Abstract

本发明公开了一种凹入式左心耳封堵器,其特征在于,包括左心耳盘面,左心耳盘面与弹簧式连接结构的一端连接,弹簧式连接结构的另一端与封堵器固定装置的一端连接。本发明减小封堵器输送装置的管径尺寸,且保留左心耳的部分生理功能,也就是调节左心房的容积,还降低血栓脱了的风险。

凹入式左心耳封堵器
技术领域
本发明涉及一种凹入式左心耳封堵器,用于治疗房颤引起的血栓脱了,属于医疗器械领域。
背景技术
房颤时心房丧失收缩功能,血液容易在心房内淤滞而形成血栓,血栓脱落后可随着血液至全身各处,导致脑栓塞(脑卒中)、肢体动脉栓塞(严重者甚至需要截肢)等。房颤病人中,九成以上血栓与左心耳息息相关;而作为最常见的持续性心律失常,房颤在普通人群中的发病率为0.5%至1.5%。通过封堵左心耳来预防房颤时在左心耳内血栓的形成,从而降低房颤患者由血栓栓塞引发长期残疾或死亡的风险。
目前,治疗房颤引起的血栓脱了是通过将左心耳的入口用通过外科手术夹闭或者是通过微创介入治疗将左心耳用封堵器堵住。然而外科手术的创伤较大,而使用左心耳封堵器则有残余分流的可能,并且这两种方式都会使得左心耳丧失其调节左心房容积的功能。
主要存在的问题:
1、目前市场上的封堵器主要是以球形结构为主,进入左心耳后将原本扁平的左心耳撑大压迫心脏和肺部;
2、左心耳封堵器膨胀体积等因素的影响,导致使用的输送鞘管比较粗,一般在14~16f,因此在输送鞘管进入人体后会对血管造成损伤的概率加大;
3、左心耳失去原有调节心房容积,调节心血管血压的作用;
4、球状封堵器塞入左心耳后会与左心耳口存在间隙,仍然会有造成血栓的可能。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是:提供了一种具有调节左心房容积的功能、降低血栓脱了风险的凹入式左心耳封堵器,解决了如何使得左心房既能调节血压又可以防止血栓进入血管的问题。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案是提供了一种凹入式左心耳封堵器,其特征在于,包括左心耳盘面,左心耳盘面与弹簧式连接结构的一端连接,弹簧式连接结构的另一端与封堵器固定装置的一端连接。
优选地,所述的弹簧式连接结构的一端与左心耳盘面的中心连接。
优选地,所述的左心耳盘面包括支架,支架上覆盖有膜片。
优选地,所述的支架为镍钛合金丝支架。
优选地,所述的支架由至少一个螺旋式分支组成。
优选地,所述的弹簧式连接结构包括弹簧,弹簧内设有内芯。
优选地,所述的弹簧为镍钛合金弹簧。
优选地,所述的内芯为高分子内芯。
优选地,所述的封堵器固定装置由至少3个内勾组成。
本发明减小封堵器输送装置的管径尺寸,且保留左心耳的部分生理功能,也就是调节左心房的容积,还降低血栓脱了的风险。
本发明在于减小左心耳封堵器占位,保留部分调节左心房容积的功能,以及减小输送装置鞘管直径的:
1、用于固定封堵器的支架结构,是以点式支撑为主保证,封堵器牢牢固定在左心耳口,同时又可以避免过度支撑将左心耳体积撑大;
2、左心耳口螺旋状结构盘面结构,可以有效的贴合左心耳口,避免血栓在残余缝隙中形成;
3、具有弹性的连接结构和螺旋状片面的结合,可以保证封堵器随着血压变化,发生一定程度的变心,增加或减少左心房的容积,保留一部分左心耳的功能;
4、整个封堵器的结构以丝材加激光焊接为主,可以较少封堵器的使用的金属量30~50%,降低植入物的重量,同时减少在鞘管中的变形量,降低使用鞘管的直径4~2f。

具体实施方式
为使本发明更明显易懂,兹以优选实施例,并配合附图作详细说明如下。
实施例1
本发明为一种凹入式左心耳封堵器,如图1、图2所示,其包括左心耳盘面1,左心耳盘面1的中心与弹簧式连接结构3的一端连接,弹簧式连接结构3的另一端与封堵器固定装置2的一端连接。
左心耳盘面1包括支架1.1,支架1.1上覆盖有膜片1.2。支架1.1由至少一个螺旋式分支组成。封堵器固定装置2由至少3个内勾组成,用于固定并支撑封堵器于左心耳内。弹簧式连接结构3包括弹簧3.1,弹簧3.1内设有内芯3.2。
膜片1.2为不可降解高分子材料,如聚四氟乙烯,聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯等。其中,本实施例中,支架1.1为镍钛合金丝支架,膜片1.2为聚四氟乙烯膜片。弹簧3.1为镍钛合金弹簧,内芯3.2为高分子内芯。支架1.1由三个螺旋式分支组成,镍钛合金弹簧的一端连接在三个螺旋式分支的交界处,封堵器固定装置2由3个内勾组成,如图1所示。
使用时,将本发明放入左心房内,封堵器固定装置2(即3个内勾)的另一端连接固定在左心房上,左心耳盘面1在左心房入口处将其封堵住,防止血栓进入血管。由于左心耳盘面1与左心房之间有弹簧式连接结构3,其弹性作用使得左心房仍具有调节血压的作用。
本发明整个封堵器的结构以丝材加激光焊接为主,可以较少封堵器的使用的金属量30~50%,降低植入物的重量,同时减少在鞘管中的变形量,降低使用鞘管的直径4~2f。
实施例2
本实施例中,支架1.1由一个螺旋式分支组成,封堵器固定装置2由6个内勾组成,如图2所示。其他与实施例1相同。膜片1.2为可以用于植入人体的可降解高分子材料,如聚乳酸等。

Claims (9)

1.一种凹入式左心耳封堵器,其特征在于,包括左心耳盘面(1),左心耳盘面(1)与弹簧式连接结构(3)的一端连接,弹簧式连接结构(3)的另一端与封堵器固定装置(2)的一端连接。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种凹入式左心耳封堵器,其特征在于,所述的弹簧式连接结构(3)的一端与左心耳盘面(1)的中心连接。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的一种凹入式左心耳封堵器,其特征在于,所述的左心耳盘面(1)包括支架(1.1),支架(1.1)上覆盖有膜片(1.2)。
4.如权利要求3所述的一种凹入式左心耳封堵器,其特征在于,所述的支架(1.1)为镍钛合金丝支架。
5.如权利要求3所述的一种凹入式左心耳封堵器,其特征在于,所述的支架(1.1)由至少一个螺旋式分支组成。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种凹入式左心耳封堵器,其特征在于,所述的弹簧式连接结构(3)包括弹簧(3.1),弹簧(3.1)内设有内芯(3.2)。
7.如权利要求6所述的一种凹入式左心耳封堵器,其特征在于,所述的弹簧(3.1)为镍钛合金弹簧。
8.如权利要求6所述的一种凹入式左心耳封堵器,其特征在于,所述的内芯(3.2)为高分子内芯。
9.如权利要求1所述的一种凹入式左心耳封堵器,其特征在于,所述的封堵器固定装置(2)由至少3个内勾组成。
