Abstract

本发明提供一种旋转式变频切换阀,包括阀体、阀芯、驱动阀芯转动的伺服电机,阀体上开设有阀芯腔,阀芯上开设有穿孔,阀体的两侧分别开设有介质入孔以及主介质出孔,阀体的阀芯腔的孔壁上开设有环形储气槽以及环形密封槽,穿孔内固定设置有环形气囊,环形气囊的中部具有贯穿孔,阀芯上开设有进气通道以及排气通道,轴向通道的一端为盲孔,轴向通道的另一端连接有储气罐,进气通道以及排气通道均与储气罐相连通,进气通道以及排气通道与储气罐之间均设置有单向电磁气阀,介质入孔处设置有流量检测计,流量检测计与两个单向电磁阀的控制器相连接,通过压缩空气形成自润滑,此外还可以根据介质流量的大小自动进行调节。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种切换阀,特别涉及一种旋转式变频切换阀。
背景技术
现有技术中的切换阀,通常采用润滑油进行润滑,因此需要在阀体上开设有油路,而且为了减少摩擦,阀芯与阀体之间需要采用转动轴承连接,继而容易造成泄露,密封效果较差,因此无法满足高转速、大流量的切换阀使用需求,而且阀体结构复杂,加工较不方便,此外现有的切换阀通常流量大小是不可调节的,即不同场合只能使用相应型号的切换阀,使用较不方便。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述技术的不足,从而提供一种旋转式变频切换阀,通过压缩空气形成自润滑,无需使用润滑油进行润滑,而且无需使用转动轴承,此外还可以根据介质流量的大小自动进行调节。
本发明所采用的技术方案是这样的:旋转式变频切换阀,其工作介质为压缩空气,包括阀体、转动设置于所述阀体内与所述阀体相配合的阀芯、驱动所述阀芯转动的伺服电机,所述阀体上沿其轴向开设有与所述阀芯相配合的阀芯腔,所述阀芯上沿其径向开设有穿孔,所述阀体的两侧沿其径向分别开设有介质入孔以及主介质出孔,所述介质入孔与所述主介质出孔分别与所述阀芯腔相连通,所述介质入孔、所述主介质出孔以及所述穿孔的中心位于同一水平面; 所述阀体的阀芯腔的孔壁上开设有若干环形储气槽以及至少两个环形密封槽,若干所 述环形储气槽均与沿着所述阀体轴向开设的轴向通道相连通,所述轴向通道与所述介质入 孔相连通,所述环形储气槽、所述环形密封槽沿着所述阀体的轴向分布,若干所述环形储气 槽位于两个所述环形密封槽之间,所述环形密封槽内设置有环形密封圈; 所述穿孔内固定设置有与其同心设置的环形气囊,所述环形气囊的中部具有供介质穿 过的贯穿孔,所述阀芯上开设有与所述环形气囊相连通的进气通道以及排气通道,所述轴 向通道的一端为盲孔,所述轴向通道的另一端连接有储气罐,所述轴向通道与所述储气罐 之间通过压力阀相连接,所述进气通道与所述储气罐相连通,所述阀体上开设有排气孔,所 述排气通道与所述排气孔相连通,所述排气孔处以及所述进气通道与所述储气罐的连接处 均设置有单向电磁阀,所述介质入孔处设置有用于检测介质流量大小的流量检测计,所述 流量检测计与两个所述单向电磁阀的控制器相连接。
进一步改进的是:所述主介质出孔的上下两侧分别开设有从介质出孔,所述阀体上开设有与两个所述从介质出孔相连通的轴向连接腔,所述轴向连接腔与所述主介质出孔相连通。
进一步改进的是:所述环形储气槽与所述轴向通道之间通过沿着所述阀体径向延伸的连接孔相连通,所述连接孔以及所述轴向连接腔均为盲孔,所述连接孔以及所述轴向连接腔的一端均由密封堵头密封。
进一步改进的是:所述阀芯的两端与所述阀体之间设置有用于限位密封的端盖,所述端盖由弹性卡扣固定,所述阀芯上开设有用于安装所述弹性卡扣的安装槽。
进一步改进的是:所述伺服电机的电机轴与所述阀芯之间通过连接端子相固定连接。
进一步改进的是:所述阀体的上下两端部均开设有安装腔,所述连接端子位于所述阀体上部的安装腔内,所述阀芯下部的端盖位于所述阀体下部的安装腔内。
