Abstract

本发明提供一种光热发电熔盐用高温蝶阀,包括具有空腔的阀体、阀杆、阀座、蝶板、支架、中阀杆、波纹管、波纹管护套、上阀轴、以及气动执行机构,阀体、支架和波纹管护套自下向上依次固定连接;阀杆的下部与蝶板固定连接;阀座固设于阀体的空腔内,与蝶板密封配合;中阀杆由轴伸部和孔伸部一体成型,且轴伸部的轴线相对竖直线倾斜,孔伸部的轴线沿竖直方向;孔伸部与阀杆的上端相连,轴伸部的上端与上阀轴相连;波纹管套装于轴伸部的外侧;上阀轴的上端与气动执行结构相连。本发明的蝶板与阀座密封配合、阀杆通过填料与支架之间密封、中阀杆通过波纹管与上阀轴之间密封,从而构成了上、中、下三重密封结构,结构简单合理,多重密封结构保证介质零泄漏。

光热发电熔盐用高温蝶阀
技术领域
本发明涉及机械工程阀门技术领域,具体涉及一种光热发电熔盐用高温蝶阀。
背景技术
阀门是在流体系统中控制流体的方向、压力和流量的装置,使配管和设备内的介质(如液体、气体、粉末)流动或停止并能控制其流量。管路流体输送系统中利用阀门来改变通路断面和介质流动方向,可用于控制水、蒸汽、油品、气体、泥浆、各种腐蚀性介质、液态金属和放射性流体等各种类型流体的流动,具有导流、截止、节流、止回、分流或溢流卸压等功能。
用于流体控制的阀门,从最简单的截止阀到极为复杂的自控系统中所用的各种阀门,其品种和规格繁多,阀门的公称通径从极微小的仪表阀大至通径达10m的工业管路用阀,阀门的工作压力可从0.0013MPa到1000MPa的超高压,工作温度从-270℃的超低温到1430℃的高温。阀门的控制可采用多种传动方式,如手动、电动、液动、气动、涡轮、电磁动、电磁液动、电液动、气液动、正齿轮、伞齿轮驱动等。可以在压力、温度或其它形式传感信号的作用下,按预定的要求动作,或者不依赖传感信号而进行简单的开启或关闭,阀门依靠驱动或自动机构使启闭件作升降、滑移、旋摆或回转运动,从而改变其流道面积的大小以实现其控制功能。
随着光热发电行业的飞速发展,二元熔盐(60%硝酸钠+40%硝酸钾)是经实践证明的适合于光热发电系统的成熟储热介质,该熔盐温度高达600℃,并且是有毒物质,对阀门的密封可靠性要求高,安装方便、牢固耐用、经济、节能和环保的阀门是熔盐输送系统中的首选。
光热发电熔盐用高温蝶阀作为一种用来实现管路系统通断及流量控制的部件,已在石油、化工、冶金、水电等许多领域中得到极为广泛地应用,光热发电熔盐用高温蝶阀可与各种执行器配套使用组成不同性能设备。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种结构简单合理、具有多重密封、零泄漏的光热发电熔盐用高温蝶阀。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的实施例提供一种光热发电熔盐用高温蝶阀,包括具有空腔的阀体、阀杆、阀座、蝶板、支架、中阀杆、波纹管、波纹管护套、上阀轴、以及气动执行机构,所述阀体、支架和波纹管护套自下向上依次固定连接,所述阀杆依次穿过阀体和支架;
所述阀杆的下部与蝶板固定连接;
所述阀座固设于阀体的空腔内,与蝶板密封配合;
所述中阀杆由轴伸部和孔伸部一体成型,且所述轴伸部的轴线相对竖直线倾斜,孔伸部的轴线沿竖直方向;
所述孔伸部与阀杆的上端相连,轴伸部的上端与上阀轴相连;
所述波纹管套装于轴伸部的外侧;
所述波纹管和上阀轴均设于波纹管护套内,且上阀轴的上端伸出波纹管护套后与气动执行结构相连。
上述结构中,由于中阀杆采用了偏心旋转结构,在阀门开启过程中,波纹管不发生扭转和拉伸,不会有疲劳损坏,波纹管使用寿命长,阀门外形尺寸小。
优选的,所述支架通过螺柱、螺母以及蝶形弹簧与阀体固定连接。
其中,所述支架与阀体的密封面处设有金属唇式密封圈和止推垫片。优选的,止推垫片的材质为陶瓷纤维,可满足高温使用工况,且增设止推垫片后,阀杆在收到内压情况下不会飞出。
其中,所述阀杆和支架之间设有填料,所述填料的上方压设有压套。上述结构中,阀杆采用填料和波纹管双重密封结构,避免发生外漏。
进一步,所述轴伸部的上端通过轴承与上阀轴相连,摩擦系数小,阀门开启扭矩小。
其中,所述阀体的底部固连有底盖,结构简单,密封可靠,防止介质自阀体底部外漏。
其中,所述阀杆的下部与阀体之间套设有下轴套,摩擦系数小,阀门开启扭矩小。
优选的,所述阀杆通过销与蝶板固定连接。
其中,所述上阀轴由轴部和凸缘部以上下方式一体成型,所述凸缘部的外柱面与波纹管护套之间设有轴套,所述凸缘部的上表面与波纹管护套之间设有平面垫片。
优选的,所述波纹管护套与支架可分离式卡接后通过螺钉固定连接。
本发明的上述技术方案的有益效果如下:
上述方案中,蝶板与阀座密封配合、阀杆通过填料与支架之间密封、中阀杆通过波纹管与上阀轴之间密封,从而构成了上、中、下三重密封结构,结构简单合理,多重密封结构保证介质零泄漏。

