯通过重力或流体冲下,翻板阀芯放下密封,实现流体止回。
阀体的内壁上设有阀体衬胶层,具体为,上阀体的内壁上设有上阀体衬胶层6,下阀体的内壁上设有下阀体衬胶层8,翻板阀芯外部设有阀芯衬胶层7。阀体和阀芯磨损小,阀芯翻转冲击小,使用寿命长。衬胶层使翻板阀芯与下阀体内的法兰面为柔性接触,柔性密封的密封效果更佳,并且对翻板阀芯精度要求降低,制造加工简单,成本低。

1.一种立式衬胶止回阀,包括阀体和阀芯,所述阀芯设在阀体的阀腔内,其特征在于:所述阀体一端为与阀腔相连通的进口,阀体另一端为与阀腔相连通的出口,所述阀芯为铰接在阀体内的翻板阀芯,所述翻板阀芯可向阀体的出口方向翻转设置;所述阀体的内壁上设有阀体衬胶层;所述翻板阀芯外部设有阀芯衬胶层。
2.如权利要求1所述立式衬胶止回阀,其特征在于:所述阀体包括上阀体和下阀体,上阀体和下阀体通过法兰面相配合。
3.如权利要求1所述立式衬胶止回阀,其特征在于:所述翻板阀芯通过转轴铰接在阀体内,转轴上设有扭簧。
4.如权利要求2所述立式衬胶止回阀,其特征在于:所述进口设在下阀体上,出口设在上阀体上,翻板阀芯铰接在下阀体的法兰面上。