进一步改进的是:所述阀芯的表面开设有两道环形定位槽,所述环形定位槽位于所述环形密封槽的外侧,所述环形定位槽内设置有由聚四氟乙烯制成的支撑环。
进一步改进的是:所述阀体与所述阀芯两者的接触面具有耐磨防腐层。 进一步改进的是:所述阀体的阀芯腔孔壁具有磷化层,所述阀芯的表面具有氮化 钛处理层。
进一步改进的是:所述介质入孔、所述主介质出孔以及所述从介质出孔内均设置有快速接头。
通过采用前述技术方案,本发明的有益效果是:压缩空气由介质入孔经过轴向通道进入环形储气槽内形成润滑气膜,继而阀芯与阀体之间通过压缩空气自润滑,润滑效果好,而且不易泄露,适用于高速旋转,此外通过伺服电机驱动阀芯转动,能够实现变频切换,此外通过对环形气囊进行充气或者放气,从而调节贯穿孔的大小,以便适用于不同场合,使用方便。

以下结合附图和具体实施方式来进一步说明本发明。
如图1-图6所示,本发明公开一种旋转式变频切换阀,其工作介质为压缩空气,包括 阀体1、转动设置于所述阀体1内与所述阀体1相配合的阀芯2、驱动所述阀芯2转动的伺服电 机3,所述阀体1上沿其轴向开设有与所述阀芯2相配合的阀芯腔,所述阀芯2上沿其径向开 设有穿孔6,所述阀体1的两侧沿其径向分别开设有介质入孔7以及主介质出孔8,所述介质 入孔7与所述主介质出孔8分别与所述阀芯腔相连通,所述介质入孔7、所述主介质出孔8以 及所述穿孔6的中心位于同一水平面; 所述阀体1的阀芯腔的孔壁上开设有若干环形储气槽4以及至少两个环形密封槽5,若 干所述环形储气槽4均与沿着所述阀体1轴向开设的轴向通道9相连通,所述轴向通道9与所 述介质入孔7相连通,所述环形储气槽4、所述环形密封槽5沿着所述阀体1的轴向分布,若干 所述环形储气槽4位于两个所述环形密封槽5之间,所述环形密封槽5内设置有环形密封圈; 所述穿孔6内固定设置有与其同心设置的环形气囊18,所述环形气囊18的中部具有供 介质穿过的贯穿孔,所述阀芯2上开设有与所述环形气囊18相连通的进气通道以及排气通 道,所述轴向通道9的一端为盲孔,所述轴向通道9的另一端连接有储气罐17,所述轴向通道 9与所述储气罐17之间通过压力阀相连接,所述进气通道与所述储气罐17相连通,所述阀体 1上开设有排气孔,所述排气通道与所述排气孔相连通,所述排气孔处以及所述进气通道与 所述储气罐17的连接处均设置有单向电磁阀,所述介质入孔7处设置有用于检测介质流量 大小的流量检测计,所述流量检测计与两个所述单向电磁阀的控制器相连接。
工作原理:伺服电机3驱动阀芯2转动,当介质入孔7、穿孔6以及主介质出孔8三者对准时,压缩空气介质从介质入孔7穿过穿孔6从主介质出孔8排出,由于采用伺服电机3驱动阀芯2转动,继而阀芯2的转速可变频控制,使用方便,而且在阀体1上开设环形储气槽4,介质入孔7内的部分压缩空气通过轴向通道9进入环形储气槽4内,继而形成润滑气膜,用于阀芯2与阀体1之间的润滑,继而无需采用润滑油进行润滑,而且避免了在阀体1上开设油路,避免润滑油的泄露问题,而且采用压缩空气自润滑,润滑效果好,适用于高速旋转切换的切换阀; 流量调节过程:当流量检测计检测到介质入孔7处的介质流量较大时,排气通道的单向 电磁气阀打开通过排气孔进行排气,环形气囊18内的压缩气体排入储气罐17内,继而环形 气囊18体积变小,继而贯穿孔的面积变大,适用于大流量的介质通过;当流量检测计检测到 介质入孔7处的介质流量较小时,进气通道的单向电磁气阀打开,储气罐17内的压缩气体向 环形气囊18内充气,继而环形气囊18的体积变大,继而贯穿孔的面积变小,适用于小流量的 介质通过,而储气罐17内的压缩气体无需另外补充,直接由通过的压缩气体介质进行补充。
