本发明涉及空气净化材料,具体地说是一种空气净化复合活性材料。该空气净化材料按重量份组成:活性炭20-30份,维生素C?0.5-1份,环氧树脂18-22份,纳米材料10-20份,二氯异氰尿酸钠12-18份,高稀土20-30份。本发明的目的是提供一种简单工艺,生产成本低,性能好的空气净化复合活性材料。

本发明涉及空气净化材料,具体地说是一种空气净化复合活性材料。
背景技术
现阶段随着现代工业的快速发展,大气污染越来越严重,许多国家制定了环境污染治理法,并相应建立了各种净化设施。目前,我国市场上的空气过滤材料大多为非织造布或膜过滤,其功能仅有除尘,而不具备吸附、杀菌等功能;目前,国内虽然有少数几家单位发明了利用活性炭、纤维网相结合的空气过滤材料,并同时具有了杀菌、吸附、过滤的作用,但因其产品要进行针刺复合与杀菌整理等,不仅工艺复杂,而且生产成本较高,更重要的是其相关作用与功能会随着时间与清洗很快降低与消失。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种简单工艺,生产成本低,性能好的空气净化复合活性材料。
本发明采用的技术方案是,一种空气净化复合活性材料,其特征在于,所述各组分按重量份组成:活性炭20-30份,维生素C 0.5-1份,环氧树脂18-22份,纳米材料10-20份,二氯异氰尿酸钠12-18份,高稀土20-30份。
进一步地说,所述纳米材料为纳米氧化锆,其粒径为20-50纳米。
本发明的优点简单工艺,生产成本低,吸附能力强,杀菌抗菌功效好。

实施例1,一种空气净化复合活性材料,所述各组分按重量份组成:活性炭20份,维生素C 0.5份,环氧树脂18份,纳米材料10份,二氯异氰尿酸钠12份,高稀土20份。所述纳米材料为纳米氧化锆,其粒径为20-50纳米。
实施例2,一种空气净化复合活性材料,所述各组分按重量份组成:活性炭25份,维生素C 0.75份,环氧树脂20份,纳米材料15份,二氯异氰尿酸钠15份,高稀土25份。所述纳米材料为纳米氧化锆,其粒径为20-50纳米。
实施例3,一种空气净化复合活性材料,其特征在于,所述各组分按重量份组成:活性炭30份,维生素C 1份,环氧树脂22份,纳米材料20份,二氯异氰尿酸钠12-18份,高稀土20-30份。所述纳米材料为纳米氧化锆,其粒径为20-50纳米。
