Abstract
本发明公开了一种具有油烟吸附及空气过滤性能的复合树脂,包括如下重量份组分:甲基丙烯酸甲酯30~40份、甲基丙烯酸丁酯40~50份、环氧树脂30~50份、高岭土5~15份、增强吸附纤维20~35份、交联剂2~5份、交联助剂1~3份、引发剂0.5~1份、抗氧剂0.5~1份、发泡剂3~5份、氧化锌2~5份、硅胶10~20份。本发明一种具有油烟吸附及空气过滤性能的复合树脂,通过科学合理的配方设计,有效提高了其对油烟及空气的吸附性能,具有良好的吸附性和结构强度,综合性能优异,对改善空气环境质量具有显著的效益。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及复合树脂领域,特别是涉及一种具有油烟吸附及空气过滤性能的复合树脂。
背景技术
近年来,雾霾成为危害空气质量安全的全球性问题,受到各国的极大关注。及时有效的治理雾霾、降低PM2.5以提高环境空气质量是各国人民的一致愿望。在构成空气污染的污染源中,饮食业油烟污染已经成为仅次于工业污染和交通污染的第三大空气污染源。饮食业油烟气污染主要有两个方面:一是食物和食油在高温烹调中生成了大量热解产物;二是油烟气中还含的部分油蒸汽。前者主要有易挥发性的烷烃、烯烃、醛、酮、醇、酯等芳香族化合物和剧毒的杂环化合物,其中多环芳烃化合物是强致癌物质;后者易与粉尘混合或者反应,加重了大气污染,此外它有很强的吸附作用,附着在树木花草上,阻碍植被的光合作用,导致其枯萎死亡,附着在建筑物表面并形成污垢,严重影响市容。
现有油烟吸附材料存在吸附量低、制备工艺复杂、对空气过滤性能不具有普适性等缺点,实用性低。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种具有油烟吸附及空气过滤性能的复合树脂,能够解决现有油烟吸附材料存在的上述缺点,提高其使用性能。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种具有油烟吸附及空气过滤性能的复合树脂,包括如下重量份组分:甲基丙烯酸甲酯30~40份、甲基丙烯酸丁酯40~50份、环氧树脂30~50份、高岭土5~15份、增强吸附纤维20~35份、交联剂2~5份、交联助剂1~3份、引发剂0.5~1份、抗氧剂0.5~1份、发泡剂3~5份、氧化锌2~5份、硅胶10~20份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述增强吸附纤维为碳纤维、竹纤维和聚丙烯纤维以质量比2~3:1~2:1的混合物。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述交联剂为N,N-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺;所述交联助剂为异丙醇;所述引发剂为氧化甲酰胺。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述发泡剂为聚丙烯醇缩甲醛和AC发泡剂以1:2~3质量比混合的混合物。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明一种具有油烟吸附及空气过滤性能的复合树脂,通过科学合理的配方设计,有效提高了其对油烟及空气的吸附性能,具有良好的吸附性和结构强度,综合性能优异,对改善空气环境质量具有显著的效益。

本发明实施例包括:
实施例1
一种具有油烟吸附及空气过滤性能的复合树脂,包括如下重量份组分:甲基丙烯酸甲酯30份、甲基丙烯酸丁酯40份、环氧树脂30份、高岭土5份、增强吸附纤维20份、N,N-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺2份、异丙醇1份、氧化甲酰胺0.5份、抗氧剂0.5份、聚丙烯醇缩甲醛和AC发泡剂以1:2质量比混合的混合物3份、氧化锌2份、硅胶10份;其中,所述增强吸附纤维为碳纤维、竹纤维和聚丙烯纤维以质量比2:1:1的混合物。
实施例2
一种具有油烟吸附及空气过滤性能的复合树脂,包括如下重量份组分:甲基丙烯酸甲酯40份、甲基丙烯酸丁酯50份、环氧树脂50份、高岭土15份、增强吸附纤维35份、N,N-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺5份、异丙醇3份、氧化甲酰胺1份、抗氧剂1份、聚丙烯醇缩甲醛和AC发泡剂以1:3质量比混合的混合物5份、氧化锌5份、硅胶20份;其中,所述增强吸附纤维为碳纤维、竹纤维和聚丙烯纤维以质量比3:2:1的混合物。
上述方法制备的混合发泡树脂材料,对其进行吸附性能测试,其对油烟的有效净化率达到80%以上。

Claims (4)
1.一种具有油烟吸附及空气过滤性能的复合树脂,其特征在于,包括如下重量份组分:甲基丙烯酸甲酯30~40份、甲基丙烯酸丁酯40~50份、环氧树脂30~50份、高岭土5~15份、增强吸附纤维20~35份、交联剂2~5份、交联助剂1~3份、引发剂0.5~1份、抗氧剂0.5~1份、发泡剂3~5份、氧化锌2~5份、硅胶10~20份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的具有油烟吸附及空气过滤性能的复合树脂,其特征在于,所述增强吸附纤维为碳纤维、竹纤维和聚丙烯纤维以质量比2~3:1~2:1的混合物。
3.根据权利要求1所述的具有油烟吸附及空气过滤性能的复合树脂,其特征在于,所述交联剂为N,N-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺;所述交联助剂为异丙醇;所述引发剂为氧化甲酰胺。
4.根据权利要求1所述的具有油烟吸附及空气过滤性能的复合树脂,其特征在于,所述发泡剂为聚丙烯醇缩甲醛和AC发泡剂以1:2~3质量比混合的混合物。