为了满足不同的使用需求,所述主介质出孔8的上下两侧分别开设有从介质出孔11,所述阀体1上开设有与两个所述从介质出孔11相连通的轴向连接腔10,所述轴向连接腔10与所述主介质出孔8相连通,使用者可以采用两个从介质出孔11以及主介质出孔8使用压缩空气,当不需要使用从介质出孔11时,只需将其封堵即可。
为了方便加工以及提高密封效果,所述环形储气槽4与所述轴向通道9之间通过沿着所述阀体1径向延伸的连接孔12相连通,所述连接孔12以及所述轴向连接腔10均为盲孔,所述连接孔12以及所述轴向连接腔10的一端均由密封堵头13密封。
为了能够将阀芯2进行限位的同时,对阀芯腔进行有效密封,所述阀芯2的两端与所述阀体1之间设置有用于限位密封的端盖14,所述端盖14由弹性卡扣15固定,所述阀芯2上开设有用于安装所述弹性卡扣15的安装槽,而且通过弹性卡扣15的方式对端盖14进行固定,不仅使用方便,而且方便加工。为了方便连接,所述伺服电机3的电机轴与所述阀芯2之间通过连接端子相固定连 接,所述阀体1的上下两端部均开设有安装腔,所述连接端子位于所述阀体1上部的安装腔 内,所述阀芯2下部的端盖14位于所述阀体1下部的安装腔内。
为了使得在启动前阀芯2四周与阀体1的阀芯腔之间保证合适间隙,保证阀芯2与阀体1之间的平衡,减少摩擦,所述阀芯2的表面开设有两道环形定位槽,所述环形定位槽位于所述环形密封槽5的外侧,所述环形定位槽内设置有由聚四氟乙烯制成的支撑环16。
为了提高使用寿命,所述阀体1与所述阀芯2两者的接触面具有耐磨防腐层,所述阀体1的阀芯腔孔壁具有磷化层,所述阀芯2的表面具有氮化钛处理层。
为了方便连接以及快速安装,所述介质入孔7、所述主介质出孔8以及所述从介质出孔11内均设置有快速接头。

1.旋转式变频切换阀,其工作介质为压缩空气,其特征在于:包括阀体、转动设置于所述阀体内与所述阀体相配合的阀芯、驱动所述阀芯转动的伺服电机,所述阀体上沿其轴向开设有与所述阀芯相配合的阀芯腔,所述阀芯上沿其径向开设有穿孔,所述阀体的两侧沿其径向分别开设有介质入孔以及主介质出孔,所述介质入孔与所述主介质出孔分别与所述阀芯腔相连通,所述介质入孔、所述主介质出孔以及所述穿孔的中心位于同一水平面;
所述阀体的阀芯腔的孔壁上开设有若干环形储气槽以及至少两个环形密封槽,若干所述环形储气槽均与沿着所述阀体轴向开设的轴向通道相连通,所述轴向通道与所述介质入孔相连通,所述环形储气槽、所述环形密封槽沿着所述阀体的轴向分布,若干所述环形储气槽位于两个所述环形密封槽之间,所述环形密封槽内设置有环形密封圈;
所述穿孔内固定设置有与其同心设置的环形气囊,所述环形气囊的中部具有供介质穿过的贯穿孔,所述阀芯上开设有与所述环形气囊相连通的进气通道以及排气通道,所述轴向通道的一端为盲孔,所述轴向通道的另一端连接有储气罐,所述轴向通道与所述储气罐之间通过压力阀相连接,所述进气通道与所述储气罐相连通,所述阀体上开设有排气孔,所述排气通道与所述排气孔相连通,所述排气孔处以及所述进气通道与所述储气罐的连接处均设置有单向电磁阀,所述介质入孔处设置有用于检测介质流量大小的流量检测计,所述流量检测计与两个所述单向电磁阀的控制器相连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的旋转式变频切换阀,其特征在于:所述主介质出孔的上下两侧分别开设有从介质出孔,所述阀体上开设有与两个所述从介质出孔相连通的轴向连接腔,所述轴向连接腔与所述主介质出孔相连通。
3.根据权利要求2述的旋转式变频切换阀,其特征在于:所述环形储气槽与所述轴向通道之间通过沿着所述阀体径向延伸的连接孔相连通,所述连接孔以及所述轴向连接腔均为盲孔,所述连接孔以及所述轴向连接腔的一端均由密封堵头密封。
4.根据权利要求1述的旋转式变频切换阀,其特征在于:所述阀芯的两端与所述阀体之间设置有用于限位密封的端盖,所述端盖由弹性卡扣固定,所述阀芯上开设有用于安装所述弹性卡扣的安装槽。
