背景技术

针对上述的的干咳无痰症状人们药物治疗见效慢、效果差的现状,人们凭着经验总结了各类滋补汤食疗法、劳逸结合调养法等办法,但经本人多年实验,及找众多患者试用,均存在着缺陷,未能充分达到标本兼治的效果;现有技术中,解决此疾症的食疗方案有本人于2013年5月12日申报的专利号为201310172121X,专利名称为一种干咳无痰食疗法及其制备方法的发明专利,该专利的技术方案,虽然的食疗干咳无痰病症时,具有较好的疗效,但其治疗效果,特别是治愈时间上,还存在着一定的缺陷,人们急需一种效果更好,疗效更快的食疗组合物,来治疗干咳无痰病症,以更快地减轻病痛。

一种干咳无痰食疗组合物及其制备方法,其制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将精选后的瘦肉、南杏、雪梨、北杏、茯苓、眉豆、无花果、蚕豆、姜、百合、陈皮、川贝母、王枣子清洗干净;
(2)按重量组份称取所需的瘦肉、南杏、雪梨、北杏、茯苓、眉豆、无花果、蚕豆、姜、百合、陈皮、川贝母、王枣子;
(3)将各组份一起放入砂锅,加入适量清水,中火煲3个小时,用精盐调味食用即可。
本发明中主要成份南杏是杏树种子的一种,性味甘、平、无毒,含有苦杏仁甙、脂肪油、糖分、蛋白质、树脂、扁豆甙和杏仁油等等,是滋养缓和性润肺止咳之物,因为含脂肪油较丰富(约50%以上),所以润燥之功较好;北杏则长于宣降肺气而止咳喘;雪梨味甘性寒,含苹果酸、柠檬酸、维生素B1、B2、C、胡萝卜素等,具生津润燥,现代医学研究证明,雪梨确有润肺清燥、止咳化痰、养血生肌的作用,因此对急性气管炎和上呼吸道感染的患者出现的咽喉干、痒、痛、音哑、痰稠、便秘、尿赤均有良效;古人称茯苓为“四时神药”,因为它功效非常广泛,不分四季,将它与各种药物配伍,不管寒、温、风、湿诸疾,都能发挥其独特功效,其味甘、淡、性平,入药具有利水渗湿、益脾和胃、宁心安神之功用,现代医学研究:茯苓能增强机体免疫功能;眉豆的营养成分相当丰富,包括蛋白质、脂肪、糖类、钙、磷、铁及食物纤维、维A原、维生素B1、维生素B2、维C和氰甙、酪氨酸酶等,眉豆衣的B族维生素含量特别丰富;无花果味甘、性凉,主治:清热生津、健脾开胃、解毒消肿,主咽喉肿痛、燥咳声嘶;

本发明中采用的原料均是具有滋阴清热,润肺止咳、健脾和胃的食物及部分中药材,制作简单,成本低廉,长期服用,对干咳无痰标本兼治,无任何副作用,且不复发,特别是加入川贝母和王枣子两味中草药后,其治疗干咳无痰的疗效和治愈速度上,均有大大的提高。
具体实施方式
实施例1:按重量组份称取经精选清洗后的瘦肉60-80克、南杏30-35克,雪梨30-35克,北杏25-30克,茯苓20-25克,眉豆15-20克,无花果15-20克,蚕豆10-15克,姜10-15克,百合10-15克,陈皮5-10克,放入砂锅,按组合物与清水的比例1:2加入清水,中火煲3个小时,用5-8克精盐调味食用。
实施例2:按重量组份称取经精选清洗后的瘦肉60-80克、南杏30-35克,雪梨30-35克,北杏25-30克,茯苓20-25克,眉豆15-20克,无花果15-20克,蚕豆10-15克,姜10-15克,百合10-15克,陈皮5-10克,川贝母5-8克,王枣子5-8克,放入砂锅,按组合物与清水的比例1:2加入清水,中火煲3个小时,用5-8克精盐调味食用。
实施例3:按重量组份称取经精选清洗后的瘦肉70克、南杏32克,雪梨32克,北杏27克,茯苓22克,眉豆18克,无花果18克,蚕豆12克,姜12克,百合12克,陈皮8克,川贝母7克,王枣子7克,放入砂锅,按组合物与清水的比例1:2加入清水,中火煲3个小时,用精盐7克调味食用。
效果验证:
临床选择80位干咳无痰患者,分为四组,每组20人,其中第一组、第二组、第三组停止一切其它药物治疗,分别按实施例1、实施例2、实施例3进行食疗,第四组采用西药药物治疗;一周内,采用实施例1食疗患者痊愈7人,采用实施例2食疗患者痊愈16人,采用实施例3食疗患者痊愈19人,采用西药药物治疗患者痊愈6人;两周内,采用实施例1食疗患者痊愈11人,采用实施例2食疗患者痊愈19人,采用实施例3食疗患者痊愈20人,采用西药药物治疗患者痊愈10人。
结论,采用实施例2和实施例3食疗干咳无痰病症,效果较组合物中不含川贝母和王枣子的实施例1的效果要好,疗效明显提高,痊愈速度明显较快,特别是实施例3效果最佳;三种实施例食疗治疗干咳无痰的效果,均较西药治疗效果相对较好。
典型案例1:灵璧县孙某,男,34岁,多年来每年都有近4个月时间干咳无痰,多方求医及多年服药治疗,效果甚微,断药后更为严重,经人介绍,自2013年7月份采用本发明实施例3进行食疗,连续食用不到两周,干咳无痰症状全无,不再食用,2014年三次回访,均未复发。
典型案例2:蚌埠市五河镇付某,女,43,每年春季干咳无痰两月有余,多年服药治疗,效果甚微,断药后更为严重,展转求医至我处,按本发明实施例3方案进行食疗,自2014年3月份连续食用两周后来医院复查,干咳无痰症状全无,不再服用,2015年2次回访,均未复发。
Claims (3)
1.一种干咳无痰食疗组合物及其制备方法,其特征在于其组成原料的重量组份为:
瘦肉60-80克、南杏30-35克,雪梨30-35克,北杏25-30克,茯苓20-25克,眉豆15-20克,无花果15-20克,蚕豆10-15克,姜10-15克,百合10-15克,陈皮5-10克,川贝母5-8克,王枣子5-8克,精盐5-8克。
2.据权利要求书1所述一种干咳无痰食疗组合物及其制备方法,其特征在于其组成原料的重量组份为:
瘦肉70克、南杏32克,雪梨32克,北杏27克,茯苓22克,眉豆18克,无花果18克,蚕豆12克,姜12克,百合12克,陈皮8克,川贝母7克,王枣子7克,精盐7克。
3.据权利要求书1或2所述的一种干咳无痰食疗组合物及其制备方法,其特征在于其制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将精选后的瘦肉、南杏、雪梨、北杏、茯苓、眉豆、无花果、蚕豆、姜、百合、陈皮、川贝母、王枣子清洗干净;
(2)按重量组份称取所需的瘦肉、南杏、雪梨、北杏、茯苓、眉豆、无花果、蚕豆、姜、百合、陈皮、川贝母、王枣子;
(3)将各组份一起放入砂锅,按组合物与清水的比例1:2加入清水,中火煲3个小时,用精盐调味食用。