具体实施方式
为使本发明要解决的技术问题、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合附图及具体实施例进行详细描述。
本发明针对现有的密封性能差、介质易外漏的问题,提供一种结构设计合理、密封性能好的光热发电熔盐用高温蝶阀。
如图1、图2所示,本发明的实施例提供一种光热发电熔盐用高温蝶阀,包括底盖1、具有空腔的阀体2、阀杆4、阀座23、蝶板6、支架11、中阀杆12、波纹管13、波纹管护套17、上阀轴19、以及气动执行机构18,所述阀体2的底部焊接有底盖1。阀体2、支架11和波纹管护套17自下向上依次固定连接,所述阀杆4依次穿过阀体2和支架11,阀杆4的下部与阀体2之间套设有下轴套3。
本实施例中,波纹管护套17与支架11可分离式卡接后通过螺钉固定连接。所述支架11通过螺柱20、螺母21以及蝶形弹簧22与阀体固定连接,如图3所示。所述支架11与阀体2的密封面处设有金属唇式密封圈7(见图4)和止推垫片8。
所述阀杆4的下部通过销5与蝶板6固定连接。
所述阀座23固设于阀体2的空腔内,与蝶板6密封配合,如图5所示。
所述中阀杆12由轴伸部和孔伸部一体成型,且所述轴伸部的轴线相对竖直线倾斜,孔伸部的轴线沿竖直方向。所述孔伸部与阀杆4的上端相连,轴伸部的上端通过轴承15与上阀轴19相连。
所述波纹管13套装于轴伸部的外侧。
所述波纹管13和上阀轴19均设于波纹管护套17内,且上阀轴19的上端伸出波纹管护套17后与气动执行结构18相连。
本实施例中,所述上阀轴19由轴部和凸缘部以上下方式一体成型,所述凸缘部的外柱面与与波纹管护套17之间设有轴套14,所述凸缘部的上表面与波纹管护套17之间设有平面垫片16。
所述阀杆4和支架11之间填设有填料9,填料9的上方压设有压套10。
上述结构中的阀体采用CF8C整体铸造成型,阀座密封面本体堆焊STL12,可以满足工况595℃温度的要求,密封面耐冲刷,使用寿命长。蝶板及其密封面采用CF8C整体铸造成型,密封面由蝶板本体采用三偏心加工工艺,密封面直接堆焊STL6且与阀座密封面之间存在一定的硬度差,可防止蝶板在高温情况下咬死,同时密封可靠。
本发明的蝶板与阀座密封配合、阀杆通过填料与支架之间密封、中阀杆通过波纹管与上阀轴之间密封,从而构成了上、中、下三重密封结构,结构简单合理,多重密封结构保证介质零泄漏。

Claims (10)

1.一种光热发电熔盐用高温蝶阀,其特征在于,包括具有空腔的阀体、阀杆、阀座、蝶板、支架、中阀杆、波纹管、波纹管护套、上阀轴、以及气动执行机构,所述阀体、支架和波纹管护套自下向上依次固定连接,所述阀杆依次穿过阀体和支架;
所述阀杆的下部与蝶板固定连接;
所述阀座固设于阀体的空腔内,与蝶板密封配合;
所述中阀杆由轴伸部和孔伸部一体成型,且所述轴伸部的轴线相对竖直线倾斜,孔伸部的轴线沿竖直方向;
所述孔伸部与阀杆的上端相连,轴伸部的上端与上阀轴相连;
所述波纹管套装于轴伸部的外侧;
所述波纹管和上阀轴均设于波纹管护套内,且上阀轴的上端伸出波纹管护套后与气动执行结构相连。
2.根据权利要求1所述的光热发电熔盐用高温蝶阀,其特征在于,所述支架通过螺柱、螺母以及蝶形弹簧与阀体固定连接。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的光热发电熔盐用高温蝶阀,其特征在于,所述支架与阀体的密封面处设有金属唇式密封圈和止推垫片。
4.根据权利要求1所述的光热发电熔盐用高温蝶阀,其特征在于,所述阀杆和支架之间设有填料,所述填料的上方压设有压套。
5.根据权利要求1所述的光热发电熔盐用高温蝶阀,其特征在于,所述轴伸部的上端通过轴承与上阀轴相连。
6.根据权利要求1所述的光热发电熔盐用高温蝶阀,其特征在于,所述阀体的底部固连有底盖。
7.根据权利要求1所述的光热发电熔盐用高温蝶阀,其特征在于,所述阀杆的下部与阀体之间套设有下轴套。
8.根据权利要求1所述的光热发电熔盐用高温蝶阀,其特征在于,所述阀杆通过销与蝶板固定连接。
9.根据权利要求1所述的光热发电熔盐用高温蝶阀,其特征在于,所述上阀轴由轴部和凸缘部以上下方式一体成型,所述凸缘部的外柱面与波纹管护套之间设有轴套,所述凸缘部的上表面与波纹管护套之间设有平面垫片。
10.根据权利要求1所述的光热发电熔盐用高温蝶阀,其特征在于,所述波纹管护套与支架可分离式卡接后通过螺钉固定连接。
