Abstract
本发明涉及模具加工技术领域,具体是涉及一种汽车座椅底板防腐蚀处理用防腐前驱组合物。由15份丙烯酸酯乳液、20份邻二甲苯、5份石油醚、5份柠檬酸、0.5份甘草酸、5份丙三醇和40份水制成。本发明的防腐前驱组合物,其配方设计合理、新颖,特别是添加了少量的甘草酸,可以显著提高后续防腐处理的效率,使座椅底板的防腐性能得到显著提升,并极大地延长踏板的使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及模具加工技术领域,具体是涉及一种汽车座椅底板防腐蚀处理用防腐前驱组合物。
背景技术
座椅底板在加工成型时,需要对其进行防腐蚀处理。现有技术在进行防腐处理时,不存在任何的预处理方案,直接进行防腐蚀处理。这种加工模式容易导致座椅底板的的防腐层的使用寿命大大折扣,使用一段时间后就会显得锈迹斑斑。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的技术问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种汽车座椅底板防腐蚀处理用防腐前驱组合物,为实现上述目的,本发明采用了以下技术方案:
一种汽车座椅底板防腐蚀处理用防腐前驱组合物,由15份丙烯酸酯乳液、20份邻二甲苯、5份石油醚、5份柠檬酸、0.5份甘草酸、5份丙三醇和40份水制成。
本发明的有益效果表现在:
1)、防腐蚀处理工艺中使用的防腐前驱组合物,其配方设计合理、新颖,特别是添加了少量的甘草酸,可以显著提高后续防腐处理的效率,使座椅底板的防腐性能得到显著提升,并极大地延长踏板的使用寿命。
2)、防腐前驱组合物的制备方法,通过逐步添加的方法,通过合理设计加料顺序,不仅能够提高各物质之间的溶解性能,还能避免颗粒团聚的可能,并使防腐前驱组合物的防腐处理效率得到显著提升。
3)、防腐蚀处理工艺,操作工艺简单,通过添加合理的防腐前驱组合物进行浸泡,并合理设计防腐前驱组合物的配方以及防腐前驱组合物的制备方法,使座椅底板的防腐性能得到显著提升,并极大地延长踏板的使用寿命。
具体实施方式
以下将结合实施例,对本发明进行较为详细的说明。但是,实施例内容仅是对本发明所作的举例和说明,所属本技术领域的技术人员对所描述的具体实施例做各种各样的修改或补充或采用类似的方式替代,只要不偏离发明的构思或者超越本权利要求书所定义的范围,均应属于本发明的保护范围。
一、防腐前驱组合物的组成
15份丙烯酸酯乳液、20份邻二甲苯、5份石油醚、5份柠檬酸、0.5份甘草酸、5份丙三醇和40份水。
二、防腐前驱组合物的制备方法为:
首先向容器中加入15份丙烯酸酯乳液、20份邻二甲苯和15份水,搅拌5分钟;接着缓慢加入5份柠檬酸,边加边搅拌,添加完毕后搅拌10分钟;接着缓慢加入5份石油醚和15份水,边加边搅拌,添加完毕后搅拌5分钟;然后缓慢加入0.5份甘草酸,边加边搅拌,添加完毕后搅拌5分钟;最后快速加入5份丙三醇和10份水,搅拌15分钟。
三、汽车座椅底板防腐蚀处理用防腐前驱组合物
步骤①、将座椅底板放入预先加热至45℃的防腐前驱组合物中浸泡50分钟,然后用清水冲洗干净;
步骤②、在座椅底板表面采用离子注入方式注入磷酸锆、二氧化硅、铬酸铬和氟硅酸钠形成厚度为100nm的不溶共络层;
步骤③、在座椅底板的不溶共络层上涂厚度为200nm的底漆。

1.一种汽车座椅底板防腐蚀处理用防腐前驱组合物,其特征在于由15份丙烯酸酯乳液、20份邻二甲苯、5份石油醚、5份柠檬酸、0.5份甘草酸、5份丙三醇和40份水制成。
