本发明机械设备技术领域,具体涉及搅拌罐。
背景技术
搅拌罐又名配料罐、配料桶,具有可加热自动控温、保温、搅拌功能;传热快、适应温差大、清洗方便等优点。
在食品领域,经常需要进行原料混合,进行原料混合时,配料罐起到了很大的作用。目前,有的领域进行原料混合时,是直接用大桶进行搅拌配料,然这种方式太过简单,在将原料倒入混合容器时,多多少少会有微尘进入配料桶,从而影响产品质量;有的领域进行原料混合时,是用大型的配料罐进行配料,当原料比较少时,用大型配料罐不仅会浪费太多的能源,而且大型设备在清理上存在着难度,很难清理到所有角落以及清洗还要消耗大量的生活用水。
经过混合、精磨、调温后形成的巧克力浆,通常以黏糊状存储于物料罐中,需要时由工人从物料罐中直接取料罐装,然后再搬运至指定地点,不仅劳动强度大,而且生产效率低,搬运时还有可能造成进一步的浪费。
发明内容
本发明克服了上述的缺点,而提供搅拌罐。
为了实现上述目的,本发明是通过如下的技术方案来实现:该搅拌罐包括本体、保温层、投料口、密封塞、分料口a、分料口b、隔网层、搅拌杆、叶轮和出料口,所述本体的外表面覆盖保温层,本体的顶部安装投料口,投料口的顶部安装密封塞,投料口的底部安装分料口a和分料口b,本体的内部由投料口到本体底部垂直安装隔网层,并将本体分隔成两个规格相同的空腔,左侧空腔由本体中上部侧壁处垂直安装搅拌杆和叶轮,其中,叶轮安装在搅拌杆的底端,右侧空腔由本体中上部侧壁处垂直安装搅拌杆和叶轮,本体左侧侧壁下端安装出料口。
所述本体为圆柱体。
所述保温层为真空隔层。
所述投料口为圆柱体。
所述分料口a和分料口b的规格相同。
本发明的有益效果是:制作简单,使用方便;可分类同时进行搅拌;搅拌效果稳定且理想;易于维修和保养。
